[X] [City] Kagoshima: In the warm southern island of Kyushu, Kagoshima is a cosmopolitan hub of so many different cultures mashed together over the long years. It has led to a varied and colorful scene on the streets with a fierce international competition up top. The city's growth has even expanded to the teeming waters as well, leading to a dizzying agricultural scene amid the urban landscape. Not all grown here are legal though.
[X] [City] Sapporo: Far up north in the snowy island of Hokkaido, Sapporo is a city of industry that never rests even when winter sets in. Urban industrialization is spread out across the vast tracts of rugged wilderness, leading into the odd creation of district communities that often compete fiercely with one another. One could disappear for weeks on end in the forests, then emerge to participate in fierce gang wars that last only so long as until nearby JDF bases take action and mobilize their iron fist.
