Fate/Moon's Regalia

BlackHadou

Bunny-Sensei
It is the middle of the years known as 2030. The world has begun a final, inevitable decline. The mystery called magic has become a rare, impossible, distant dream, possessed only by the rare monster, and the race called Humans has fallen to desperation.

It is this climate, of a world on the brink of death, that the final frontier was sought. The miracle making machine called 'Holy Grail', the layman's term for a wishmaking device. However, this time, the Holy Grail that humanity sought was within the Moon.

Moon Cell. The last place where the future of man could be decided. A Holy Grail War would be held, the winner being granted the chance to change the world. The person who won would be the creator of a new age, whatever that age would be.

A final competition, one open to anyone who could make the crossing to the final world, to the Moon Cell. But to hack into such a cyber space, the body must be left behind.

There would be no return from this competition. To be defeated, would mean to die. Of the 128 men and woman who reached out to gain their dreams, only one would return to Earth.

The Moon Cell, however, was not without mercy; to each Master a boon was granted, a ring known as Regalia, and three red seals upon the hand. These symbols declared one to be Master, and in possession of the right to command the beings known as Servants, up to a maximum of three.

Three miracles that could grant a single command each, however, if the number of miracles became 0, then the Master would lose the right to command their Servant, and their war would end in defeat, unless it so happened that the war would end before the Moon Cell enforced this rule.

Today is the day that the war begins in earnest. The unfortunate truth is that there can only be one winner.

-

This is a Fate/Extra RP with a twist. Each Master will possess three Servants, rather then the normal one. The Moon Cell Holy Grail War is an elimination style tournament where the loser is erased and the winner moves on to the next round. You may submit as either a Master or a Servant, however, only a maximum of two masters and six servants will be accepted.

The rules, thus, are as follows:-
- Submit your sheet in this thread and tag me when you do. I will threadmark it. If your sheet is not threadmarked, then it will not be considered.
- Do not unduly hinder the operation of this RP, be it through threadbans, bans, or in other ways. Long story short, if you cannot post for an extended period, either work it out with me ahead of time or your place may be forfeit.
- Optimistically speaking, this RP will end with at least half of you dead. Please do not submit if this fact bothers you.

The submission templates are as follows. Remember this is the bare minimum detail required to be considered, and more information is appreciated.

Lancer: Cu Chulainn
@BlackHadou I couldn't resist :V

Status
True Name: Cu Chulainn
Title: The Hound of Ulster
Class: Lancer
Alignment: Neutral Good

Biography
Appearance:
Lancer is a blue-haired, red-eyed man who stands at roughly six feet tall and has a lean, athletic build. His hair is spiked up as if done so with lime and tied in a ponytail, while his choice of clothing is a skintight blue, black and grey bodysuit with armored pauldrons for maximum maneuverability in combat. One of the suit's arms is also covered in a stylish assortment of metal bands and he sports silver earrings on either ear. When enraged, his eyes expand and grow seven pupils that gleam like rubies.

Personality: Lancer is both a warrior and a knight at heart. His heart burns with no small measure of fire and he is quick-tempered, having been spurred into furious rages many times in his life. He seeks to fight opponents of great skill and strength so that he may indulge in that primal rush of battle. However, time and experience have taught him a greater measure of self-control. At the same time, he is proud and carries himself with honor whenever facing his foes. Off the battlefield, he is a soul who sympathizes strongly with the plights of others and cannot bring himself to kill those of the opposite sex in combat, even his most hated of adversaries. Cu Chulainn is a man who was doomed to live a short life, thus he learned to enjoy even the most mundane moments to their fullest and took an interest in simple hobbies such as fishing and enjoying the company of fine women.

History: Lancer is Cu Chulainn, one of the key figures in the Irish Ulster cycle famed for his legendary skill and power as a warrior. Born as the son of the Celtic solar deity Lugh Lamfada and the sister of Ireland's king Conchobar mac Nessa under the name Setanta, he was raised by several different foster fathers in his youth, including the knight Fergus mac Roich of the Red Branch. As a child he possessed strength enough to shatter chariots with his bare hands and courage to defend himself from an enormous hound with the power of ten men by slaying it. In order to repay the hound's owner, the blacksmith Chulainn, for his slain dog, Setanta offered himself to fill its role and protect his home - thus he was named Cu Chulainn, the blacksmith's loyal guard dog. In a tale not unlike Achilles of Greece, he took up arms and began his martial training at the first mention of a prophecy that those who did so would attain everlasting glory in battle, but the druid who spoke that prophecy lamented that in doing so he doomed himself to a short life.

