Ruby won't have trouble working with Medea, it's just that she wouldn't be able to use Second Magic things installed onto Ruby. Ruby can use them to a limited extent on Medea's behalf, but it just locks out Medea munchkin'in the hell out of Ruby.

Literally the only thing she'd need from Ruby or Sapphire is the infinite supply of magical energy, their most basic and automated function.

And I meant more that she could do stuff like override Ruby's attempts at trolling and stuff. Force it to actually behave itself.
 
Hmm, for the little Omake side stories I guess either the White Day Chaldea Boys event or Fate/Accel Zero will be up next.

Although I'm not sure if I can make the latter fun enough considering how serious things can be.

Then again, I do want to show Ritsuka collecting the whole Emiya family.

Yeah, all Medea really needs is UNLIMITED POWAAAAAA
Sort of like the Grail. She's not compatible with the Heaven's Feel, but all she needs is the fuckhuge amount of power

Output is one of the bigger issues for this Medea I believe, although having more prana is never a bad thing.

Magical Girl Kaleidostick Illya had trouble with output when she needed to push back Enuma Elish to the point where she converted loads of nerves into Nerve Circuits. (Typical Emiya's destroying their own body)

Bad End Medea needed Saber back then as her dragon core thing gave her a great enough output for Medea to use with her stockpiled prana in manifesting the Grail for a wish.

The Kaleidoscope isn't limitless either; it's 'only' as far from a leyline as an entire leyline is from a mana-dead rock. Whether or not HF is really limitless either is also up for debate.

In any case, with Emiya and a Leyline Medea does not have any issues with Prana capacity. As GM said, output is the bigger issue, and Kaliedosticks don't help with that.

Canon Medea had the right idea. Saber's Dragon core > Ilya's Circuits.

Dragon be OP.
 
Consider that Illya, despite being the vessel for the lesser grail and more or less 70% magic circuits, is not comparable to a servant especially a caster servant so handing your caster servant a source of infinite magical power at whatever output they need is a massive game changer even beyond affection of the grail.
So if Ruby is inclined to make a contract with Medea it would be a massive plus, also Medea can play the part of the magical girl even without the full Prisma Trance because she can fly and her regular outfit is alredy very Magical Girl like.

Only not really? We've already mentioned that Medea has more than enough excess prana, and the Kaleidostick does not increase output-that's one of it's limitations. Medea has no use of such a device.

Shirou with blueprints isn't enough to make the Jewel Sword, Illya had to show him Justicia's memories of Zelretch. UBW can't work off just some notes.

I don't see a problem. We have a magus from the Age of Gods, and we're already about to kidnap one little girl to do shady magic things to. Might as well grab another one.
 
I probably have too much time on my hands, and I spend far too much of it on Pixiv.


 
Looking at that reminds me that it's 99% certain DW will just hand out another shitty craft essence for the Prisma Illya film instead of an actual event or gacha banner in FGO.
