  -[X] If the problem is their wards not being strong enough, you'll just have to upgrade them. Bane, as an example of your success, is more than strong enough to stop some vampires
  -[X] Call order members to set up the order in which you'll be upgrading the wards over the next three days. Suggest starting with those that have largest properties and can house most people while other wards are upgraded