Setanta later trained under the warrior-witch Scatatch on the Isle of Skye after getting booted out of Ulster for fear that he would bed every daughter in the nation with the beauty he has grown into. In her fortress of shadows was he instructed in the arts of war and magic alongside his fellow pupil Ferdiad, and the two soon grew to become like brothers. Cu Chulainn, but not Ferdiad, learns the final lesson of Scatatch and masters the technique of the vicious cursed spear Gae Bolg before later defusing the enmity between her and her twin sister-turned-rival Aife in a duel with the latter, which he 'heroically' won by distracting her with the false warning of her favorite horses and chariot running off a cliff - he had been trained in the art of guile as well, not just the way of the spear.

With Aife he fathered a son, Connla, who comes to Ulster as a young but powerful boy not unlike his father some eight years later, bound by three geasa to never stop his journey once started, never to refuse a challenge and never to reveal his name. Cu Chulainn encountered Connla and engaged him a duel, which despite the attempts of various parties present ends in the tragic killing of his own son with Gae Bolg. In his last moments, Connla spoke of his name and great praises to the men of Ireland, which left him paralyzed with sorrow. He would later find himself pitted against his longtime companion Ferdiad in a war between the forces of Ulster and Connacht, a conflict that ended in further tragedy after they fought in a stream for three days without rest - yet another beloved friend's life was claimed by Gae Bolg.

Cu Chulainn met his end later in that war thanks to the machinations of Medb, queen of Connacht, and the many vengeful sons of his slain enemies. Having been trapped in a situation where multiple conflicted geasa - curses that doom a hero once violated - were broken, Setanta was mortally wounded by a magical spear from the warrior Lugaid that was promised to slay a king. But he did not let himself pass away so easily. Cu Chulainn tied himself to a standing stone so that he could keep on fighting the soldiers of Connacht; it was not until he lay motionless and ravens gathered on his body that the Connachtmen thought him dead. Lugaid stepped forward to remove the seemingly invincible warrior's head from his shoulder to ensure the deed was done, but Cu Chulainn severed Lugaid's sword arm in one surprise final stroke before passing away.

Parameters
Strength: B
Endurance: C
Agility: A
Magical Power: C
Luck: E

Class Skills
Magic Resistance: C

An innate capacity to negate incoming magical spells. Magecraft with an aria below two verses are nullified, but spells of the High Thaumaturgy and Greater Ritual categories are beyond his power to resist. While his rank is low, the real issue is trying to actually hit him or find enough time to cast a spell before he closes in and strikes with his high Agility.

Personal Skills
Battle Continuation: A

The strength to continue fighting where others would perish, moving on even when one is dying. Makes possible to fight with deadly injuries and can remain alive so long as one does not receive a decisive fatal wound, such as decapitation or destruction of the heart.

Divinity: B
Aptitude for status as a Divine Spirit. Cu Chulainn is the son of the Celtic sun god Lugh, granting him a high degree of divine potency to resist or break through otherwise infallible forces and means of protection.

Protection from Arrows: B
An ability to dodge ranged weapons Lancer has possessed since birth. He can avoid nearly any long-range attack so long as he has made visual confirmation of the opponent and can dodge projectiles even in most cases where he cannot see them by relying on his hearing.

Rune Magic: B
Proficiency in rune-based spells, taught to Lancer by the witch Scathatch. This Celtic system of runes is ultimate derived from the original Norse system, but his skill is sufficient to wield them like an expert.

Noble Phantasms
Gae Bolg

Soaring Spear That Strikes With Death
Rank: B+
Type: Anti-Army
Description: The largest and most devastating attack possible with Gae Bolg, which best exemplifies the lethal power demonstrated in its legends. After leaping high into the air, Berserker hurls the spear down at the earth from the fork of his toes. Gae Bolg splinters into a cluster of over thirty thorns that rain down on the enemy and explode like a carpet bombing of magical energy capable of scorching an entire army to ashes before flying back into his grasp. Gae Bolg is hurled at speeds of Mach 2 in this instance with a maximum range of forty kilometers, making it impossible to dodge for even the absolute fastest of Heroic Spirits and extremely difficult to defend against. Modifying the spear with runes increases its destructive power even further, elevating the Noble Phantasm's damage to A-Rank.

*Deletes half-finished Berserker Cu sheet*

Darn you

Ruler: Jeanne
Well, I may change it if I can think of someone to bounce off Cu better. But for now...

