How even now some of those stricken by the disease had arisen again…

So, second is dragon age, fourth is terminator and fifth is from this comedy trilogy that coined the term boomstick (though I thought he had replaced the chainsaw for a gauntlet in the third one). First one could be Paladin Lyons from fallout 3 but I doubt it. Raccoon city is from resident evil.

Yes. Not immediately of course, Umbrella's Georgia branch is rather behind the times and hasn't gotten their mutations up to spec so it will take a few days at least for them to show up. Well unless you get real unlucky.
