Yes, and that's understandable to feel. It is, however, a different thing than calling them "meme" votes. One of the most BASIC parts of working together with different people with different views and goals is learning to take each other's wants and desires seriously. I haven't been particularly degrading towards you or the other more pragmatic people, thus I expect a more diplomatic attitude in return. Just let go and have fun with it instead of worrying about the details. You can call for action, without acting overtly degrading if others want a different path to action. :)
Sorry. I guess I'm just resigned because it's fairly clear how the votes are going to land, and it just makes me angry how it's going to shake out. I apologize for coming off as degrading, "meme votes" was honestly the nicest way to describe them that I could come up with at the time. Which just says more about me than anything I guess.

I find the "need" to Psychoanalyze Mirage to be eye rolling. Use a action to spy on the employees to see if anything is off Instead of panicking and trying to fix a issue that might not be there.
I mean, no offence but that doesn't make any sense

Doof has no in character reason to suspect hypnosis so doing anything about it, psychoanalysis or spying is to some extent metagaming but at least this way we're using what is functionally a free action to to deal with it rather than having to spend a national action to do so and potentially have to have Technor psychoanalyse her afterwards anyway

[ ] Spy on Doof
Agent Russ has technically been ordered to do what you tell him to unless it endangers national security more than it already has been. Practically though, his main goal is to see how dangerous Doof really is, and if the government needs to divert more resources to him. This action may reduce the government's threat assessment of Doof and increase Russ' loyalty… or the opposite, depending on what Russ sees Doofensmirtz doing.

Guys we need to pick this. There is nothing Doof had done this turn that will lower his loyalty and there are stuff that increased it like Toontown Railroad despite the potential disaster it could bring. Russ is our main intrigue hero and there will be little chance on us getting another opportunity like this.

The Watsonian reasoning I'm using is that she's been under a lot of stress, and has had some pretty life-changing events happen. She may be a little off-center and not realize it. Technor may help her deal with that if it is the case.

the problem is It might increase the government threats assesment because we are doing two quests this turn.

[] Plan: Underdog
- [] [Goofy] Finish your degree online
- [] [Genghis Khan] Get an apartment
- [] [Wile E. Coyote] Spend time with Road Runner
- [] [Francis Monogram] Reorganize OWCA
- [] [Agent Russ] See a musical
- [] [Norm Prime] Try to become a Real Boy
- [] [Dennis the Duck] Make Sandwiches
- [] [Hego] Do Good Deeds
- [] [Technor] Psychoanalyze
-- [] Mirage
- [] [Max] Bond with Dad
- [] [Mirage] Look into wayward supers
- [] [Vanessa] Job shadow Doof
- [] [Janna] Disappear for Two Months

I'd prefer this combination. Just to see what the Roadrunner and Coyote make of OWCA.

There's also the fact that this is probably the only personal action Russ is getting at all for a while. I'm voting for the one that seems most likely to unlock a long-term hero thing that could lead to a wile e style self-actualization hero interlude or hero quest or something like that. The other two actions have clear results, See A Musical looks like 'progress the character quest' from my perspective.

How? That ship either already sailed or sunk immediately because we literally had their agent themself doing one of the quest and the other was a bunch of Toons searching for another Toon.
Is Donald a toon? Scrooge Mcduck is old, and should have been active in the world for nearly a century before whatever happened to him.

Edit: Nevermind I forgot Goofy is a toon. Doesn't quite register for me as Doofenshmirtz isn't a toon, but Goofy is for this quest.

It sounds like to me he's going to spy on us and write a report on all we did and then send it to the government. But I could be mistaken. But if we are going to take that action for russ this would be a decent time. (i'm working under the assumption that he did report the operation he did but didn't go into that much detail and the spy option is him writing a report with the maximum detail on what we've done this turn).

However The musical potential. I want the ultimate musical!

Hmm....this one I could understand. Just that like you said the result isn't clear so that's why I don't want to do it, but if it is like what Coyote had done then I can get behind it. But again it isn't clear so that's a no for me.

As I said with the last vote, I completely understand and have been in the same frustrated spot as you multiple times (and a majority of times) in my 5 years on SV. If it makes you feel better, I am willing to compromise with an action or two on my plan your way.

