A new age has begun in City C.
With the Apocalypse settling down. Relatively speaking. City C has become a valuable zone for those who know of it. Causing groups to enter the city and try to claim territory, and die in the process most of the time. The number of factions in the city is constantly changing. But the big five still reign supreme, still. Nothing is set in stone. A zombie wave has begun to form, and tensions are high within the Guild. Having informed the Military the Guild and Military have banded together to survive the upcoming wave. While this is kept secret from most, some could see the signs. The growing number of mutant zombies and normal zombies. It would be a fight to see who would stay supreme. Man or Undead. With the upcoming tensions, the Military has been hunting down Cult outposts in order to get more soldiers for its penal force. As well as drafting more people into the military. The Guild has sent members into Yellow Zones in order to farm crystals or weapons.
Among the backdrop, a new force has arrived in City C. The Mutants. These people were humans, however, the zombie virus didn't kill them, but it changed them. Similar to the mutant animals. While generally not terrible, the terrifying appearances normally cause humans to shoot or fight the Mutants on sight. Being turned down by the Military, the Mutants formed their own faction, however, they needed to solve their growing resource problems. So they have routed to City C.
The Cult, due to the Militaries increased raids, have started to raid the small factions around the city in order to garner more members, although it was receiving an influx of powerful people from outside the city. This has caused life for those not within the five factions to face constant troubles, raising their paranoia. While the Military won't attack the people of the factions outside, sometimes. They will shakedown, or extort those not of the Military. This has only begun recently.
Some individual Gamer groups have started to form strike teams to push into the Red Zones. Details unavailable.
Earthquakes have recently started in City C as well. Although they have only been small tremors.
