I know people are assuming xanatos beat us to space flight, but the interlude for it is called Plan D. Guess who is a learning focused king who just so happens to be his ally and have a name that starts with D.
It says that he collaborated with Drakktech on it, hence the D. I doubt he's aiming to collaborate with us on this, unless he somehow found out about the alien spaceship we've got gathering dust in the garage.
EDIT: We should totally phrase it like that if we reach out to him. "Hey, David, nice job with that moon launch! Funny story, when I saw what you were up to it reminded me that I think I still have a spaceship I stole from the galactic government's nature reserve in my garage. Want to take a look at it with me?"
While we've probably already passed our Peak Winding Xanatos Up with the Probabilitatinator, it would be worth it to drop that on him just for old time's sake.
You never know, he might finally roll a natural 1 and blow his Keep Your Cool check.

"Well anyway I found this weird Triangle Guy named Bill that was trying to start the apocalypse or something..." Doofenshmirtz says while waving his hand nonchalantly. "But I used my No-Triangles-Inator to erase him from existence, so there's nothing to worry about!"

So for the most recent look at the Xanatos statblock:
Martial 21 Diplomacy 45 Stewardship 38 Intrigue 72 Learning 28
Two actions in Stewardship and Learning, one in Martial, Diplomacy and Intrigue, none in Occult, although we may just be failing to see some of the more hidden stuff here.
In terms of outcomes, this is probably a decent summary of Xanay's turn:
No great surprises. Xanatos seems to be taking direct steps to tie himself to the "coalition of the sane", working to keep the masquerade going and making bank while he does it.
Hero-wise... something squirrely seems to be going on. Either Xanatos has a bunch of heroes with exactly 35 Martial, Diplomacy and Stewardship with variable levels of loyalty or there is some kind of monster trait in play or something.

Shego Statblock:
Martial 68 (this used to be higher!) Diplomacy 18 (this too!) Stewardship 16 (and this!) Intrigue 28 (this, in the other hand, used to be 22) Learning 20
One action in everything, except for two in Learning which may be just the result of that action being a collaboration. Unless I am missing my guess, this would mean that a collaboration action gives you one extra action, at the cost of securing the collaboration with a dedicated Diplo roll in an earlier turn.
Some items of interest:
-The ENCOM outreach is not great news for us, for obvious reasons, and particularly if Shego is doing more collaboration stuff.
-One of Shego's projects failed bad. She may not be terribly happy with us concerning that, but the successes may compensate.
Hero notes:
Somebody with big time Martial (45), a Janus Lee level diplomat (26), an exceedingly good stewardship hero (38 is Phineas and Ferb level stuff, what the hell?), an intrigue hero roughly in the effective level of Tobe after all the recent upgrades (33) and a Lizzie level learning hero with +20 to genetic stuff (good money is on this being DNAmy).
Apparently, no Diplomatic action? One in each category for the rest.
The martial hero (Martial 27) is probably this Chief Cruz character, there is a Roddy level steward (Stewardship 29), a slightly ahead of Mirage level intrigue unit (Intrigue 29) and a high learning (Learning 34) unit.
Loyalty seems low across-the-board, but Sycorax seems to be actively disloyal. Excellent odds that the Learning 34 unit is Liv Amara.
Trying to figure Doom's statblock has always been an exercise in serious frustration, but his diplomacy keeps going up.I also wonder about the fact that we are only seeing three actions in total.
Hero-wise, we can see a decent diplomat (26, equal to Janus Lee, consistent with a diplo-hero seen in previous rival reports), a major league steward (33, how the hell do our rivals keep finding super-competent managers?) and an actually respectable science hero (26). Low loyalty across the board, but not in the negatives.
In terms of actual developments... Well, I don't particularly like anything of those criticals we have gifted Doom, but the Olympia outreach is particularly bad.
In good news, the Hawk quest may have gotten a mite simpler?

Modest martial hero (25), good-ish diplomat (25), beefy steward (32), Mirage+ level spymaster (30) and a superlative science unit (better learning than Doof, with a possible +20 trait). The steward and the what-the-hell super-scientist seem particularly likely to be named characters.
In terms of developments... Shere Khan will be hella pissed if he ever learns about the Probabilinator, which considering his relationship with Shego seems like it may happen at some point. We have costed him money and rep.
This post has taken quite a bit longer than I thought it would to write down, so notes on the minor players can wait for later.
Imagine if the doofenshmirtz of their universes weren't nerfed. It would absolutely be possible that one of his inators would prematurely end the quest
"Silly lizard, you only thought you had me beaten..."
"Doofenshmirtz." Toffee says as he takes in the figure that appeared from nowhere and defeated him. "How... I killed you!"
"Lucky for me you simply activated my Kill-Me-and-I'll-Become-Stronger-Than-You-Could-Possibly-Imagine-Inator!" He said triumphantly. "Bit of a mouthful I know but it did the trick, now die!"