Class: Ruler
True Name: Jeanne D'Arc
Gender: Female
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

History:

The valiant maiden who heard the voice of God and led the French in several miraculous victories against the English. Even when captured, she didn't give up faith in her heart. Even when the fires were lit, she prayed to be able to serve God more even once she died...

This isn't that person. It mostly is, but with one key difference. This is a "What-if" scenario the Moon Cell made, based on the actual holy maiden. What if she'd acted like a normal person as she burned alive? If she'd cursed and hated the people that put her on the stake, hated the people that let them do it and most of all, hated the God that didn't help her when she most needed it?

And so, "Jeanne" was born.

Personality:

She doesn't particularly care about people. Faith in humanity=0. Perhaps it's due to the whole "Burned alive at the stake" thing. Regardless, she isn't going to run around killing people, since she doesn't really care about them, but by the same token, she's not gonna lose any sleep if someone's in her way and she kills them because of it. The exception to this are those that were involved in her death. Put briefly, she holds a grudge. She will attempt to kill them if they're around. Her wish is to go back in time and kill them.

More personality-wise, she's rather sarcastic and enjoys mocking those that see themselves as good, or those who mess up, or those that put their trust in others, or... Etc, etc, you get the drill. Still, she can be surprisingly laid-back if she's got nothing against the person around her. In regards to her Master, she'll likely give them absolutely no respect to start, at least. She'll neither trust nor care about any of her teammates.... to start, at least. It would take a lot to get her to start doing so, but a Grail War should have a lot happen, no?

Parameters:
Str End Agi Mag Luck
C C C A C
Class Skills:
God's Resolution
Rank D+

As much as she dislikes the name the system has assigned this skill, she can't deny its use. Still, she gets rather less than a Ruler would in an Apocrypha War. Indeed, she starts the war with no Command Seals at all. This skill's purpose, then, is this: Whenever someone around her uses a Command Seal, it doesn't just fade away. Instead, she gets it.

These recycled Command Seals cannot be used upon Servants, whether they be allied or enemy; the power has faded too much in the process of recycling for that. However, they serve as excellent way to command her dragons to excel, as the ability to rule over them is what truly qualifies her for the class. Additionally, they can be used as normal; through the Master-Servant bond. In other words, she can use her Command Seals on her own Master. In that way, this is a rather useful threat in skill form to her own Master: If a Command Seal is used to make her do something she doesn't want to do, her Master can expect the same returned to them.

True Name Discernment:
Rank B

It's what it always is. Upon seeing a Servant, Ruler sees their sheet, basically, unless they have some way to hide their abilities. Yeah, no real long description, but so what?

Personal Skills:

Dragon Witch
Rank EX

Due to the circumstances around her death, Jeanne's been... Ah, turned away from the light of the divine. Very turned away. So far turned away she's bringing out wyrms, reflections of an older rebel.

Thanks to both being in the Moon Cell, where there are perfect records of each and every dragon that's ever existed, and being in her best class for this, her ability to summon them is greatly increased. So long as she knows of a dragon, she can summon it, even multiple copies of the same being.

While, theoretically, she has no limits on the amount of dragons she can summon, actually controlling them takes a lot of power. Sure, she could summon an army quickly, but they'd turn upon her as readily as her enemies, and that would be rather difficult to survive. Generally, it's safe to have a dozen lesser wyrms, barely stronger than other familiars, or one big one, enough to threaten a Servant. The non-safe limits are roughly double that, but the power use is on par with a high-ranking Noble Phantasm; she won't be able to keep control for very long.

Summoning more is possible, but at that point, there's no control from the beginning. The dragons'll do what dragons do, and if she looks tasty, not much she can do to convince them others would be tastier.

Innocent Monster
Rank A-

This is not Jeanne as she was in life in the slightest. This is a "What if" version of her, a change in attitude at the end. Her abilities have completely changed, as well as her personality. While the personality change is simply the amplification of her hatred of her fate to extreme level, it is still a complete change and so does not lower the rank.
Instead, the flaw that causes the minus is this: She knows she has this skill.

Noble Phantasms:
La Grondement du Haine

Howl Loudly, My Resentment
Rank: A+
Type: Anti-Army

The banner in Jeanne's hand, and a weapon she's accustomed to more than the sword at her waist. In the form she has now, it has shed its power to shield others, becoming another tool to wreak havoc upon her foes.

It draws power from the grudges, hatred, and anger of all within 100 meters, including Ruler herself, and converts it to Magical Energy. From there, it has two paths: First, it could provide it to Jeanne. In this way, even without the support of the Moon Cell or a Master, it would still be possible for her to survive on her own, sustained by her own grudges.

