I don't know what would come from the second one, I don't see much use in everything being square but maybe someone else can make it work?

thankfully with the hot topics of the Toon Railroad, Crime, Hawaii, and the chip being studied this turn, Next Turn its a little less tight and we can actually use the Chip and start on our more actions actions.
Nextime TirelessTraveler. We will get Jookiba next turn if the Quest succeed, so there would be no more reason left to not pick the extra action.
Look at it this way, if all goes well then next turn we'll have a good Learning hero and potentially an even better Stewardship or Diplomacy hero, depending on what happens with the poaching, to make taking those action easier
Though that reminds me @Made in Heaven will studying the chip make the City Council action easier or do we need to actually succeed on he improve AI action for that?

I figure studying the chip is more about learning about how it can upgrade software quickly across a network... which could be helpful for upgrading Norms in the future.
As for the AI stored on the chip, that's probably more like using AI that someone else researched and developed, rather than researching AI.

Something I'm still not sure about is what's actually on the Chip, it's supposed to be next generation of software for the Omnidroids but you'd think that that would include the anti-cape AI which we apparently need to research before we can integrate it into our Normbots, unless the Chip is a one time use thing and studying it allows us to make replicating what's on it easier, presumably including the anti-cape AI
But I guess that's why we're studying it
EDIT: It's also worth asking at what stage we feel comfortable having Norm try and deal with his platypus trait so that he can help us equip the PMC and upgrade the Normbots, when he gets his basic AI upgrade, the anti-cape AI, the doppelgänger AI or whatever we developmonce we get the DC reduction from the others?

Max's final trial. Standing on a pole has never been more frustrating, even more so when you have to balance possum paraphernalia that you were made to buy. To add insult to injury you're being recorded doing what you feel is humiliating. The umbrella Janna had on hand, it matches her phone.
In my head balancing on a twenty foot pole is struggle because of having to do some Cat in the Hat balancing. Max isn't quite there yet but maybe with some practice he'll just maybe manage it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