Heck, the probability inators probably made it look like we aren't nerfed to shego and xanatos. They would immediately start courting our favor if they thought we could just delete king candy or encom
After arriving at the tower both Shego and Doofenshmirtz were rushed in to change, it was almost time for the main event of the evening after all and nobody had any time to spare.
Doofenshmirtz was led off by Mirage to change, Shego found that her brother had taken the liberty of preparing an outfit that he knew she would like for her.
When Doofenshmirtz emerged he was wearing a dark purple tailcoat with a light purple bow tie over a dark green shirt, green cuffs that match the shirt and a pair of vertically striped purple pants. It was a strange look, and one outside of his normal dress to be sure but he seemed to be able to pull it off, somehow.
For her part Shego found a dress similar to those that she's warned formal events in the past, but she did notice that this one seemed to have some purple accents that she knew were on purpose. She seriously considered just bailing if nothing else into avoid having to wear the damn thing but... She's come this far it's too late to back out really, besides, she was honestly curious to see how this was all going to turn out (anyone who implied that she was actually enjoying it and wanted to stay would be thrown out the window).
"Wow, you actually cleaned up," Shego said when she saw how he was dressed. "Didn't think you had it in you, you honestly look less ugly than normal."
"Oh hardy har har, I've heard enough of that from my own mother, but thanks for the compliment." Doof replied as he adjusted his bowtie. "Don't know where the outfit came from, but something about it just, feels right."
"Now what? "Shego asked as they began to leave the tower. "This is your show after all."
"Now, my dear rival..." Doof said as they neared the front door, slowly opening after a moment of buildup. "We have the main event."
Elsewhere in the building was a meeting of some of the DEI higher ups, called there by the main driving force behind the night's proceedings.
"Alright, we have everything in place," Hego said to himself as he paced back and forth. "Nothing's gone wrong, and that musical number Dr. D did on the way over was better than expected, but that means that this one needs to be even better! Ideas!"
Jumba raised his hand.
"I am having idea that will make the date go swimming like fishes." Jumba began to say. "The Doctor was telling me about the latest invention, the Moon-Inator, it is for making the moon show by clearing out anything in the way of the viewing. And if I am remembering right tonight is what you humans call a full moon, romantic yes?"
Hego didn't even respond as he rushed towards the elevator, this needs to be perfect dammit!
What awaited the pair when they opened the door was a large pavilion and stage setup for some kind of major event. Various important people, not just from Danville but from around the country, we're gathered as various acts performed on stage for them. DEI interns walked amongst the crowd of VIPs to collect various donations to several different causes that were being partnered with for this event, and Shego recognized several of them as the same charities she sent Syndrome's money to after the Sands incident.
Doof locked arms with her as they walked down a red carpet into the main area, several reporters noticed their entrance and rushed over to take pictures and attempt to get an interview. After they were past the jackals that were the media they proceeded to a table near the front reserved for them.
"So..." Doof began as they sat down. "What do you think?"
"What do I think?" Shego said in response. "How the hell did you manage to do all of this without me knowing? Hell without me even seeing what we were on our way inside?"
"Let's just say I had some very capable help." Doof said in response. "And they were definitely not too young for this!"
Before long into their conversation they were approached by a familiar face to the both of them.
"David, glad you could make it!" Doof said to his friend. "I wasn't sure you'd be able to, what with it being so short notice and all that."
"Oh it was hardly a big deal at all, with everything you've done to help me so far showing up for your charity event was the least I could do." Xanatos said with his usual grin on his face before facing the other person at the table. "And Ms. Go, how lovely to see you again. I'm glad to see that you accepted Doofenshmirtz's invitation for tonight."
"Yes, it's certainly been an interesting night so far." Shego conceded. "I can't honestly say I haven't enjoyed it somewhat."
"Well then allow me to get out of your hair then, I wish you both a lovely night." Xanatos said as he began to return to his table. "Oh, and before I forget. Excellent choice on the outfits, both of you, you look wonderful."
"All right, what was the deal with that?"
"What do you mean?"
"You know exactly what I mean!" Shego said. "How did you manage to convince Xanatos about people to show up? And why are you calling him David?"
What followed was a long and confusing conversation about some of the things that happened during the Twelfth Night and the events leading up to it. While Shego didn't necessarily believe all of it, she understood that whatever did happen, Xanatos owes Doof big time for it. Now that was something to think about.
As the event continued on several more VIPs walked up to their table to have a conversation with the both of them, some of which they recognized, others they didn't. Still, this was quite the turnout for an event that was just planned a month ago. And the acts were nothing to scoff at either, as the event neared its end one more act went on to the stage, Doof was extremely excited upon seeing them leading Shego to ask who exactly these three were.
