It was a simple matter to get in contact with Akemi and blow the proverbial whistle.
The old bastard appearantly had the place littered with traps and fought to his last breath so while the JSSDF succeeded the operation was not without casualties.
His son wasn't on the island in a stroke of luck for him at the time and has made what to officials has been scene as a 'compelling' case for his own innocence and ignorance of his father's mad plans.
You'll need to continue keeping an eye on him in the institute it seems.
You make your way down to a small room in NERV's medical ward.
Within you find a certain male Diclonius, his forehead had a distinctive scar from his recent surgery to remove the strange device his father had implanted into him which your own scientists are currently trying to reverse engineer and understand.
"Hello, how are you doing" you ask in a gentle tone.
He looks up at you before responding

You let out a sigh. As it turned out, the mother was already dead in a shallow grave, the autopsy was inconclusive as to weather her demise was anything Kakuzawa directly did to her or...self inflicted.
As it stands your going to need to take the boy into your custody. His half brother has been, despite his precarious position been making it clear he would attempt to take the boy at the first opertunity.
The question was, as Fuyutsuki just put it, where.
You could put him with Shinji and his older sister at the Tutors place, granted the man is a tutor and not a babysitter so putting another child with him, let alone one this much younger with him would certainly increase his price.
You could also possibly simply keep in close by in NERV. Give Rei a roommate for extra socialization and keep Adam in a closer watch.

edited: if reactor tech goes well, we can have it help with the budget, as well as patent it well enough to help recover any deficiencies, not to mention it would help with a geomantic looking "angel" having those around to empower the railgun/partical rifle.
edited: okay for the creative/critical thinking games should be a mixture of the two, mostly to help them make creative answers to problems while also improving critical thinking to a higher degree, but having it made into fun situations for them should help. Plus with shinji playing with lucy using eggs/water balloons would be fun. Especially if they have non-toxic paint/food dyes involved in the games themselves.

Ok so around not the time-frame for that to happen yet...maybe another 3 years if things go well enough. which case we can have the kids meet in a bit when they are a bit more mature.

and also @KingMe can you tell us when a new year begins? having the company picnic be a yearly thing as well as celebrating the holidays should help with morale. especially if we make a memorial a thing or something or another...maybe an evacuation center for toyko 3 and the other regions just in case the "angels" or other entities start fucking things up.
edited*2: Can we also make a progressive shield/Buckler for the EVA's? it might help to have a way to block/focus the AT field with a aid, not to mention a potential way to make better use of the field itself.

looks like the plan is working, slowly and surely...and also getting those reactors upgraded allowing for more operational time? along with using them across the globe for non EVA tech? also Nerve getting those generators installed as back-ups?
yeah, were looking at a bigger budget increase, which was why security got set to maximum, hopefully soon with the Magi get done along with the Reactors we can get better improvements to the EVA's...and with the whole power of japan as a particle accelerator cannon? Well, add in some extra generators for the backup power generation and that alien gets punished with a blast of our own.
also we might want to increase the capabilities of the training evaluations, potentially by overestimating the "agnels" capabilities from cannon with them getting more creative each time the pilots fight them, better tactics, better strategies, and capabilities to match their growing skill.
and also figure out pain dampheners to reduce the stress levels of the pilots if the EVA's suffer critical damage in something, like a eye or limb getting ripped off or broken.

looks like the plan is working, slowly and surely...and also getting those reactors upgraded allowing for more operational time? along with using them across the globe for non EVA tech? also Nerve getting those generators installed as back-ups?
yeah, were looking at a bigger budget increase, which was why security got set to maximum, hopefully soon with the Magi get done along with the Reactors we can get better improvements to the EVA's...and with the whole power of japan as a particle accelerator cannon? Well, add in some extra generators for the backup power generation and that alien gets punished with a blast of our own.
also we might want to increase the capabilities of the training evaluations, potentially by overestimating the "agnels" capabilities from cannon with them getting more creative each time the pilots fight them, better tactics, better strategies, and capabilities to match their growing skill.
and also figure out pain dampheners to reduce the stress levels of the pilots if the EVA's suffer critical damage in something, like a eye or limb getting ripped off or broken.

In a shadowy meeting room you sit at the head of a long table, your fingers tented as you look over all the others present.
Kaji is sitting at the other end of the table, affecting a lackadaisical look while leaning his elbows on the hard wood.
Fuyutsuki was to you left, sitting ramrod straight and focused.
To your right is Major Akemi, his eyes darting around the table quickly.
And finally between Fuyutsuki and Kaji is Fubuki, adjusting her glasses and frankly coming off as one of the calmest people present.
