SFW stuff first.

Top priority things that I think off with this story. Mostly problems because It looms larger than the actual story said:
To me the biggest thing with this this story is that engaging with it feels like too much happening, in too many words to engage with it as a story. Individually a lot of the writing is good, but it kinda reads like fanfiction where it assumes the readers have already onboarded into the setting.

There also really should be a clearer distinction when body takeover is happening. It's a bit confusing when you get words like this
What are you doing!? Mavlynn screamed internally.

"Gah!" Mavlynn clapped her hands over her own ears, as if she had hurt them. "Not so loud, Mavlynn! I'm just using your remote socket, ya know?"
Just assume I'm an idiot back from work and not really able to muscle the mental energy to realize that Mavlynn is not Mavlynn.

But otherwise lets move on to the story so far. One of the interesting and stupid things is that it kinda touches upon how no one values the body as a person, but when it's a resource it's all of a sudden valuable.

A lot of the first few chapters really highlight that discrepancy as well. In particular I felt that the halfling Roleplay could have expanded on the subject a lot better. Namely because I wonder if the illusion of a relationship is more valuable than the person underneath that illusion.

And that theme I think has the potential to be a really interesting throughline for the story since it opens up a more intimate if still fantastical POV.
Edit:
Rip off their skin, pull their fingers out, gouge out their eyes, grow a cock and skullfuck them for all I care. Whatever it takes."
One of the interesting things I notice is that this is told to a kobold. Which implies that Kobold also have transformation abilities.

It'll probably require Sand to actualize it, which implies that it's possible to shop for disposable bodies. Where you body jack a body which you have modified to your liking, whether or not that modification is safe/healthy is irrelevant as you can relatively safely get a new one.

NSFW stuff here

I do like the characters so far. You got the mom, the daughter and the ?slave? / indentured servant/other protagonist.

Honestly I'm kinda dissapointed somewhere deep down that sandi didn't grow a dick and fuck the kobold. More to the point I kinda can't help but think in that if biomancy exist, what's stopping people from mindbreaking others with pure pleasure. Just somehow ramp up the pleasure response for a while.

Additionally with biomancy it feels like a lot of kinks becomes possible. You got everything from roleplay to body mod to literally physically impossible sex to enhanced masturbation to one woman gangbangs.

But Sandy is a handholder. OFC

:p

I do like how replacing the cyber punk with dragon punk creates a more pronouced implication that Dragons are like a monarchy where power originates from Dragons and flows outwards.

THat said if that's the case, would humanoid bodies be commodities in the black markets. With biomancy and implants and bodyjacking I can't help but think there's an even more pronounced underground where children, disabled people, or otherwise people with no protection are used and sold because their bodies have more value than their minds.

Like hypothethically you can do an even more depraved version of child sex smuggling. Have children who are bodyjacked by the more capable sex workers. That way you have both a rare commodity (actually underage body) and not deal with their immature mind and lack fo skills.

And while I use sex in the example, that's because the other ways to exploit body's are much much worse. Bodyparts are now target for theft and sale, forced labour in conditions where the actual body need not be kept alive, etc.