The other option is to manifest the power, expelling the magical energy in the form of the primary grudges that became part of it. Considering Jeanne's constantly providing it with power, absent some extraordinary circumstance, this means it takes the form of the fire that burned her alive. She is able to both freely shape and solidify it, producing walls of flame, even swords or lances of solid flame, that fly through the air to impale a target before exploding into conflagrations inside of them.

As this skill relies on the grudges of her and the vicinity rather than her own stores of energy, it costs nothing to use, a Noble Phantasm more efficient with prana than even stabby Gae Bolg. However, it also means that she can't make it stronger with more magical energy. It always maintains a powerful baseline of strength from her own grudges, but more powerful fire requires either others with anger or grudges to be nearby, ally or enemy. Or, of course, for her to just be angrier. Being in the presence of someone she hated would be an appreciable difference, certainly.

Berserker: Cu Chulainn
Status
Class: Berserker
True Name: CuChulainn
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Appearance:
Personality: A fierce warrior, CuChulainn enjoys the art of combat, easily working himself into a frenzy in combat. Above all, he enjoys fighting a worthy opponent. Insulting him, especially by calling him a 'Dog,' will make him lose his cool.

Despite his lust for battle, CuChulainn is a noble person. He is easily touched by the problems of others, dislikes killing bystanders, and will never, ever break a promise, one he has made it.

CuChulainn is a carefree person, with a playful attitude, and enjoys fishing, hunting, and seducing women.

History: Killed a dog. Took it's place on the owner's request. Slept with too many women. People wanted him to get married. Wanted to marry Emer. Went to Scathach to earn her father's approval. Had a son with Scathach's sister and rival. Killed his son accidentally a few years later. Took an entire army to kill him, after he was tricked into breaking his Geas, and still took several days to die. More stuff can be found here.

Parameters
Strength: B
Endurance: B
Agility: A
Mana: D
Luck: E

Class Skills
Mad Enhancement: B
Perhaps one of the most famous berserkers in history, CuChulainn's Mad Enhancement should be higher. However, while his other Stats all gain a rank-up, Luck does not.

Personal Skills
Battle Continuation: A
It can be said that Berserker does not die even when killed. Considering the healing effects of his second Noble Phantasm, this means that killing Berserker is nigh impossible, without draining him of Prana or making use of an instant death effect.

Divinity: B
The son of Lugh, CuChulainn has within him the blood of the Tuatha De Danann.

Frenzy of Fairies: A
The Tuatha De Danang, also known as the Daoine Sidhe, were powerful warriors of inhuman ferocity in battle. As a Berserker, this manifests in an improved application of CuChulainn's lesser Warp Spasm. His unnatural, shockingly fast movements are more emphasised, unnerving his enemies in a mental attack that, if not resisted by an A Rank Skill, causes a tank-down in Strength and Endurance.

Protection from Arrows: C
Born from a Geas he swore to never be hit by a projectile, CuChulainn can sense incoming arrows and dodge them with ease. Technically speaking, the rank in this skill should be higher, but as Berserker, the refined instinct to predict projectiles is weakened by his increased lust of battle.

Noble Phantasm
Gae Bolg - Soaring Spear of Death
Rank: B++
Description: The largest and most devastating attack possible with Gae Bolg, which best exemplifies the lethal power demonstrated in its legends. After leaping high into the air with a fifty-meter run up, Berserker hurls the spear down at the earth from the fork of his. Against multiple foes, Gae Bold warps space to split into a number of thorny spearheads equal to the number of enemies present, that rain down on the enemy and explode like a carpet bombing of magical energy capable of scorching an entire army to ashes before flying back into his grasp. Gae Bolg is hurled at speeds of Mach 2 in this instance with a maximum range of forty kilometers, making it impossible to dodge for even the absolute fastest of Heroic Spirits and extremely difficult to defend against. However, as Berserker, the full usage of this Noble Phantasm uses too much Mana, damaging his spiritual core. As such, he is unlikely to use this Noble Phantasm as anything but an opening attack when using the second, which would allow him to survive the lethal wound, but also ensure that he only uses this against a foe likely to survive it.

Riastrad - Warp Spasm of the Raging Hound
Rank: A+
Description: Technically speaking, Berserker uses his Riastrad in every battle. The unnatural, impossible fast movements that make him the fastest Servant are a result of it. This Noble Phantasm is not merely that. Indeed, this Noble Phantasm is the legendary Warp Spasm, the one that terrifies the mind of all who know of it.

