It began, like many days do, with the lazy morning sun rising over the facility. A beautiful woman whose face resembled a very famous portrait walked through the halls of the facility with certainty in her step, greeting passing staff with a smile and a nod, chesnut brown hair cascading behind her back.
It was certainly easy to see that some life had returned to them -- the smiles they carried around were no longer so forced as they had been in the early days after Lev's -- Flauros'-- betrayal and the Director's loss. Slowly but surely, through an entire year of toil and life and death battles, it had all ended well. And though some were no longer among them, their sacrifice, their brilliance, would never be forgotten.
Leonardo would make sure of that.
Nonetheless, today was a particularly auspicious day that should not be marred by ugly thoughts. Those that had been thought lost had returned, aid from the outside world finally reaching the facility and allowing them to heal at last. It had been a long and arduous process, but the scars left by Lev had finally been healed, and -- perhaps to the displeasure of some -- the Provisional Masters that had finished their rehabilitation were ready to be incorporated back into active service.
It was a shame those two of all people would miss the ceremony, given there was quite literally none better to educate their new 'juniors' -- and wasn't that ironic, considering just what the situation had been just months before -- but duty called, and they had been the only ones ready for active service.
With a sigh, she decided to simply accept the minor setback as it was and move on. Walking towards the conference hall, she was sure that she could make things work out one way or the other--
Only to walk right past that door, ignoring it entirely the second a very familiar alarm reached her ears. Her target shifted to the control room, steps getting progressively faster and her placid smile dropping to a far more serious, stern gaze -- quite the shift in attitude from mere moments prior. Entering, she needed only take her place, and one of the staff brought her the reports they had gathered without need of prompting.
They had danced to this very tune far too many times.
This is not the story of a girl (boy) and their junior and companions.
"What do we have so far?" She asked, eyes fleeing through the papers, analyzing every word, every little piece of data as the genius of Leonardo da Vinci awoke from its slumber.
This is not one of the puzzles left behind by the King of Magic.
"The signature isn't the same, but-"
"-Singularity first registered circa-"
This is not one of those games that boy (girl) and those that follow their lead play.
This is but one among the many stories that will be told of this place.
"What do we do?" Asked one that had remained quiet until now. "They aren't here, left for--"
With a single glance, Da Vinci cut him off.
"Need I remind you that we still have options?" She posed the question coolly, eyes shifting back to the reports as she began to formulate a plan. "They might be our greatest asset, but we are still Chaldea. If we can't deal with a challenge simply because those two can't be in two places at once -- if we are truly so reliant on them to do our job successfully -- then we might as well call this whole thing off." Calm down. Breathe evenly. "In fact, it is good that it came now and not earlier. The ones that already left rehabilitation, reports mentioned they were ready for field work? Bring them here, then."

Oh, just a word on Parameters: don't consider them the be-all, end-all, please (outside of cheats like Cybele and Gaé Bolg). They are just a bunch of letters that don't even mean the same thing on two different Servants. Much like how Medusa and Cú's A's on Agility mean two different things for both of them, a random Servant's A+ STR will not be the same as Herc's A+ Strength, because one of them is a rando and the other is Herakles.
Generally speaking, Parameters are more a guideline to approximate what a Servant is like (high STR, low AGI= hits hard but not very mobile, etc.), or if they have very high stat totals they can indicate that it might actually be someone famous (perhaps even household name) as opposed to someone with very low stat totals being most likely a hero of little renown. Though even this can be a wrong guess, because the real meat of the Servant lies in Skills and Noble Phantasms.

