This is Russ's Don't. It's less obvious (lack of red text), and less categorically catastrophic if we don't listen to him, obviously - I doubt it's even going to drop his loyalty if we don't try and pick this up - but it is the same, nevertheless. This is somebody who knows more than us on a certain issue breaking, momentarily, out of character, in order to let us know that things are different than we think they are.
Russ is a man whose Loyalty we've fought hard to earn, and he's repaid that effort by telling us something he wouldn't have otherwise. Something important.
I say we listen to him.

There is no way a two item vote will get both items.
The low item will be a guaranteed loss and the higher item will be risky because it might still be to low.
Your best bet is to pick the plan that goes all in for the item you want the most.

I AM NOT PREPARED TO MAKE DIFFICULT CHOICES! And, more importantly, putting all 17 on one item just seems to be a waste. Sure, the items have intrest, but I doubt anyone's gonna bet base+3.
