Gods of a New Planet. (OOC)

Location
Where angels fear to tread.
Well, congrats! You have been chosen to serve as a god or goddess (Whatever floats your boat) of a new planet! This previously hidden panet is ripe with energy to be harvested! Given your offer of "volunteering" for this post, you have been given the basic tools to shape this new planet!

Oh, what do you mean you don't know how to be a god? I'm sure you'll pick it up.

First step, you all ought to know who your Overseer is, but I'm sure you all got caught up on the way here.
Second step, tell us a little about yourself, such as what Domain you run? We all know the more specific, the more powerful it is. Of course, we don't want another all-consuming Tree, but I doubt you little bargain bin divines have such a powerful Domain.
Third step, gather info on the planet. Information is king, be it for generals, merchants, kings, or even divines, knowing more about your situation is never a bad thing.
Fourth step, find a way to harvest the ambient power that resides in this planet. We aren't quite sure how this small of a planet has such power, but you know the phrase, never look a gift horse in the mouth!
Fifth step, get back to me or your Overseer with the energy, and we'll make sure you're compensated well. Divine Coins trade well in the Multiversal Market. You can get just about anything there!

Now let's get you set up to take this planet by storm!

Krytella, Goddess of Knowledge
Name: Krytella
Domain: Knowledge
Appearance:

Description: The being itself known as Krytella has little actual experience as a sentient. Indeed, she was recently born from a condensed 'mass of divine energy' that had wandered the Aether/Multiverse for some time. Various bits and pieces of other divine beings, energies, places, cultures, and such have 'tainted' this cloud, eventually culminating in her. It is through this that she started with much in the way of knowledge and intelligence, a good portion of it gained from the death of a nearby God of Knowledge at some point, and at another point the absorption of some energy from a Goddess of Technology and Information. As for her form, this is imprinted from a piece of culture of a species in another universe passed by not long ago. So while she is a 'newbie', she comes with some knowledge and ability 'inherited' from other beings.

She is here because at the moment she has little else to do, as well as the fact that this will be a good stomping ground for her Divine life. She largely intends to gain power through the encouraging of knowledge and information, both in it's advancement and commonality amongst people. Whether it be the simple hunting methods and strategies of a nomadic tribe, or the encouragement of libraries containing many subjects and topics, she gains strength by the possession, use, and spread of this, along with standard prayer.

Should she interfere, it will largely be to help with progress on making some observation or discovery, or allowing for an event to happen that will spark such a discovery. Other methods include encouraging critical thinking and curiosity within reason and to obscure knowledge from enemies; whether it be hiding it from them, giving them false knowledge, or even sapping away knowledge from them.

Holy Symbol:

Starting DC: 10

Bob Oak, God of Agriculture
Name: Bob Oak
Domain: Agriculture

Description: Bob Oak lived a simple life as a simple, content man tending to his family farm. It'd been with them for generations and Bob would be damned if he'd let it end there. So he did what his family did best and farmed all his life. Got married, had kids. Expanded the farm a little and updated to the latest modern tricks of magic and technology. Got a few new animals to tend to and things to grow. As Bob's home world was full of magic there was always something new to add to the farm and well. It was almost another tradition to get at least one new thing properly farmed or at least. Get a good few samples together. A peaceful life in a peaceful kingdom with just a bit of excitement here and there. Bob grew old, grumbled but worked till his last day and died peacefully. Ready to move on to whatever was to come… not really expecting any after life or such…

Then he'd been offered a chance to farm an entire planet's bounty. Damned strange it was given he'd finally kicked the bucket and of course he was a might suspicious but… well. A farmer has his pride and thus he accepted. Really it just felt right. Could make sure the farmers did things the PROEPR way… Besides. Real Gods? Sounded like they'd need someone to keep em all at least a little grounded… and to keep the planet from going barren. Had to do it right or you'd kill the soil and then what'd you have? A barren rock. Better for long, decent harvest than foolish short time gain!

Holy Symbol: The image of a bountiful harvest ready for market. Contents generally depended on the regions most prominent crops. Although more generally a simple cornucopia.

Starting DC: 10

Herren, God of The Home
Name: Herren
Domain: The Home
Appearance: A short man of wide frame, with bouncing brown curls and eyes that leak hearth flame.
Description: Herren is a man most would describe as gentle before anything else. He's an old god, and if he lived a mortal life he does not remember it. What he does remember is a cottage with branches of willow hanging from the rafters to dry, a cave with pots of red and brown paint carefully stored in a corner, an apartment in a sleepy town with original paintings hung on every wall. He remembers those and a hundred thousand other homes that he has blessed. Herren is not a powerful god. But he is an important one.
Holy Symbol: A flame siting in a bronze cup.
Starting DC: 10

Alatar, God of the Sun
Name: Alatar
Domain: The Sun
Appearance:
Description
: Alatar is a benign god. He is the life giving, the esoteric and tangible light of the Sun. This deity gives the impression of being a wise old man during twilight, a bright eyed youth full of life during the morning and the dawn, and a very strong man in his prime during the rest of the day. He is also a firm believer of law and order.
Holy Symbol: A sun symbol. That symbol being a golden circle.
Starting DC: 10 (Changeable under special circumstances.)