"What? You've never heard of Love Handle?" Doof asks, shocked at this news. "There's hardly anyone in this city who hasn't had at least one life-changing experience while listening to them, it just wouldn't be the full Doofania experience without hearing them!"
"Doctor?" Says a red-haired intern as he approaches him approaches the table. "They're ready for you on stage."
With that news Doofenshmirtz excuses himself from the table and goes on to the stage, a spotlight turning on and shining on him as he approaches the microphone.
"Testing, testing, am I coming in loud and clear everyone?"
At these sounds of affirmation from the crowd Doof continued.
"Good, well in that case I might as well get on with the last announcements before we finish." He says with a smile. "First of all I would like to thank all of you for coming here tonight and taking time out of your busy schedules to support such great causes. We were able to raise so much for these charities, more than I ever hoped we'd be able to even."
After some light applause from the crowd Dr D quiets them down before continuing.
"In fact I'm so touched by everyone's generosity," He says with a wave of his hand. "That I would like to announce, that Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated will meet the top donation to each and every one of these charities made tonight!"
It took a bit longer too quiet the crowd down this time, but after they finally did he continued once more.
"And now I would like to think some of the people who without, none of this would be happening."
A new spotlight turned on, this one is shining on a small family sitting at a table to the side.
"First, I would like to thank the Fletcher-Flynn family, without who's help none of this would have been organized in time."
After a bit the spotlight moved to the oh so familiar David Xanatos.
"I would also like to thank my friend David Xanatos, not only for his generous contributions, but for his help securing the caterers and musicians for tonight."
And finally the spotlight turned to rest on Shego herself.
"And last but certainly not least I would like to thank my company for the night, the lovely Ms. Go, without her none of this would have happened at all, really it's her we have to thank for everything that's happened tonight, give her a hand everyone."
"And now, without further ado," Danny, the band's lead. "The Doctor will be joining our last song to finish the event off for tonight. Until we meet again everyone!"
Everyone in the pavilion watched in awe, as the band began to play their music a beam shot out from the DEI tower and cleared out the purple and green smog, revealing a bright and beautiful full moon shining just above the stage. The intern working the spotlights was so distracted he failed to turn off the one shining on Shego, unintentionally giving off the impression that the song was meant specifically for her.
I should've known
From how I felt
When we were together
And even more when we were apart
Doof and Dany sang in unison, and Doof was too immersed in the chance to sing with one of his favorite bands to notice the screen above them flicker to life, showing zoomed in images of both him singing and Shego reacting, as if he was singing directly to her.
You tiptoed in
And you got under my skin
You snuck your way right into my heart
As the next musical segment stated Doof closed his eyes and bobbed his head alongside the band, the screen shifted to show various images of them throughout the night as more fireworks began to fill the sky above them.
I put up barriers
To shield my emotions
A wall that you could never break apart
Shego found herself standing from the table and walking through the crowd , which seemed to part for her as she neared towards the stage as the spotlight followed her.
But like a ninja of love (ninja of love)
Rappelling down from above (down from above)
Above the stage Tobe and his Vagabond Ninjas took the chance to show off and lowered onto the stage, beginning to dance.
You snuck your way right into my heart
Oh yeah
Shego made it in front of the stage, and Doof found himself looking directly at her as the song continued.
C'mon everybody, let me hear ya!
Na-na... na-na-na-na-na-na-na na-na...
(Yeah!)
Doof held out his hand to her, and pulled her up onto the stage as the crowd began to join in on the song, the screen showed every second of what was happening.
You snuck your way right into my heart!
Na-na... na-na-na-na-na-na-na na-na...
Yeah!
Yeah!
The fireworks grew in intensity and vibrancy as the song reached its conclusion, and both Doof and Shego looked up to watch, ignoring the crowd around them.
The next day Shego was in her office trying to make sense of what happened the previous night, there was no way that was on purpose, right? Doofenshmirtz couldn't possibly be tying too, woo her, could he?
And if he is that isn't even the worst thing, the worst part is...
It's kind of working!
Last night was nothing short of spectacular, he somehow managed to make every single aspect of the night the absolute best date of her entire life! It's infuriating! At least nobody will ever see the full extent of what happened, her reputation might not ever recover...
And then she saw the video that was going viral...
"Why do I have the sudden urge to hide?" Doof said as he browed the internet. "Oh! A new viral video, let's see..."
He watched...
"JANNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
And that's it for my omake series on their date! The song was You Snuck Your Way Right Into My Heart from Phineas and Ferb, I couldn't end it on any other song. As for Doof's outfit, it's a slightly modified version of his Professor Time outfit, without the hat. Hope you enjoyed!