Berserker's body beings to mutate, with one eye flapping out on his cheek, while the other is drawn in until it cannot be seen. Blood begins to spout from his neck, and boils in a peculiar way that causes it to become an obscuring mist, blinding all within it to all outside of a few feet, while simultaneously generating enough heat to melt ice. Berserker's forehead begins to glow with the hero-light, a sickly thing that shows his presence in the mist to his victims a mere second before he strikes, to let them know that they are doomed.

His legs shall bend around, his cheeks peel back, and his lungs be vomited from his mouth, turning him into a grotesque monster of a being. Despite this, he remains alive, as the Noble Phantasm heals his body. His movements, already unnatural and fast, become incredibly moreso- It can be said that, like this, his body is elastic, able to be remade with ease. A wound will not hamper him, as his body will simply mold itself to adapt around it, or remove it if possible. Only removing flesh from Berserker can be considered a victory, no easy task considering the healing factor he possesses in this form.

Due to how his body has adapted, he can be considered shapeless, in a way. He can fit his body where it doesn't belong, even forcing himself through coin-sized holes by forcing himself through it, reshaping and healing as he came out.

Truly, this is the pinnacle of a Berserker, the true essence of an unstoppable mad foe. However, this Noble Phantasm has a horrific cost. The Prana strain of this Noble Phantasm is immense- To maintain it for a few minutes would be the most an average Master can do before kneeling over and dying, and to maintain it for the lengths of time he kept it up in legend would require a Master with so much Prana that feats such as 'Refill God Hand and give Heracles more lives while still letting him fight at full power' would be possible.

Will edit in appearance, personality and history when I'm not on my phone because it's a real pain.

Anyway, @The Out Of World, we can't both be CuChu. But if you care to make a dare, I'll make a bet with you.

You submit someone who knew CuChu, I'll submit someone else who I'll dice roll to decide, and we let Bunny decide the best combination.

*rushes to dig up submission from old Data Grail War*

Saber: Nameless
Mostly completed, hopefully decent lore-workings to continue the proper 'Legend of the Nameless Samurai' CX

True Name: [REDACTED]—None by Technicality
Title: Sasaki Kojirō
Class: Saber
Alignment: True Neutral

Keywords: Male, Servant, Swordsman, Wraith, Swallow

Appearance: Saber's appearance is that of a samurai swordsman with long indigo hair tied into ponytail and indigo eyes. He wears a traditional light purple umanori hakama and kimono, light purple tabi and black geta with purple haori and tekkou and carries his sword on his back.

Personality: Saber is quiet and composed, and while his general tone has a mocking nature to it, he is honorable in battle, always maintaining a degree of bushido — not the type who would attack defenseless women and children. He always admired the beauty of nature, especially that of the moon; a refined man who wraps his body in an elegant battle surcoat. Aloof from the world and having a somewhat elusive personality, he is a warrior who likes fair and square contests. Due to living in an age where casualties happened in a daily basis, his perspectives about life and death may also seem cold-hearted for a modern person.

He has no actual goal in participating in a normal Holy Grail War — not being a Heroic Spirit usually means he has nothing true to gain — worse still, it would be impossible in almost any scenario to call upon such a wraith within such a digital realm. However the machinations taking place deep within the Moon Cell (playing god with possibilities and the like) have left other areas of the world unobserved; the simplest binary of code shifts, and the recording of human history recognizes the tale of Tsubame Gaeshi as "True". With only this data on hand the super-computer scrambled to compile the swordsman's data — an impossible mishmash that should have simply been an unusable error to be found and fixed — and yet somehow a man is found amidst the shifting parallels of time that can perform the legendary technique.

His name lost to time, the Moon Cell finds him worthy and declares the error resolved — Sasaki Kojirō was found.

Saber's supposed identity is that of the mythical Japanese swordsman, Kojirō Sasaki (佐々木 小次郎, Sasaki Kojirō?) whose real name was speculated to be Tsuda (津田, ?).[4] His true name was unknown, and to be more specific, he never had a true name.[5] Kojirō is known as a master swordsman whose existence is doubted even though his name remains recorded in history. He did not actually exist, so it would be impossible to summon the real thing as a Servant. The person summoned in his place is not a Heroic Spirit, but an existence closer to that of wraiths. If there was to be a database for all of humanity, he is the piece of data that best matches the parameters of Sasaki, so his personality Kojirō would become Kojirō's personality and his monumental feats would become that of Kojirō rather than his own in any other circumstance.

