He can end up dead. What will happen then? And why are all dc so high?

I'm going to withhold my judgement on the crisis for now until it actually happens. For all we know Hego is (relatively) only going to start with a massive malus and this is the point in the story that he finds the resolve to pull a heroic comeback. No point in speculating too much about it until it actually happens.

I think that most likely Kat exploits his naivety to send him off somewhere or turn him against us temporarily so he won't help during the crisis. Maybe pretend the cats are do-gooders fighting DEI's evil.

Yay the rolls this turn were pretty go-

Kat: G O O D M O R N I N G M O T H E R F U C K E R S

Not catching him has come home to roost it seems.

We haven't had an interlude in blood red before, nor a roll below zero. I have hardly a clue what to expect. I suspect Hego accidentally ended up helping Kat's scheme to siphon Doofania's power towards unsanctioned types of evil and was devastated by the revalation. But how does Roddy's evil lair fit into this? He rolled good, so I doubt Kat could just commandeer it.

I feel bad for Hego. He just wants to be a hero, and it never works out for him.

Still, this could lead to some interesting developments, and at least we found out about Kat!

Absolutely identical modifiers.
Interesting

F*ck
Secret Interaction Unlocked! The Wheels of Fate Turn…

To be continued in Rival Reports
uhhh okay, huh?
1+4+17+12+3=50

Personal Attention reroll! Critical Failure averted!

28+4+17+12+3=64
Failure!

You've come to realize that maybe Janna wasn't the best person to put in charge of your coven. While she didn't just ignore the project this is basically the exact opposite of what she's good at, and she wasn't exactly successful in organizing your band of assorted magic users into anything resembling a functional organization.
DANG, that one stings
[ ] The Equivalent Exchange-inator! Next turn, one random, successful national action becomes a critical success. One other random action becomes a critical failure, regardless of whatever it rolls.
oooooof

Hey, they're finally done!
Temujin's studies have served him well. While he's still far from an expert in the modern sciences, Ludivine is proud to say that he is no longer baffled by the concept of telecommunication or space travel. He's well on his way to being a functional member of society. Poor guy.

'Artifact of the Past' malus reduced!
Nice

107 is pretty dang strong
Progress Revealed: 69/150
Huh? Maybe useful
Marco disappeared for several months to train with some weird old guy in New York City. He didn't tell you much but you got the impression that things went well.

(Progress revealed: 80/250)
Good to know, but that is a lot of work

Pretty sure Crisis: Twelth Night was also Blood Red

a. A compromise was reached when Janus met with Dawn Folsom, Senator 'in absentia' for the state of Minnesota. As a rising star known for her strict demeanor and championing the cause of those displaced by the Midwest Dustbowl,
Huh, haven't heard of those displaced fromthe midwest for a while. How bad was the refugee crisis, I wonder?
[ ] The Equivalent Exchange-inator! Next turn, one random, successful national action becomes a critical success. One other random action becomes a critical failure, regardless of whatever it rolls.

[ ] The Rainfoodinator! Giant falling meatballs and sausages crush cars and clog the streets with rotting meat. Take an income hit from the cleanup. Doof's public image is damaged.
Man, this inator roll sucks. We don't want yet another income and PR hit after LOVEMUFFIN blew up, but a guaranteed crit fail also sounds very not nice. Hmm, I'm leaning towards the meatballs, but we gotta focus on getting more moolah in that case. Maybe have P&F Big Idea split/second or some other amusement park.

Pretty sure Crisis: Twelth Night was also Blood Red
Ah, right. So Kat making his move is comparable to someone trying to basically take over all humanity in terms of severity. That sounds unfavorable.

Honestly I'm leaning towards the Equivilant Exchange Inator. It has an upside in that it makes an action a crit, even if it forces a crit fail elsewhere.

Also I desire MORE CHAOS! FASTER! FASTER!

Non-collab odds and outcomes (aka predictable odds and outcomes)
76% -> Succeeded
53% -> Succeeded
77% -> Succeeded
78% -> Succeeded
45% -> Failed
57% -> Succeeded
50% -> Failed
77% -> Failed

We got 2 successes and 2 fails on our 4 ~50% chance actions
We got 3 successes and 1 fail on our 4 ~75% chance actions

We did very average, so don't whine!

National actions averaged 38. Not really extraordinary low, but noticeably low.

So in terms of upcoming interludes:
Collabs - upcoming Rival Reports
-Potential extra event for Wendy depending on what the Wheel of Fate thing is
Laser Pirate codes - Norm
OWCA restructure - Monogram, Doof, TECHNOR, Kitsune
NY failure - Tobe
Crisis - Phineas and Ferb, Hego, Roddy

The No-Inator-Inator: People seem to be getting annoyed with your inators but you are a creature of habit. This contraption should calm folks down though.

Good version: You can vote to cancel using inator(s) after seeing what the results of the rolls are. However it should be noted that this option will only be guaranteed on the next turn. After that there is an incremental chance of the inator exploding before using it.

Bad version: An random inator on the list will fail to activate when rolled. There is a a 2 out of 3 chance the inator is from the positive list because fuck you.

Don't swear kids

Y'know, the equivalent exchange inator
[ ] The Equivalent Exchange-inator! Next turn, one random, successful national action becomes a critical success. One other random action becomes a critical failure, regardless of whatever it rolls.
Does not actually sound very equivalent.

Problem is, only a regular success can become the crit success, while any action has a chance of becoming a crit fail. So what you gain from this inator is the difference between success/crit success. Meanwhile what we lose in return can range anywhere from the difference between fail/critfail to the difference between critfail/critsuccess if we get unlucky!

Had the crit fail been forced to only replace a regular failure (or failing that whatever our least-est success is) the inator would be deserving of its name, but this? This is some bullshit alchemy.

So, I'm really looking forward to Norm getting his time to shine! Wendy too.

Alight, I've had a small break from this quest time to see what-

What the hell happened, is this what happens if I'm not here?

If you want access to other dimensions, there is a low DC action to get it that we passed up to poke a mystery box. High DC actions aren't better, they're just harder, and with the council imminent they'll become more achievable soon.

I mean, do we really care about Hego beyond what Shego thinks of us because of him?

I honest can't recall him accomplishing anything of note, and I can't say that I care all that much about him as a character.
