Side note before I pass out: one of the reasons for this fight was to give an excuse to introduce the P-frame without making you 2v2 Shiva-Sil or some shit.
Of course, that's limited by what you vote for, so if you'd rather just shoot at her normally...
I've got the kernel of a plan. Spells can't be intercepted and Lucky has a five-spells-per-action ability. Have Lucky ZOTT Sixth Heaven with a quintuple Dragon's Breath.
I tried using AnyDice to see what the expected damage would be, but the function took too long to process. EDIT: Reducing everything by a factor of 1000 suggests that half the time Lucky will roll for more than 61,000 and 99% of the time more than 21,000 on a single cast of Dragon's Breath. (Assumes the attack for that looks like "War Book: Dragon's Breath: [best 1 of 2d25,000] + Spell Boost[1000 + {best 1 of 2d60,000}]")
I expect all Magical Girls are bullshit if you give them enough time to level-up.

Before anyone else casts any offensive Spells, wouldn't it be a good idea for Solid Drive to use her Spell which debuffs the target's Resilience?
The Demon King has 5000 Resilience, so a % based debuff to that is pretty substantial, especially when we've got a bunch of regular soldiers missing their bullets.
Also, @crystalwatcher
Does the attacks/turn reduction from Overwhelming Presence render abilities such as Skilled impossible to use? In other terms, are those abilities usable if the number of required attacks is more than what you get in the entire turn?
Edit:
Also, does the protection from elemental magic offered by the Frost Dragon Armor protect against the fireballs launched by the Fires that Blaze in Hell ability?
You have no idea what all the soldiers from the security teams are thinking about your exchange, but you find that you really don't care. This has to be the most embarrassing event of your short career. But, you probably don't have much of a choice in the matter. "If anyone dies, I'm blaming James."
What I find amusing about this is that Nepgear's plan let us deal with basically everything, besides Seventh Heaven who as a top ranker is bullshit, without a single causality. Admittedly part of that is that we got lucky with crystalwatacher changing Omni-Caster to Calamity Circuit but from an outside perspective Nepgear pulled things off pretty flawlessly until she got struck down by a bolt form the blue.
"Roger!" The pilot of the transport quickly rushes through his pre-flight check as quickly as he can while James and Michael both outright leap the gap between the two Messengers, sharing a high-five mid air as they soar past each other. It was obvious that the Human members of Team GEAR were getting used to their Frost Dragons, and were starting to enjoy them. Gabriel leaps into the air as the Skybound leaves the empty deck of the forward Messenger.
Legends. That is the sort of thing Magical Girls do. People are going to be all "Did you fucking see Solid Core out there? It was genocide, localized genocide!" and then they'll ask "How the fuck does Team GEAR keep up with her? They've got three normal humans, so how haven't they splattered everywhere yet?" and be answered with "Because they aren't fucking human! They're all monsters. Every. Last. Member."
*Looks at Gabriel's Hell Beast Genocide*
*Notices how Gabriel specifically targeted their wings*
...I...do we need to teach Gabriel to take orders less or more literally?
I'm going to focus fire on the Right Side initially, hopefully my Starshine won't be completely useless with the way they're spread out.
"Here they come!" You position yourself just in between the two Messengers, giving you a perfect view of the coming storm as your Purifier Beam shines like a beacon. "Starshine!"
Huh. I never noticed until now that Starshine comes out of the Purifier Beam. I suppose it makes sense in retrospect.
Starshine: 737 Base Damage, No Dice, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 8,607 Total Damage Starshine: 737 Base Damage, No Dice, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 8,607 Total Damage Starshine: 737 Base Damage, No Dice, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 8,607 Total Damage Starshine: 737 Base Damage, No Dice, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +737 Rain of Light, +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 8,607 Total Damage
Right. I completely forgot about +500 HDE in my damage calculations. So Starshine deals ~115% the damage, barring Obliterate and Unstoppable, of a forty megaton nuke against armies. Well I suppose if we fail to protect the Messengers, and survive, Alaya can take comfort in the fact Nepgear is a flying reusable nuclear bomb. Seriously even Rei can't match that kind of damage.
In fact on a turn-by-turn basis Rei can deal out 30,000,000 damage via Oblivion Awaits while Nepgear can, against armies, deal out 68,856,000 damage. Well technically it goes up to 136,623,360 damage if The Insurmountable Gap triggers on each attack.
...we need to go to Reluxus ASAP. I want to see some Army Purging Action!
Come on! It only increases the damage to 34,155,840.
It comes with the sound similar to a finale at a fireworks festival. The river of lights that fly from you pierces the gloom from the overcast sky, the rays scattering the darkness as they descend upon on onrushing horde like the fist of God. The closest Reavers cease. But thanks to the light you can see the balls that represent new Reavers already descending to the ground.