This individual was the son of an ordinary farming family, living an ordinary farm life and separated from ordinary common sense. He met a master swordsman who had retired deep into the mountains, and began his ordinary life in the mountains himself. He was enthralled by the swordsmanship of the master, and he began training under him the next day. The master swordsman only taught him the refined behaviour of a swordsman; a communion with nature and the master swordsman did not instruct him on anything related to sword techniques. After one month, the master swordsman drew his last breath, and he completely threw himself into the path of a swordsman.[7] He was a nameless martial artist with some relation to the Ryuudou Temple, but there is no way to know his true identity.[1] He died lacking a name, never even fortunate enough to be given one, and the ability to read or write. He utilizes a long Japanese katana and discovered the ultimate technique, "Tsubame Gaeshi", being absolutely all he possesses.

Legend
While the Kojirō in the modern era is an invention, a blend of details from the lives of many nameless and forgotten historical swordsmen, he is said to have been born in the Eiroku era in the Echizen countryside according to records. He studied under the originator of the Chujoryu kodachi style, Toda Seigen, favoring a long sword. He defeated the master's younger brother, and named his own style "Ganryu." His style became known for its prowess while he himself defeated numerous opponents from challenges from mystical enemies to defeating three swordsmen with only a war fan. He was known as a handsome swordsman wielding the 3-shaku-long, approximately 90 centimeters to one meter, nodachi, "Bizen Osahune Nagamitsu", that was also called the "Monohoshi Zao."He traveled around the country as a master swordsman, and it is said that he developed his secret sword technique, Tsubame Gaeshi, able to kill even a flying swallow, around the Nishiki River in the Suou region.

He terrified swordsman around the country after that period, and eventually battled Miyamoto Musashi at Funajima Island to maintain the reputation of the domain he served, dying in the process. He was unable to fight while holding onto the sheath of his sword due to its length, so he threw it away in front of Musashi. Musashi is quoted to have said the famous lines "Kojirō, you lose. If you're were planning to win, why did you throw away your sheath?" and " Kojirō has been defeated!" after seeing that event. The finale was of the battle was Kojirō's death after having his forehead crushed by an oar.

Musashi was one of Japan's best swordsmen, and Kojirō is known as Musashi's worthy rival. It is claimed that he gained fame around the period from the 10th to 17th year of the Keichou era, but his real figure is hazy like the moon on water. Any truth of this era is a mystery due to all books noting him being inconsistent in terms of years. His duel is legendary, and although he was said to be the disciple of Seigen, there are numerous conflicting documentations and legends, which still shroud his true identity even now.[1] The only one who should know of the existence of such a swordsman would have to be the supposed rival who defeated him, Musashi, but he is not mentioned at all in the book Musashi wrote, "Gorin no Sho."

Kojirō was a Japanese man without any real identity, his birth is unknown, and his story was only told through world of mouth. His past was falsely forged as a convenient foe to a famed swordsman. The records are too vague, but it was likely there existed man named Sasaki Kojirō and a man who wielded a sword called the Monohoshi Zao. They would not have been the same person, so the swordsman with the name Sasaki Kojirō was simply a fictional character created to be his enemy's foil. Even if there was a person like him, it can be said that his figure passed down to the present is a fictional swordsman nor an overstatement to say that he has never existed.

Strength: B
Endurance: C
Agility: A
Magical Power: D
Luck: A

Class Skills
Magic Resistance (B)
Spells of three-verse chants or less are negated; even such things on the level of High Thaumatrugy or Greater Rituals have trouble fully affecting Saber, of whom myths tell of his victory against mystic opponents (among others) leading up to his honoring as a weapons master.

Riding (E-)
Nowhere is Saber known for any use of mounts, mundane or otherwise; even the Saber-Class cannot improve what is not there.

Personal Skills
Eye of the Mind (False) (A)
An ability that can be called a natural talent to sense danger, it grants an effect of offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions, and even observe things that cannot be seen such as the energy of an opponent. The perception of Saber's eyes is the best among Servants, allowing him to see through the weapon and style of his opponent after crossing blades only a few times. He is an unorthodox sword-user who is only able to improve on such techniques, so he mentions that figuring out the shape is "just a street performance."

Knowledge of Respect and Harmony (B)
It is not possible to get used to Saber's fighting style no matter how many times he utilizes the same technique on a single foe. It is the ability to "render one's attacks unreadable to the enemy" — vastly improved with his unique "head-shot" techniques — so the opponent will not be able to see through his techniques even after retreating and challenging him again numerous times, always forced back to square one and fought as if it is the first encounter again.

