The DC Animated Universe (eg Batman the Animated Series, Superman the Animated Series, Justice League, etc) and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure are combined into a single universe. This means that both timelines converge into one. How are things different and what would the world look like?

Would Batman have Hamon? Would Dio be able to pull off his plans? What would happen during the Imperium's Invasion of Earth?

Well Vandal's been around since the stone age, so I wouldn't at all be surprised if he had encounters with them before that. Maybe he was even a major individual in Rome when the Pillar Men were trying to get the stone from the emperor.
 
Dio gets defeated long before the Jojos get to Egypt. Mainly because Dr.Fate would probably sense/get a warning from Nabu of Dio's intentions. That sorta shit fall under his purview. And even if he doesn't decide to handle it himself,he'd probably send a dire warning to someone else-possibly even just telling the Jojos what Dio is capable of.

What about the Arrow and Stands?
 
Well Batman's probably has a natural Stand gotten from the sheer effort of being Batman and the Wayne Foundation is probably good friends with the Speed Wagon Foundation
