Even after the reboot, I'm still trapped in the wrong anime!

[Jk] Establish dominance! Find the biggest, toughest looking one, and punch them in the face!

School is basically prison, right?:V

[X] Loudly proclaim that your name is Argus, and one day you're going to become a police officer like your hero, Officer McMilliken!

Something something Hokage, something something Pirate King, something something Pokémon Master, something something etc.

A Shonen Protagonist has got to have an ambitions goal! Unfortunately, we don't really have much to go on with Argus, so him aspiring to be like the man who was there for him in his darkest hour will have to do.

If not that then maybe he's the relative/guardian of a MG and is used to helping her out with this sort of stuff? The MG may have even asked him to get info on us. If so then we may be living with a MG now.
That's a theory. Though, since it will come up relatively soon, McMilliken was not previously anyone's guardian, officially or otherwise, before Argus came along.

The bear. The music. Suddenly you are hit by everything all at once.

A moment of weakness, you can't help yourself. You breakdown, yammering, burbling, just pouring yourself out to this stranger.

Not just the fight, but before as well. You are lost, alone and isolated on this strange world with nothing but what you carried on your back and in your head.

You don't know what you are doing anymore, you don't have any kind of idea what to do, you aren't sure what you can do.
This was going to happen sooner or later. All the stress from being struck in an unknown land away from everything and everyone he has ever known with no clear goal.
It's liked you blinked and found yourself somewhere else. An unfortunately familiar situation. You seem to have gone from your little campsite to standing in front of a room full of kids your own age, with a stranger asking you to introduce yourself.
*gasp* We're at school!
That's a theory. Though, since it will come up relatively soon, McMilliken was not previously anyone's guardian, officially or otherwise, before Argus came along.
Ah, he's Argus' guardian now.

[X] "I'm Argus, and this is my Thinking Brain Shadow, Dusk."

Time to introduce ourselves and our best buddy.

And what do you say?

School Daze (You know that one was coming)
"I'm Argus, and this is my Thinking Brain Shadow, Dusk."

You introduce yourself and then Dusk, as your thinking brain shadow.

"Thinking Brain Shadow?" one kid asks.

You explain that you were born with a tragic deficiency in common sense, as such, Dusk was provided to make sure you didn't do things like eat firecrackers, poke wasp nests, or purchase more then 30 pounds of cheese at a time.

The class stares in stunned silence. You count this as a success and take an empty seat.

The teacher begins the lesson, which happens to be history
Argus Knowledge: 4,7 = 1 success
You basically take the time to just try and learn the actual history, thankfully you weren't called on to answer any questions.

The bell rings, and you join the human herd and shuffle off to your next class with Dusk helpfully directing you.

It is time for English and the joys of sentence composition.
Argus Knowledge: 2,8 = 1 success
It's boring, but you don't mess up when called on and make it through the class without further incident.

But now, Math.
Argus Knowledge: 9,10 = 3 successes
Math, math never changes. The numbers and formula provide a rock steady foundation in your ever changing world.

Dusk is actually a little taken aback by how well you do, but just because you've shown little inclination for it doesn't mean you don't know your stuff.

Then it is time for lunch.
Argus Perception + Stealth: 6,7,9,10 = 4 successes
Argus finds a hiding spot!
Honestly, you've had enough social activity for the moment and just need a quiet place to relax a bit. If people missed you, well, your hiding spot is just that good.

Now you test the arcane knowledge of science! Hail Science!
Argus Knowledge: 5,10 = 2 successes
While some terms are different, and of course there's nothing of the esoteric knowledge involving spirits and such, but much of the principles are still the same.

Finally, the end is in sight, all that's left is Gym. Physical activity to somewhat balance out the mental workout you've just gone through.

Coach blows his whistle at the start of class, getting everyone's attention. "As we are no longer legally allowed to have you play dodge ball, today, we are playing Hitball!"

... really?

You shrug and just roll with it.

How to play this though?
[ ] Dominate!
[ ] Give only as good as you get.
[ ] Pay no attention to the bear puncher...
[ ] Something else? (Pending GM approval)

[X] Give only as good as you get.

Unless one of our opponents is secretly the big bad disguised as a student, 50/50 chance really, I don't wanna go breaking anyones bones.
