I did not see this coming and its amazing.
That said Roa was ALWAYS just so much weaker than Arc that he really would lose every single time even when she was basically a dumb berserker in her approach.
All she needed was someone with brains, foresight and rare items from the gacha.

Roa original body was actually very powerful with the power he stolen from Arc. It took Arc an alliance with the church to bring him down. With each reincarnation he goes through, more of his soul was lost and he gradually loses more power until by the time of 18 incarnation he was a pale shadow of his former self.

Really the problem is more that Arc is a pretty simple person who just opts to physically annihilate Roa most of the time, and is largely incapable of cooperating with other people unless she has no choice. So it's never really been fixed.

True. Had Arc truly cooperating with church, she may learn the church posses the means to end Road permanent a long time ago. The church won't even consider Arc as enermy unless she does something that threatens humanity.

Not gonna reveal too much just yet but I didn't forget them but no they haven't caught up to arc.

It's just not in her personality to go to other's for help, and I don't think she ever trusted the church to begin with because Roa used to be an important member of it, that's how he met Arc in the first place by using his position in the church, she only turned to them because she had no other choice to deal with the initial incarnation of Roa.
 
Uhh... You know, looking at the character page when I opened this thread made me think this was going to turn in an Otome game just cause Arc + Gil is kind of like hilarious levels of shit-stomp before you realize Gil can give Arc NPs to use.

... I'm still not sure if that's a wrong view to take on the matter honestly.
 
Now that Roa is dead, wishing away the bloodthirst or something that could deal with it would be probably The Perfect Ending.

Well, best friend until he grows up a few more years. Fufufu. (Mainly I'm only saying that because of the "dress scene", so... *Shrug* Eh.)

That wish would really screw Arc up pretty bad because essentially Arcueid is a clone of Crimson Moon she even has an inner personality that's modeled after him, he's an integral part of her. There could be many avenues to get rid of it with the grail without a problem but first Arc must understand and comprehend the way she would do that since the Grail can only accepts wishes that use working methodologies in the wisher's mind. AKA why Kiristugu's wish was going to kill nearly everyone is simply because he didn't know any other way to save people.

On another note I finally found an acceptable picture of Shuten, it's close enough but if you want to see what she really looks like just google her.

Here's the tally gonna close it and start writing in 2-5 hours.

Or make a wishes to find the best solution but that would waste a wish if the grail if only prime with six servants...