*Cough* Right.
Okay, I went ahead with this, for better or worse, so yeah, you might call me GM for the evening if you've made it through the above blurb and aren't frantically pressing the back button on reflex.
Sooo... what's this, you might ask?Read the blurb I typed it for a reason A GO-inspired RP taking a few liberties as far as canon's concerned. Guda and Mashu (and assorted posse) are out, dealing with old men in Shinjuku. Or a swordsman tournament arc. Or chasing women in Agartha. Or performing witch hunts. Point is, events of Part One are done. Goetia's plan was crashed and our heroes returned triumphant from Time Temple Solomon, only to now be assaulted by the dreaded filler episodes Sub-Singularities.
Thing is, with Human Order restored, singularities have an even easier time appearing. So who said that only one can happen at a given time? Sure, Guda and Mashu might be preoccupied, but that's where you come in.
Playing Magi is not needed, since I will be using the Provisional Master(s) as NPC(s) to provide a sort of direction (although this does not mean you can't apply a Master), being mainly there to provide energy and anchor you lot, but not much else besides (protagonist powerlevel too low in the case of NPCs). So, feel free to not to worry and just apply the Servants you want.
Said PC Servants will come in two flavors: Chaldea Servants (summoned by the FATE System, bound to the Provisional Master) or Servants native to the Singularity itself (tied to it and most likely unaffiliated, will disappear when it is successfully solved, may or may not know more about what's going on than the Chaldea Servants at the price of being on their own). Details of Chaldea Servants will be known by the Provisional Masters, though other Servants will be kept in the dark (sans Parameters and Class Skills) unless you willingly share details. Singularity Servants will remain wholly unknown.

- Standard site regulations are in effect.
- Death is a very real possibility, so keep that in mind.
- If an argument is getting heated, take it to PMs. Also, don't let OOC problems into the IC experience, please.
- I can make mistakes. If you feel I made a bad call, please, say so, provide your reasoning and let's work it out like reasonable people.
- I will require not constant, but at least regular posting from those committed. This applies to me, too -- if I go more than two days without replying for no reason, feel free to call me out and threaten my sorry ass into gear. Lack of posting with no justification will get you ejected from the RP.

If you haven't made a Servant sheet before, Skills are made by gathering anecdotes about the abilities of the figure you are basing your Servant on and applying meme magic. Noble Phantasms are similar, but instead of being generic abilities, they are more or less the highest points of the legend with added conceptual shenanigans and applying even more meme magic. The Type Moon wiki has a list of all canon Skills, though you may write up an original one if you feel it suits the Servant.
PM me your sheet, though I'm also open to discussing ideas, as well as answer lore-related questions should you have them.
I will also be writing up a small list of 'banned and questionable' stuff, just out of hand:
And that's a wrap. Given the nature of Singularities, there will be no restrictions on Class (sans Beast), so feel free to send whatever you want, from the standard seven all the way to Funny Vamp.
However, Ruler applications and their function/Class Skills might require some further discussion, given the lack of Grail Wars to mediate.
Finally, paging @Menwearpink and @DevilinDetail
Here you go. I blame everything on pink.
I swear I had a good reason for the Singularity title and it wasn't just me going balls-to-the-wall chuuni

I will also be writing up a small list of 'banned and questionable' stuff, just out of hand:
Flat-out "Pre-Gilgamesh" heroes: They can't exist.
Individuals born after 1899: Not eligible (I'm just applying this hard cap for simplicity's sake, given that most of the time, they won't have all that much Mystery accumulated and thus, will be very weak even if they are summonable -- not everyone is Tesla. Given the nature of their work, Chaldea simply does not bother).
Individuals still alive today in their mythology (Merlin, Hanuman, etc): Not eligible unless you have hardcore shenanigans going on. Will be examined thoroughly.
Individuals without human blood: Largely not eligible. (Exceptions can potentially be made on a case-by-case basis)
Canon Servants that we do not have full information for (ie, most of the Grand Order and Strange Fake cast): Obvious, unless you are filling it out with your ideas.
Patriot Heroic Spirits (Koha-Ace): Obvious.
Servants that are functionally just clones of canon Servants: Just apply the canon, then.
Gawain: Will need to discuss what Numeral of the Saint entails first, because 'what is chikara' is still in effect, otherwise say goodbye to your dreams of sun memes.
Imperial Privilege: You should feel bad.
Velber: lol
