Reading comprehension. It says Russ is loyal to the ideals of America, but whatever, I'm already burned out on this as it is.

Yes and? Right now we see that functionally means being loyal to the government. See the malus for not stopping Sinatron. Hell if you want argue if his "loyalty" was only to the ideals then Sinatron's rebellion should've gotten his support since what's more USA USA then rebelling against a corrupt power to form your own government?

on one side it does mean he will likely beat up a corrupt government official if their doing some scatterbrained evil Disney plot. He is loyal to the government before us though. also probably cares less about political minutia and more about doing the right thing by american ideals of freedom and justice etc etc.

Perhaps Hego could have [] Do Good Deeds, and maybe if he rolls really well he could help rescue people from Inquinator or something
That's fine, but not my preference if people are willing to let Hego fight.

Might as well just ask. What do you want, fellow voters?

Let Hego have the Golden Age supervillain fight he's longed for, and just fish for miscellaneous roll boosts with Norm?

Or use Norm for the better chance at actually winning against Inquinator, while having Hego save the poor kittens endangered in the battle?

Wile E Coyote has buried the hatchet with his old nemesis and gained some insight into his previous failures! ACME Unlimited has been enhanced! If any National Action Wile E is on would become a crit if ACME Unlimited lands heads, it automatically lands heads!
Mirage has enjoyed her leisure time! She gains a temporary +10 to loyalty.
I don't think either of these were added to the character sheets.

I want Hego to do it, but I don't feel particularly strongly on the subject and it probably won't change what plan I vote for unless I like two pretty much equally.

[ ] Plan Eat Your Vegetables
You left out Vanessa's action. Besides that, it's a pretty good plan, but I'd change some things because of personal preferences.

[ ] Plan Eat Your Green Greens
-[ ] Mongol Boot Camp (CoS: 77%, 87% w/ XP)
--[ ] Khan
--[ ] Doof
-[ ] Recruit from your rolodex: Professor Von Drake (CoS: 81%, 91% w/ XP)
--[ ] Goofy
-[ ] Improve administrative efficiency (CoS: 71%, 81% w/ XP)
--[ ] Wile E. Coyote
-[ ] Establish a Formal Spy Network (CoS: ~54%, ~66% w/ XP)
--[ ] Mirage
--[ ] Personal Attention
-[ ] Form a think tank (CoS: 62%, 72% w/ XP)
--[ ] Dr. Jumba Jookiba
-[ ] Research minor magical artifacts (CoS: 61%, 71% w/ XP)
--[ ] Janna
-[ ] L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. (CoS: 99%, Crit%: 73%, 93% w/ XP)
--[ ] Upgrade your Normbots using the Palladium Chip
-[ ] Francis Monogram
--[ ] Reorganize OWCA
-[ ] Agent Russ
--[ ] Recruit Inquinator
-[ ] Norm Prime
--[ ] Follow Father around
-[ ] Dennis the Duck
--[ ] Work with Temujin
-[ ] Hego
--[ ] Manage Bueno Nacho
-[ ] Technor
--[ ] Psychoanalyze "Bug Queen Lizzie"
-[ ] Max
--[ ] Go on a vacation
-[ ] Vanessa
--[ ] Prep for college
-[ ] Don't overclock Technor
-[ ] Activate an Inator

Maybe I've missed that debate, but why not just send Russ to Recruit Inquinator? Between his intrigue and Tooned In we could have another Hero Unit out of this.
[ ] Go to a rave
Vanessa's personal life revolves around whatever her friend group considers 'In' at the moment. Right now that is apparently New Wave Dungeon Punk Electronica, or something. You can meet all sorts of people at a concert.

[ ] Job shadow Doof
Vanessa doesn't have much planned at the moment, but Doof is insistent she get some practical experience. What better way to prove credentials than to learn from a CEO/Dictator/Mad Scientist? This may end up improving Vanessa's willingness to work for you, or even actually succeed at increasing her skills.

[ ] Prep for college
Vanessa needs to be thinking about her future, and that means SAT courses and stat boosts. Hopefully.
I'm not sure about Vanessa's action, what would be good? I am curious about who she might run into at the rave, any ideas?

Can we have Temujin both fight Inquinator and train us? Cause if it's one or the other I'd prioritize boot camp and let upgraded Norm handle it.

Already fixed. I'm having her study for college. We just gave her some vacation time, she can spend a PA fishing for stat boosts (and also being a responsible student).

As far as recruiting Inquinator goes, his rather strong feelings against Greevil tech make me leery of recruiting him. It could probably be done, but I'm not going to vote to do it.

Edit:

I don't think we can:
Atomic Genes: Since his revival, Genghis seems to have been filled with a pep and energy far greater than his original self- or indeed, most non-radioactive humans. Genghis can be assigned to two separate actions per turn when he is assigned to work on national actions. However, when he does so, he applies only 2/3rds of the relevant stat to each roll. You still cannot assign more than 1 hero to each roll.
since we would be taking the Inquinator action as a personal action, rather than a second national martial action (which we can't do).

Plus, that would significantly lower the CoS on the Boot Camp, and failing that costs 3 Personal Actions for Doof next turn. I'd rather not.

Sure, sounds good to me.

I'm not to worried about that, we can work around loyalty maluses and he'd definitively be an asset when we get around to doing One Man's Trash.

Looking over the plans, even compared to my own I like this plan the best: @kfrar 's [ ] Plan Eat Your Vegetables

With the only gripe being I would prefer having Norm fight Inquinator instead of Hego.

Really want to see Dennis get buff with Doof at the Mongol Boot Camp.

What's your basis for this?
I read a few issues involving his character, brought up the idea of MiH using him in his campaign, brought up the idea of using him as the first nemesis in DoofQuest, wrote the omake introducing him to the DQ story, and came up with the ideas for most of his activities up to his point.

