I believe she started wanting to talk to Flandre shortly after the Talking with Numbers chapter, wherein she bursts into tears following Flandre talking about Jail and her (Flandre's) own nature as a monster. So, while it could be something that happened offscreen, it's most likely to do with that. Maybe an apology for previous attitudes? Or just a discussion of Flandre in some way. Probably not a declaration of eternal enmity, although you never know.

I doubt that it'll be an apology for her enmity towards Flandre (thanks to eliminating two of her kind), but more of a "where we stand" kind of discussion. Cinque probably told her that the overt hostility and inability to hold a neutral discussion makes for some uncomfortable situations, which cannot stand. So I reckon that she's gonna list her grievances and vent but that's just what I think.
Also couldn't we have a clone tend to Satsuki while we deal with Nove?

Nove takes a few more breaths. "… Hello, Nove," you say, finally breaking the silence, and she flinches.
"Uh, yeah … hello." She clenches and unclenches her fists nervously, then stands up straight. "Um, there's something I've been meaning to tell you for … a while now. Back … during the Enforcer's party, I don't know if you noticed, but we - my sisters and I, and her and her father - we slipped away early. We - that was one of the times we could call our sisters … and another friend. We talked to Miss Lutecia." A minor mystery solved, and you nod before cocking your head slightly to indicate that she should continue. What could have happened that would make her nervous about approaching you …? "Um, she gave us some advice about living with you … and she asked if she could talk with you. That night, I mean - she wanted to talk with you then. I … I said I'd go get you, but when I got to the door …." Her neutral expression fails and she looks down at her feet. "I choked. Wendi was still shaken up, and I'd have to tell you in public so everyone would know that you were going away for a bit, and I … I just couldn't do it. I tried, I waited outside the door … and by the time I went back to everyone else, she'd already had to leave for light's-out. She - I guess she left her contact information for you. But then you had to leave right away, and when you came back the very first thing you did was tell us about Sein's message for us, and …." She takes a shuddering breath and fishes out a slip of paper and holds it out for you. "I'm sorry, for not getting you during the party, and for not finding you right after, and for not telling you right when you came back …." She stands still, eyes screwed shut, paper held out for you. You take the paper and smile cheerily, making sure your wings stay loose and don't become angled with hostility.
"Thank you, Nove," you say, masking your outrage. "You tried, and you did come to tell me. Thank you." She stares blankly at you, as if surprised that you aren't in the process of beating her to death with her own arm - not that you'd do something like that, of course. It would be over far too quickly. You bob your head and you start to walk off, continuing your withdrawal from watching Korosh's interviews, then stop and spin back to face her. "Oh, Ginga set up something so I could watch a bunch of interviews - should I do anything else besides just turning off the television?" She blinks and her mouth works helplessly for a moment before she shakes her head.
"Pr-probably not. I'll tell her you're done, though." You smile brightly and nod.
"Okay! Thanks!" You walk away, leaving Nove to stare after you. The paper has several pieces of information - Lutecia's dormitory number, her unit number and designation, and a direct line to her Device, Asclepius - and you study them thoroughly before putting the paper away. You're well away from Nove at this point, and it doesn't look like anyone's around - so while you can't do what you really want to do, you can snarl and swipe at the air, imagining Nove's body being torn to shreds by your rending claws.
She lied to Lutecia, broke her word! She kept you from being able to talk to your friend! Even after you so graciously told them about their sister's message, she refused to tell you! And she so selfishly refused to let her sisters tell you - they obviously knew, but Nove would let them tell you! And doubtless if you punish her properly you'll get into trouble ….
You stare down the hallway toward your and Satsuki's rooms. She isn't awake yet, of course, but it won't be long. She probably won't agree with you, but she'll say she does, because she's your servant. You cover your eyes with one hand and take a deep breath. Headless, of course, is keeping well away and quiet … but then, she knows you.
What do you do?
[ ] Go to sleep until morning.
- [ ] Leave a note for Satsuki telling her she has a free night.
[ ] Try to play a game of Satsuki's choosing.
