  [X] Openly question the unrealistic terms of the Shooting, point out how the soldier was bullied as the only good member of a clearly racist unit, make it clear how odd it was that he of all people would shoot a smiling child, especially taking into account his mental state. Mention that it might be possible for him too have been framed by another for his crime, a more racist soldier who wanted someone else too take the fall for him.

  -[X] Cover the death of the child as the nonsensical tragedy it was, with an emphasis on how she and her family were totally normal and innocent civilians, and that the poor child simply happened in the wrong place at the wrong time.
  -[X] Explain that the alleged shooter denied all the charges and believed to be framed up, suggest that even if there are several witnesses that identified him, or at least someone that looked like him shooting the girl it is still bizarre that a veteran soldier with no prior military misconduct or any signs of mental illness could have killed a child in cold blood, especially as he was well known among the ranks to be sympathetic to the Ishvallans, which made many of his companions hostile towards him and explain the details surrounding his suicide, and how he died denying his guilt
  -[X] Talk about the riots caused by the death of the kid and their consequences, also add that whereas the military response was legal under the Amestrian law the response still feels disproportionated, also comment on how the military is ramping up their presence in the region, and make note that they are not equipped to handle riots or pacify the population, but as a pure combat force meant to be deployed on active frontlines.