Oh yeah, feel free. Any and all players welcome. Warning though, if too many show up, there may be some people stepping on other peoples toes. As it stands right now though, we aren't likely to run into conflict.

Nur, God of Monstrous Sapients
Name: Nur
Domain: Monstrous Sapients.
Appearance:
Description: Nur is a lover of life, and a monster of variety in his acts. He has dreams of various realms he remembers a rebuilding after an apocalypse, an age where life was just starting, and a world of snippets, and tales. He Suspects it's simply a fragmented memory of a single world he's lived in the transfer just wasn't kind to him in that regard. Irregardless they show him as himself, so it doesn't really matter if he has a tiny memory problem. He is confident, and prefers to be the single
Now, that's what he loves to show people off. He values the acts of creation and change. This means, that he likes to create new types of monsters whenever he can, and try to ensure that each monster type will actually continue to propagate. Though this causes an obvious implication that his monsters will never be as numerous individually then other groups might be, and it isn't an endless bag and more useful monsters will likely be drawn out first to deal with more immediate circumstances.
Starting DC: 9

I am not going to lie, I read "Domain: Monster Girls" and I mentally blanked. My thinking then immediately goes, "Wow, that is a first. Never had a fetish chosen as a domain. On another note, no." I am teetering between allowing it, and asking you to either change it, or define it in a way that doesn't outright say, monster women.

For Domains, I was expecting some creativity, like Insects, Plague, Stellar, Stories, even Ink. I was not expecting straight up, Monster Girls. I get what you mean by it, but I simply ask that you at least word it in a way that doesn't make me worried I am going to end up narrating a harem novel please?

EDIT: On another note, how is it dead? I set it to permanently be up.

Name: XIX
Domain: Mutation
Appearance:
Description: XIX is but the newest splinter of an even greater being tasked with bringing about change. This particular version keeps the desire to bring it about , but on a more personal level. XIX focuses more on the change of one's self than it's originator.

Holy Symbol:

Erm okay, someone's suggesting kobolds, but what about goblins?
Goblins and kobolds can be seen as similar in some regards but highly different in a seperate aspect. When I suggested the 5 it was to make versatile choices with each one being clearly distinct.

That said I also had many other things I had to consider one of the most important survivability. Through the alteration of the world we the gods might do the races may suffer, and other divine influence can cause races to potentially go nearly extinct. Kobolds had an added defensive boost which Goblins didnt have in addition kobolds can evolve others into dragons while Goblins didnt have many evolution paths for them..

Now can I make perfectly flawless decisions? Nope not all. Are there merits for goblins that kobolds dont possess? Yes. That said I did try to factor in as many races I possibly could, and thus for most races I do have a rationale which made me choose one while I didnt choose another.

Tabyssa, Goddess of Cats.
Character sheets:
Name: Tabyssa (Randomly changes between them, depending on her mood)
Domain: Cats
Appearance:
Note: Can also be a gigantic, 20 foot tall cat, although this is mostly used for combat or travel rather than interacting with people.

Description: Arrogant, fickle, and mischievous, it can be difficult for some to tell if Tabitha is malevolent or not; while she may protect the fields from rats and provide companions for lonely women, she also may destroy buildings or even kill someone outside of boredom. While keeping her entertained is what will keep her more vicious side in check, slights made against her can easily lead to bloody reprisal, as she is quite vain. She believes that all of the other deities benefit from her existence, even if they vehemently disagree. The only person who can keep her in check is Alatar, who she is fiercely loyal to and acts as a bodyguard for.

Holy Symbol: A cat's face, forged in bronze.
Starting DC: 10

Alright, why is it whenever I run a god game, someone rolls in with the domain of cats. every time. It's like it's a constant joke. I get that they're very versatile, while being very specific, but there are other options. EX: Dogs, Gold, Dull Metals, Shiny Metals, The Grove, Lakes, Green Lightning. I'm just saying, there are a lot of options, but there is, and always will be, cats.

Alright, now that my rant is over, which isn't targeted at you, Muhkat, just something that stood out to me. Now, I ask that you narrow the name to one name, and be aware there are no cats, except some feline adjacent species.