Call it a hunch. You can prove me wrong with some outside the box thinking in trying to recruit him, but the guy really hates green power.

His blurb sums it up.
Inquinator's Card said:
Inquinator is a champion of dirt and unsustainable living. He weaponizes refuse in audacity.

He's not just lazy about picking things up around the house, being an anti-renewable garbage man is his schtick. He'd take loyalty maluses for a bunch of our greevil projects, like instituting recycling programs.

We could probably recruit him now, get some use out of him, and then send him on a permanent vacation to the other side of the BnL wasteland or something like that, but I'm not inclined to put in the effort.

Well if you're going to go that far I guess I'll switch to Norm.

Just know the pain this causes me.

-[ ] Doof, Khan, Goofy, Wile E. Coyote, Mirage, Jumba, Janna are assigned to National Actions
-[ ] Don't overclock Technor
-[ ] Activate an Inator

Why?
-Boot Camp: Our Martial bonus is not great, and with Khan's technology malus and Norm's difficulties out of direct combat, that makes it difficult to actually succeed at the upgrade Martial actions. Increasing Doof's own Martial would go some ways towards offsetting this. (As it is, Jumba is our best hero unit for upgrades, and he's not quite reliable.)

-Recruiting the Professor: He goes back on the market next turn, so this is the last turn we know we can get him. Plus, next turn, either we'll have failed Think Tank and need to try again (which Jumba will be too Hungry for Science to do) or we'll need two Learning Heroes for our two Learning Actions. Alternatively, depending on how things work, we might need a Learning Hero to put into the Head Researcher slot, and I'm not sure Jumba is temperamentally suited for the role.

Another Diplo AP would be great, but I'm willing to put it off for a turn.

-Stewardship AP: We've got things to do.

-Intrigue AP with Mirage: So many things to do. This is being done with Mirage because of the concerns with having an agent of the government we seceded from build our spy network.

-Learning AP: So many things to do.

-Minor Artifacts: It's useful and easy, so sure.

-L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. on the chip: This is an easy - and pretty much the only easy - way we have to increase our home security, and it'll be harder to do once we decentralize our Normbots. Plus, it'll be harder for the Resistance to vandalize our Normbots once they're not as dumb.

-Monogram and OWCA: Might give miscellaneous bonuses on rolls. Might give a L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.-style action. Likely worth our while.

-Russ working for Uncle Sam: While the government good boy points are nice and all, my main thought here is that a lot of the government's current problems (crime rings and drugs everywhere, and Doom's little lynch mobs) are also our problems. If Russ could deal with one of those on government time, that's a win for us, and if he does something unrelated to us that's fine too. I don't think the government would have their liaison to Doof take direct actions against Doof.

-Norm vs Inquinator: He's our strongest Martial unit outside of Khan. If we're not letting Hego have his fun, he's the obvious choice for this job.

-Dennis and Khan: If Doof is going to suffer, maybe Dennis should too. And a swole Dennis would just be a sight to see.

-Hego the do-gooder: If we're not going to let him have an ol' Glory Days fight against Inquinator, we should at least give him a consolation prize. And if he rolls well, maybe he'll even be able to help with the fight in the fluff.

-Technor and Lizzie: We frankly need more hero units if we're going to be picking up more actions per turn and we still want to do quests ever. Getting Lizzie on board is worth our time.

-Max on Vacation: Poor boy needs it.

-Vanessa for College: Stat boosts~~~

TL;DR: Spy ring plan with Mirage instead of Russ.

Also, and most importantly, you ended your original argument with a funny pun. Which naturally makes your argument the best one.

--[ ] Upgrade your Normbots using the Palladium Chip
My main issue with using the Palladium Chip right now is that it gives our Normbots all the upgrades that Norm Prime has, which means it would be somewhat of a waste to use it before we actually upgrade him

Personally I think it'd be smarter to have LOVEMUFFIN bug out Lee Industries

I believe this is incorrect. Let's look at the reward:

Reward: All Normbots upgraded with Kronos polymorphic combat AI and improved telemetry.

It doesn't specify the normbots getting the upgrades that Norm Prime has already received, just that "All Normbots" get the Kronos improvements.

Shouldn't you name it something else in case people would rather vote for the original plan?
Moratorium's not even over, so I'm not really worried about that. People can always rename the old plan themselves.

Nonetheless, I went back to the original post and renamed it [ ] Plan Eat Your Vegetables, With Golden Age Hego

Counterpoint:

It just gives them Kronos combat AI (with some of the particularly aggressive bits stripped out, according to the Palladium Study action). Physical upgrades are separate, and we've got a good chunk of reverse engineering to do before we can even try to improve on Kronos Combat AI for the rank-and-file.

(Because we're not sticking Sinatron-tier fully sapient AI into our generic drones.)

As for Lee, I want that, but I also want to crit that so we actually get him as a hero unit. And a Stewardship of 8 is not ideal for critting a DC 55 action.

I dont know if anyone else suggested this but can we merge the two personal actions Experiment! from Jumba and Reorganize OWCA from Monogram so they can create with their powers combined an powerful and versatile elite ops unit.
I mean can you imagine the Experiments running around wearing fedoras

I do still wonder if a better combat AI will work towards improving the "end the platypodes programming" personal action of Norm's.

Just want to point out one thing you people are missing. That one weird prophecy we got from Wylie Coyote drug-filled fever dream when he caught the roadrunner. You know the one we're one of our heroes will be taken away forever because of the secret they held. Yeah.....
Seems a lot of people have forgotten about that. I'm going to put my vote in for whatever ups goofy's loyalty, so he can tell us that secret.
