[x] Spiritual- The Precogitator is a vast and complicated machine, but it is still a Machine at its core: as such, it holds a Machine Spirit that can be interfaced with and interrogated. Doing so potentially allows for a far broader picture then any investigation of material components might yield, though of course messing about with the Machine Spirit of a device such as this will always bear it's own risks.

A flaw as fundamental as the one described can probably be found right there, and even if it isn't, interrogating the core of the Precogitator's function is likely to provide further leads that may be tracked down.
