The turning of an era arrives in many ways, small, large, and every size both between the two and outside those bonds. Really, size is a terribly inconvenient measure for events as the whole of everything relative to the facts of existence really are quite relative to one another, especially for species who can barely conceptualize that the largest thing that they are likely to both seen and touch within their life time is the sky of the planet they live upon, but digressions and shrubberies and whatnot.
The arrival of one particular turning of one particular era did not happen while one particular young cubical farm worker was looking at the sky of their local planet. Instead it came across while that young cubical farm worker was looking at the virtual sky displayed as the background upon the screen of their local work terminal. Really, it was just one of a large rotating data set of background images and if it wasn't for the fact that they really were quite neat and pretty views of quite a few natural environments that one would normally need to do an image search or dig up a nature documentary to see, it would actually be quite tacky.
Milu'Zidal Nodin was thinking about- well, a few dozen things to be as honest as an office worker on the clock is willing to be. What to do after getting off of work, whether or not to risk popping onto Chitter as management had been cracking down on nonwork related extranet usage as of late (who cares if someone is on the net as long as their work is getting done, it's not like anyone is actually using anything that might have confidential information for their browsing-), the fact that the Head of Hiring was totally seeing someone from Shipping but the question was who, and-
Casually minimizing the pop up, damned SquadTalk updates, Milu'Zidal kept staring into the virtual skyline on the terminal. It would be nice to take some time off. Go off into the mountains, get away from all the bosh'tets and just try to relax and not think about, well. There's the local politics and the system politics and the national politics and then there's the whole 'Should we poke about seeing what concessions the Citadel is willing to promise to offer us if we join up' referendum coming up and that always brings out the crazies, and none of that is even touching on work-

So far the future shines as bright as the stars as far as their test handlers can tell!
One of the oldest surviving independent companies in Quarian space, Starway Industries has been a producer and exporter of quality yet mildly affordable electronics and household goods for longer than living memory, though monopoly laws ensure that the materials needed to manufacture these products are at least not directly owned by the company.
[ ] Salty Depths Aquafarms: The standard when it comes to your aquaponic needs, Salty Depths has been remembered as an in-system supplier of all things fish, sea vegetable, or generally salty tasting ever since their infamous marketing campaign, being rephrased and reformatted across the entertainment industry for decades at this point. An early adopter of Geth labor, they've found the units to complain quite a bit less about the smell and gristle compared to the previously regular waves of newfins that would join in every season. The hidden depths of these salty shores shall surely be plumbed in full with this reliable work force!
A household name across Rannoch, Salty Depths Aquafarms's global distribution network is a sight to see in action as is the sheer variety and quantity of food stuffs they grow, harvest, process, and prepare as part of their standard supply contract with local distributors.
[ ] Zoltrak Construction: A subsidiary of their parent company "Zoltrak Enterprises", Zoltrak Construction has been the reliable hand at the wheel of regional infrastructure maintenance, repair, and, well, construction, for the past ten bid cycles for both government and private contracts. They've managed this streak through the massive reduction in overhead costs and safety concerns that Geth workers have provided, allowing them to underbid any competition that hasn't kept up with the times. A brand new foundation has been laid and now one just needs to seize the opportunity right in front of them.
A quiet workhorse for the local continental region, Zoltrak Construction has avoided the scandals usually associated with independent contractors due to their consistent ability to match the time frames estimated by their project leads, but surely a competent workforce and quality equipment is all there is behind their reputation?

Rather impressive of them, considering just how small the amount of Geth Programs were used, even for such a niche hobby as gaming, though, on occasion, they do mess up trying to understand real-world terms or knowledge, and sometimes even pick up and use the same phrases the Playerbase does, to the point that there are NPC adventurers so convincing, that they don't know it's actually a companion for hire instead of a fellow player.