Vitrification (B+)
A mental state called a "heart of clear water" that was acquired after reaching the pinnacle of arduous training. By limiting his fighting spirit as a martial artist, Saber can conceal his presence to the point that even Servants have trouble detecting him, and he cannot be emotionally overwhelmed in battle. He is able to maintain a cool and collected heart, regardless the situation; facing his own death will not cause him to waver, and mental interference from charms and fear magecraft activated by the opponent are completely negated.

Projectile (Iron War Fan) (A-)
The expertise for throwing projectile weapons; in this case, the Japanese Iron [War] Fan (鉄扇—Tessen). The first mythological telling of Saber is his honoring as chief weapons master of a fief by its lord from the fame of his school and his many victories — including one against three opponents simultaneously wielding only an iron war fan. The force with which they can be thrown remains enough that is a simple task even in the middle of combat. Sturdy tools of war, their multifaceted use allows Saber to use them effectively as his style demands beyond purely ranged. This skill only allows usage of them comparable to bullets due to the lack of synchronization with the name's legend.

Noble Phantasms
Ganryū Hiken: Tsubame-GaeshiLarge Rock Style Hidden Blade: Swallow Reversal
Rank: -
Type: Anti-Unit
The fabled technique of the legendary swordsman Sasaki Kojirō, who was said to be able to cut down a swallow in mid-flight. He achieved a Mystery attained only with human techniques that rivaled the Noble Phantasms of Servants. This demonic sword technique — utmost and sole remaining technique of his myth — is not a normal Noble Phantasm or a magical phenomenon, but it has reached a level comparable to one out of pure godlike skill that "surpasses even Servants.; as with the Presence Concealment attained by the Sphere Boundary of Li Shuwen of the Assassin-Class, this technique exceeds the domain of human capability. Thus it qualifies as a Noble Phantasm within the Moon Cell, its unranked nature obsfuricating its true power.

Three concurrent arching blades close on the enemy from all sides to create a prison, allowing no chance for defense or evasion. While Saber downplays it as simply successive slashes, it is actually bending the laws of physics to multiply its existence and produce a slash attack that arrives from three different directions. By momentarily using the Multi-Dimensional Refraction Phenomenon of Zelretch's Second Magic, it transcends speed, dexterity, feints, and many other elements. As a side benefit of being recognized as a Saber-Class Servant's Noble Phantasm by the Moon Cell, the blade Monohoshi-Zao is far sturdier and more difficult to damage.

Rider: Mebd

If you insist.

I'll just steal this from /False Rewrite.

Class: Rider
True Name: Medb
Gender: Female
Alignment: Neutral Evil

Appearance:

History: The Queen of Connacht, Medb is said to be of insatiable lust, to the point where it would take thirty men to please her. The stories say that, when she heard of Fergus' sexual exploits, she requested him bought to her so that they may satisfy each other. This is but part of the legend. In truth, Medb is the sort of person who considers 'That which I do not have' and 'That which I want most of all' to be synonymous.

This can be seen in the Cattle Raid of Cooley, in which she started a war that killed billions simply for a bull, because her husband had one and she did not. Her entire bodyguard was massacred by one man, CuChulainn. Try as she could, Medb could not stop CuChulainn. She attempted to keep him reaching the battle by having a pair of women tell him it was already lost, but he discovered the truth, killed the women and came to fight. She attempted to exhaust him over several days of one-on-one combat, but CuChulainn never exhausted. She attempted to make him fight the invincible Ferdiad, who he was friends with, and found herself short a great warrior. Though she got the bull in the end, it was only through the mercy of CuChulainn.

This was, indeed the ultimate insult. With her at his mercy, after her caused the death of his friend Ferdiad, CuChulainn did not kill her, or punish her. He helped her. Forced her to rely on him. Proved she was no Queen to him.

And the idea that someone like CuChulainn would never be hers was the cause of her one wish in life.

This is the biggest legend of Medb there was, but there are others. When a druid predicted that Medb's son Maine would kill Conchobar, Medb renamed all her sons Maine, only to discover that the druid meant Conchobar son of Arthur, not Conchobar son of Fachtna, like she had hoped. Her husband had Fergus killed out of jealousy, and when his eyes started wandering, Medb had him killed. In the end, Medb was killed as she bathed, by a block of cheese thrown at her. In her dying breath, she lamented never owning the Hound of Ulster.

