Sorry, without introducing an OC or buffing someone like Toffee to ludicrous levels, there's no one on Bill's level. Hell, by the time he breaks out, all of the Kings COMBINED is not going to be on his level. He's godlike entity that's persuasive, functionally omnipotent, and has a very good level of knowledge in both magic and technology. The only "weakness" he has is that he doesn't seem to understand how to use any of it optimally, and even with that he's still a threat to the entire multiverse.
We can't really have a 'True Final Boss' scenario because the only way you can make it more dangerous than Bill is by making him competent with his powers and skills, and we can't beat that, period.

Depends on how Demona flash clone them, are they even sentient and able to be reason with or Demona weaponize them with only battle and killing instinct and nothing else. And as for huntsclan, we were fighting a three-way battle against them and Demona at the same time before the FUBAR, and she is going probably use/"ally" by mind control with them as proxy to perform a greater genocide against their own species.
On other note, hopefully lepoid and other nonhumans can separate Demona from the artifacts before she use the huntsclan as reinforcement back ups or attracting the attention of a "bigger fish" to the already chaotic battle.

yeah, I know of people who claim that while the *basic premise* of Worm has quite a lot going for it, the author simply ruins it by indulging in blatant misery porn and piling sin on top of sin.
Because of that you are well advised to avoid Worm itself and instead go for some of the more popular fan adaptions which tend to dump at least some of the edgefest for an actual sense of accomplishments being made in the story.
