The Year is 1950, and the horrors of war have been washed away in an economic boom the likes of which could not have previously been imagined. Humanity has conquered the land, the seas, and the skies and now turns its attention ever further, ever higher - it turns its focus to space. Many states have a stake in being the first, the boldest, to strive further and higher than anyone else. Which one will you lead into the Future?
The program is:
[ ] The work of a group of entrepreneurs in the United States of America. Rockets are a new avenue for commercial ventures and you will be leading the way under the banner of a new corporation based in Arizona.
[ ] Organised by the Armed Forces of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, you will focus entirely on the military applications of rocketry and your other work. The state needs weapons with which to defend itself.
[ ] A scientific project funded by the universities of mainland Japan as well as from further afield in the co-prosperity sphere. Experimental programs will be the focus of your efforts and not commercial or military gain.
[ ] A Pan-European technological research project. After the flashfire wars of the last decade, a movement has begun to bring Europe closer together and this is one of its monumental works. You will create many things, all of them centered on rocketry.

That's right, I'm back again. This isn't the first time, or even the third time that I've run this question. I have a new plan and the old system and it's going to go better this time.
