I'm all for Russ on a musical. That seems like the option most likely to get us more about the man himself, as opposed to doing other stuff.
 
Have we ever been told what would be the benefits, if any, of Technor building his robot body? Since it'll take 3 actions hopefully it'll pad some score of his? Although we don't really need him as a martial hero and frankly, it'll be worse if it exacerbates his power needs.

I want Coyote to spend time with RR, hopefully at some point we can recruit them. For courier/messenger/speed actions they would be a godsend.

Can we upgrade Buena Nacho somehow to make it into a proper franchise? I wonder if letting Hego do some management actions can lead to an improvement.

If that's what you guys want, I'd change my plan to that. I just chose Mirage because I thought you guys wanted to "to be sure," plus the fact that building a psyche profile of the mercenary woman with seemingly no long-term connections to other people might be healthy anyhow. I'm not really stuck on it though.

How does it feel to be the smartest person I've ever met, holy cow

With a couple exceptions, I want all our units doing "fun" stuff and/or stuff that leads to self-actualization. It might not be the most mechanically sound decision for me to make, sure, but come on! This is specifically a time for celebration, and the company retreat is specifically about rewarding our heroes for doing such a good job. Let's give them their time in the sun, right?

...Technor is an exception. He needs to look at Mirage, for our peace of mind.

This is supposed to be the after party after the stressfull year. So let's have them doing something either they enjoy or meaningfull to their lives.
I do must say that we have to make Russ spy on Doof as this is the only chance we can get to raise his loyalty. I had checked what do we do this turn and none of them can decrease his loyalty to us and infact some may very well raise it. Russ is our number one intrigue Hero and we will rely on him a lot in the future.

Don't just psychoanalyze Mirage first on a suspicion. Do it as part of employee benefits, so everybody gets their share, possibly. But don't just sit a woman down and tell her that you, specifically, have been chosen to be psychoanalyzed.

It has unfortunate implications.

Our prisoners are better suited to be the first guinea-pigs, anyhow.

That's been the plan! We don't specifically have an option to wrap the psychoanalysis as part of the employee benefits, so we've been gearing up to psychoanalyze our employees one after another, one turn at a time!

Compulsory therapy under an evil overlord will always look like spying, yes. But this way it doesn't look like spying on Mirage, specifically. She was just "randomly selected" to be first.

Sure, so don't start with an employee. Start with the prisoners. Those who demonstrably need some help.

Because believe me, Mirage is absolutely the last person in Doof's retinue (apart from Russ) we'd think of as needing mental help when looking from the outside. Only reason we are thinking of doing it is that hypnosis suspicion.