Hmm. Interesting. Now, have we seen these stat changes in national actions? Is it possible she had a trait modifying her statline for quest purposes when we saw her in Vegas?
One action in everything, except for two in Learning which may be just the result of that action being a collaboration. Unless I am missing my guess, this would mean that a collaboration action gives you one extra action, at the cost of securing the collaboration with a dedicated Diplo roll in an earlier turn.
Possible. On the other hand, it may well be that Drakken really IS her equivalent of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., and gives her that same "throw him at a free National Action but be careful what you choose or you'll wish you hadn't" option.
Hmm. Interesting. Now, have we seen these stat changes in national actions? Is it possible she had a trait modifying her statline for quest purposes when we saw her in Vegas?
Shego was rolling 72 Martial in the High Command assault (which, yes, was a national action) and Stewardship 27 in several actions (the most recent I have noted down being "produce equipment for the US military" from July/August 16). Intrigue was 22 six turns ago, when she investigated Doof.
Now, for the rest of the analysis...

No direct hits, but it may be a pun. There is this Disney sitcom titled Best Friends Whenever with one of the characters being Barry Eisenberg, a supergenius that cracks time travel and who goes evil in an alternate timeline. In any case, our man here seems to be packing respectable stats and a zillion traits or some such.

Evelyn's diplo score was known from before and we know that Sinatron was the guy running this project, so Sinatron's diplo has gone up to 36. Interestingly, no loyalty modifier here.
Likewise, her stewardship was known. No clue who could be the hero in charge of that, but... Still no loyalty modifier.
Combined with the random deranged man interrupt, we have every reason to believe that Screenslaver is going to be a thing eventually. With Daffy and Bugs beating her to a good bit of money, she may be inclined to work with Doom in shady business that harms capes and toons.
Martial 46 hero is presumably Commander Sark, given the high score and high loyalty. No clue about the diplomacy or stewardship heroes.
The most interesting thing here, however, is that this essentially confirms that the force atttacking DoofOS is NOT the MCP, because the relevant scores there were +57+48.

Martial 71, with a martial 48 hero, plus a +50 martial trait, plus low loyalty.
We don't know for sure who this is, but smart money says Phobos of Meridian.
Regardless, this guy with this hero rolls a terrifying +173 martial, plus dice.
May be diplomacy 17 and intrigue 34. Liquidator's 32 diplo score really shows his background as a business spokesman, too.
MARK BEAKS
Based on other "release product" actions, I am assuming Stewardship. Beaks has 29 there, plus a stewardship 33 hero. He may be an idiot, but he seems to have competent management.
Thinking about how collaborating with Shego on the drug trade issue might work, mechanically speaking:
Perhaps we'll be able to combine the stats and bonuses of Doof and Shego, along with their diplo heroes, on the issue? So, looking at our heroes, I'd suggest using Kitsune on the drug trade specifically since we're working with Shego to cause problems for the drug dealers. Overclocked Technor would be best, though. Using Kitsune, that would give us 18 (Doof)+18 (Shego)+28 (Kitsune)+26 (Shego Diplo), which in total is +90, not counting other bonuses.
Damn, we'd need to roll a 90+ to make the action work, although we're guaranteed to avoid a crit failure on anything other than a 1 or 2. Although if Kitsune's +11 "Now You See Me" trait kicks in, that'll help a great deal, and brings up our roll to 101.
I didn't see that post, thanks for explaining it for me. In that case, we either roll +72 or +64, assuming Kitsune's trait doesn't activate on this particular issue. I'd suggest Technor on the actual partnership roll.
If Mark Beaks is ripping us off for a quick buck, I want his feathered ass on the wall. DoofOS has been our baby for almost two years (in-game) now, and the moment it's almost dying he resurrects and steals it for himself? I don't care if he's a bird, this will not fly.
Also, if we do a research agreement with Shego, I say put Jumba on it. Look me in the eyes and tell me he and DNAmy wouldn't get along like life-long friends
