In the Void, A genocider and his partner wanders in it, bored, alone and utterly sick of the attacks Gaster has sprung on them since while they can't kill him and he can't kill them, a stalemate is always reached and while exciting at first, the genocider quickly became bored of the constant ties. And if there's one thing he Hate's more than Cheating is being completely and utterly bored. So he would contemplate his options, the first was jumping into another timeline, start up a tourney for the sake the world, those were always fun and even if the world failed and was erased there were always others who succeeded. Still he hated holding back his true power even if it was only fair that he did that. Going all out would be boring. His Partner suggested to do another genocide run, he shot that down stating while playing the villain and Pushing Undyne to her limits is fun, the rest of the way will be a boring up until sans steps in to not go full force against him and cheat by attacking when it's clearly not his turns, and he wasn't in the mood for a slog.

Eventually they would come to the conclusion that in order to spice up their lives for a bit, a challenge would be issued all over the Multiverse, how they did it? well this mostly consisted of ripping open tears in reality using the power of Erasure and started to wait for people to come through them, confident that sooner or later, someone will go through them as he sets up this arena for himself, "Go Easy on them won't you?" The Genocider would say as he turned his Power onto himself, Erasing his visible HP down to 20. "It's no fun if they can't fight back." His Partner would only nod as she materialized herself and started to wait for the combatants.

Battlefield Status:
[GM (Genocidal Maniac)] Frisk/Genocider HP: 20/20 Surrounded by a destructive Aura, you'll need to bypass that somehow to hurt him.
[GM] Chara HP: 10/10 Always ready to attack

Rules:
1. The only Stats I alter on a consistent basis is HP, EXP, LV and those of the NPC's. Everyone else has to keep track of their own items and extra bars they put it.

2. Everyone can only have eight items on their person at a time, and yes while you can have more than eight items in general it'll take one turn for each item you want to send to/take out from/swap with an item from your storage.

3. While I expect your characters to be strong, there is a limit to how much one action can do, and for stronger actions you'll have to focus either 2/3 or 3/3 turns sometimes.

4. It's never too late to join the fight.

5. Feel free to experiment and explore Mechanics, maybe you'll find something new you can use, a workaround past any obstacles the genocider. Or maybe you'll do something interesting enough to earn an official mechanic placement here.

0. New Rules can and will be implemented

Mechanics:
1. Death: Let's get this out of the way early, while fighting Frisk you cannot permanently die, he made sure of that himself, however, it will cost you all three of your action points and banish both your held items back to your storage and your summoned ally back to their timeline/universe, severely setting you back.

2. LV and EXP: Is what you get when killing, this can help bridge the gap between you and the Genocidal maniac. However it also acts as a deterrent to people you want to summon and as a corrupting force as your (probably, hopefully) heroic reasons for fighting the Genocider start to morph into a more self centered, destructive motive. Going enough time without killing can and will lower your LV as you repair your dissolving morals, but EXP sticks with you forever.

3. Summoning: Here in the void summoning works differently, while yes you need to spend actions to summon, and spending more than one can allow you to boost your summoned ally, they will need an anchor to stay here, and depleting their HP merely sends them back from where they came, with a cooldown before they can be summoned again. This Anchor is the person who summoned them, but this can be worked around. I'll let you figure out how.

4. Chara: Yes she is a Mechanic here, let me explain. See, Chara will constantly be attacking against the players not aligned with her and the genocider, and will be your main source of EXP/LV trick is she doesn't die when killed and will respawn holding less back after every death. Contrasted with the Genocider who won't start fighting until the others prove themselves to him, you're going to want at least one person handling her at all times.

5. Influence: Here in the void the tide of battle can be shifted depending on who holds the most control over the arena, Items, Actions, and Sidequests can be done to help shift the control in and out of Players and Non Player's grasp, resulting in new and unique mechanics as one Influence dwarfs the others.

6. The power to Erase, and Magic: the two powers I expect I'll be seeing used the most. Magic can be used by anyone and grows stronger the more Actions or AP is invested into it. The power to Erase can only be gained at a high enough LV, as your muderous intent, be it out of boredom, necessity, or whatever reason you have for it to be that high, will start to impose itself on reality itself, and one can do some really op BS with that power, just don't expect it to work on Frisk and Chara.

7. Actions: Each player (and boss entity) get's three actions per turn. you can save up your actions and convert them into AP (Action Points) for later use. However if you die, your AP Bank clears out. That will be the only time I touch your AP bank.