We plan to do that next turn anyway. This is just to get it out of the way. And again, I at least want to psychoanalyze all of our heroes.
I'm saying it's a knee jerk fear response that might not even give you what you want. I'm not against therapy for our heroes, but the reason for why it's being pushed here and now.

Besides picking votes that have synergy (musical, Teens, mirage + Technor) will make it easier on MiH, this is a vacation for all of us!! Including the gm!

We're earning heroes faster than Technor can psychoanalyze them. I think it's a waste of time psychoanalyzing some units
All Technor has right now is psychoanalyze or work on robot parts. Maybe a waste of time, but some reassurance could be nice. Though if this is supposed to be a vacation doing a psychoanalyses to advance the player agenda shouldn't be done.

If there is anyone we should psychoanaylze, it should be LOVEMUFFIN. (And the two villains, give them couples counseling )

They were crazy before the whole world went crazy.

Plus, if their pride issue could be fixed, we could maybe take steps towards reforming the group and making it improvable.

The Ducks straddle the line between Toon and Anthro.
If you can drop an anvil on them and they keep moving, they are a toon. Its a set of physical laws you abide by and not a physical appearance. There are toon cars and bullets so, yeah, anything can be a toon.

Or he could psychoanalyze himself. Proper full on introspection.

What about Janna?

[ ] Finish your degree online
The incident at the X-Games pretty quickly put an end to your plans for a degree. Fortunately all sorts of colleges offer online degrees now, and you've got just enough time to try and finish one! Not only would this make you feel better about yourself, it might have some actual effects on your job, too!

[ ] Practice Mongolian Throat Singing
Music is a universal language. The world will listen to the song of Khan's people, and the memory of the steppes will live on. Tengri knows what will come of this.

[ ] Spend time with Road Runner
You buried the hatchet with your old nemesis. Why not hit the town?

[ ] Reorganize OWCA
It... it really hurts you to say it. It really does. But if OWCA's going to be... working for Doof, then you need to make some serious changes to how you organize missions, how you decide what's worth fighting, and where you base yourselves out of. It's high time you get yourselves out of the same building as those muffinheads.

[ ] See a musical
Agent Russ must have at least one interest outside of his job. You think you caught him slipping away to the Danville Performing Arts Center recently… This option may let you learn more about Agent Russ, and also see what is happening Off-Broadway right now.

[ ] End your obsession with platypodes
Norm's internal circuitry is still based around a single, fundamental, platypus hunting core. This limits his usefulness in non-platypus related areas. Attempting to rewire your own circuits is a dangerous activity, but Norm is determined to be the best Norm he can be. The better your AI technology is, the more likely this is to improve things and not make them worse.

[ ] Search for Donald
Just because you found a brilliant lead on where Donald might be doesn't mean you should stop looking everywhere else!

[ ] Do Good Deeds
Go around Doofania looking for people to help! Assist old ladies with crossing the street, get cats down from trees, maybe even stop a robbery or three! The people will love you!

[ ] Psychoanalyze
The first step to recovery is admitting Technor is right about everything. Despite the megalomania, Technor is a qualified therapist. Send him to talk to one of your employees to make sure they're still within two standard deviations of mental health. This can shed light on their issues or even reduce the burden of their manias for a short while!
-[ ] Janna

[ ] Hang out with the other teenagers
Your new internship has a bunch of other youths in it. Spend some time hanging out and getting to know them better.

[ ] Watch El Matador de Amor
Doofenshmirtz introduced you to it a few months ago. It's a guilty pleasure.

[ ] Job shadow Doof
Vanessa doesn't have much planned at the moment, but Doof is insistent she get some practical experience. What better way to prove credentials than to learn from a CEO/Dictator/Mad Scientist? This may end up improving Vanessa's willingness to work for you, or even actually succeed at increasing her skills.

[ ] Prank your Coworkers
Ancient Mongolian warlords. Stuffy secret agents. Pompous supervillains. Exasperated interns. DEI is a smorgasbord of potential targets. This is gonna be fun.

Shouldn't do this until our AI tech is better.

That would classify Doofinshmirtz as a toon though. Multiple people from gravity falls as well.

Didn't you already post your plan? Most of the plans are really similar with one or two differences.
