  -[X] Start by describing how thanks to the combined efforts of the humanitarian front and to the willingness of the Rank and File to ignore unlawful orders the conflict of Ishval seems to have died down.
  -[X] Continue by telling a brief story about the life of the Prophet Logue Lowe, the greatest authority in Ishval, and how he and all his followers are firm supporters for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, and that if peace is broken it won´t be because of them
  -[X] Point out how that despite all the described above, there are several organized groups that are actively smuggling weapons into Ishval (describe the groups and their motivations here), which despite its differences seems they were working in tandem, trying to reignite the fires of war between Central and Ishval... More worrying is the fact that all the evidence suggests that these widely different groups are being supplied these Amestrian made weapons by an unknown third party.
