Make the weak among their ranks fear going out alone and challenge relatively isolated worthy foes when you can with a direct ambush to sharpen your hunting abilities. Risker then just using your traps but if you successfully pull it off surely your growth will be more broad in nature.

  [x] SAPPER - You stealthily take note of enemy movements. Install traps where you can. Harass the enemy. Bleed them by a thousand cuts. Make them paranoid of every discolored patch of bark.