Personality: Seemingly ditzy and pleasure-obsessed, Medb is in fact a skilled manipulator who hides her true intentions beneath a rather simplistic view on life. To those who don't know her, it would seem perfectly in character of her to flirt with someone in battle, and information let slip in the process would appear to be Medb simply putting pleasure above practicability. In truth, every action she takes has a motive, even if the motive is only to make others underestimate her. In the end, Medb wants everything to become hers, and to have all admit her status as Queen.

Parameters
Strength: D
Agility: B
Endurance: C
Mana: B
Luck: A

Class Skills
Riding: A
The first of the Rider class' inherent Skills. The ability to direct vehicles and beasts as mounts, logically it is of the utmost importance for the Class of 'Rider'. At this rank, Medb can ride any natural vehicle or beast with nigh-perfect skill, and even command Monstrous Beasts. Creatures on the level of Phantasmal or Divine Beasts, along with any member of Dragonkind are beyond her ability however.

Magic Resistance: B
The second of the Rider class' inherent Skills. Rather than resisting magical energy, the power to cancel spells altogether. This level of Magic Resistance renders Rider proof to most spells wielded by modern Magi, though it cannot cope with Thaumaturgy on the scale of Greater Rituals.

Personal Skills
Charisma: B
A rare talent, something of a measure of the Servant's 'popularity' in life. It is said that a rank of B in this skill is sufficient to rule a country as its King, and while Medb has never held that particular title, the Queen of Connact certainly held enough power to do so. Allows the Servant to bolster the morale and offensive power of their allies, an ability Rider makes great use of.

Natural Beauty: A
A manifestation of the Servant's good looks and natural atmosphere, taking the form of a charm-type skill that fascinates others and lowers their guard. An object of desire throughout her legend, Rider leverages her natural appearance with her attractive personality and cunning to bend others to her will. A skill rooted firmly in allure, its effects receive a Rank Down when confronted by one who is not, or cannot, be seduced by the Servant's appearance.

Noble Phantasms
Donn Cuailnge
Curse of the Queen's Greed
Rank: A
Type: Anti-Noble Phantasm
Description:
In her life, Medb insisted that she and her husband Ailill were equal in wealth. When she discovered her husband had one more prize stud bull than her, she sought to remedy this imbalance. She learned of another bull, the equal of Ailill's Finnbennach, owned by a vassal of Conchobar. After her first attempt to peacefully acquire the bull failed, she went to war to take it. A number of shenanigans and schemes later, Medb finally acquired the bull.

Upon facing her husband's, however, the two bulls fought for dominance, and Donn Cuailnge killed Finnbennach before succumbing to his wounds. In the end, all of the war and bloodshed was for nothing, and instead of gaining one bull to equal her husband, Ailill lost one bull, and so did Medb.

As a Noble Phantasm, the bull is sublimated as an example of the principle of 'wasteful consumption'. A barbaric Noble Phantasm that would earn the scorn of most Heroes, when activated, Donn Cuailnge charges a target. Should it make contact with a Noble Phantasm, it explodes, rendering down the opposing Mystery into wisps of wasted mana. Mutual annihilation, this Noble Phantasm can thus only be activated once.

As Rider, Medb can also use the bull to pull her iron chariot without calling its True Name, in which case it carries enough weight of Mystery and age to be considered a Monstrous Beast.

@BlackHadou how hard would it be to convince you to get rid of this so I can give Medb her army

Amus Cach Amuis
Zerg Rush Kekekekeke

The Noble Phantasm owned by Queen Medb of Connacht, activated by a twisting of the royal brooch of her dynasty on her clothes. She is unable to summon her full army unless side-by-side with her husband, since they held joint rulership over that contingent: alone, she can merely call her bodyguard. Even so, she will refuse to bring them forth unless severely provoked or in the case that another Servant summons their own soldiers. Medb is a strong believer in the worthiness of single combat as the proof of a hero: an army may fight wars, but numbers have no place when the champions are ready to duel.

Medb is justifiably confident that her displeasure will stick and the enemy will regret moving the battle to one of quantity over quality. Her bodyguard numbers some 40-and-a-half billion Irish warriors from the Age of the Gods. If the enemy Servant and their troops are not immediately crushed when Connacht's soldiers materialise, then they get to reap what they have sown and carry on the fight. She's fairly confident they're not going to have much luck.

Rank: Lots of those funny stars the Sakuras have for their stats in CCC
Type: Anti-Army-Summoning
Range: Very Big
Maximum Targets: 40.5 billion people

This is a musou, after all, we need the mooks