You know. I bet all those human troops watching this couldn't help but think "Is this what it's like to watch Goddess Gold in action?"
You are not the one who says it, you're not even thinking it. Eyes aglow with your inner light, you are instead focused upon the field, and what your bombardment revealed. The two summoners are partially hidden behind an outcropping of rock, their dark cloaks allowing them to fade into the background. But bathed in your light, and revealed by the arcs of their summoning, they can no longer hide. And Judgement is swift.
@crystalwatcher - I think you made a mistake here. Nepgear in on the right side and Judgement Drive is on the left side. Solid Drive is the one on the right side:
She swings only once, but almost half a dozen slashes suddenly fill the same space as the two Summoners. Nothing survives: The rock they had been behind disintegrates, as the ground around them erupts into the air. And through it all, the two summoners are pretty much obliterated.
The Angel is young. You remember the feeling of warmth as she told you of the children you had saved, just as they wished her into being. The image of you wiping out an entire platoon of demons with a single spell had been the first thing she had ever remembered, leading to a healthy fear of Magical Girls. But in the last week you've known her, she had taken up the blade those children had granted her with a will.
...Well. We're lucky seeing Nepgear handily obliterate entire armies of demons with a single spell isn't triggering PTSD flashbacks.
War Angels were born battle ready. But under normal circumstances, it took the time to reach their full potential, and even then there tended to be a ceiling that they'd almost always reach. Gabriel took those limitations and tossed them aside. She accepted the Core Connection, even through the embarrassment, and acknowledged that her destiny was to follow a road similar to her predecessor, and become Legend. And she does not disappoint.
"I vote your new angel goes first." Gabriel squeaks, and you bury your face into our hands. This couldn't possibly get any worse.
"Ara..." You peek between your fingers and see said angel standing off to the side of the group slightly, blushing. "I... wouldn't mind?" Conversation dies with a whimper. From you.
Huh. That's cool. I had no idea you could split up multi-hit attacks like that.
@crystalwatcher - Can we hit two separate targets with Celestial Severance since it's a Double-Cast? It's not something we'd generally want to do but I could see some use form that.
Gabriel Casts Judgement!

Hell Beast 8: 200 Base Resilience, +33 Dice, +100 High Speed Dive, -500 Hostile Divinity Effect, -100 Diving too fast to dodge = 267 Extra Damage
@crystalwatcher - I'm curious; why does Judgement have the Armor Pierce ability when it doesn't seem to do anything?
She swings her sword with enough force that it causes the air to ripple, and the blade to blur to your eyes. The resounding crack and the trail of condensation that follows her path tells a story of how much force is behind her attack.
Wohoo! Supersonic blade strikes. No wonder they are a blur to poor Nepgear's eyes. She ain't got anywhere near the HSC needed to keep track of supersonic things.
But even with all of her Heaven-Blessed might, there is simply too many demons descending from the sky for one person to stop them all. "You line them up, and I'll knock them down!" So it's a good thing that Gabriel's not alone, isn't it?
Judgement Core raises the maw of destruction to the sky, and lets it roar her defiance!
So. 28x Hell Beasts at XP gives XP. That must be a nice boost for JC.
The flock of demons fly straight into the waiting arms of Death, and the world seems to tremble beneath Judgement Core's fury. The beams from the Judge Cannon fill the air like the lights from a disco ball, and where they pass demonic flesh vaporizes.
...poor JC. Even in her big moment she's inferior to Nepgear. Nepgear's Starshine is compared to fireworks finales and the fist of god while JC's Judge Cannon is compared to a disco ball.
Not to mention that this:
A single beam blows clean through the head of the forward-most Hell Beast just to carry on into the beast behind it, and their momentum causes the shot to eviscerate both of them. Another beam cleaves an unlucky demon in half lengthwise, while a third one spears five more demons through their torsos. In moments, there is nothing but pieces raining to the ground around you.
I've said it before and I'll say it again; he's the child of a supersoldier program not a natural human.
Turns out Michael, James, and Samael all decided it was a good idea to leap off the Messengers and meet the oncoming Soul Reaver rush head on. Though the idiots had stopped the charge cold dozens of feet from the Transports, the three of them were almost up to their eyeballs in demons. And the soldiers still on the transports had decided to simply fire into the mass melee they were causing with abandon.
Hey! On behalf of the male gender I register my complaint with your sexist and stereotyping comment. Just because those three are nuts doesn't mean we all are!
If anything stronger than the Soul Reavers show up to try and attack the Messengers during the confusion, I want Judgement Core, James, Michael, and Lucky to focus fire on them.
They just had to decide they wanted to reenact some stupid-ass movie or get into a dick waving contest or something you had no idea what. If anything it proved that the power from the armor and your Core Connection probably went to their heads.
Poor Nepgear. It's not the power armor or Core Connection that's the problem. It's just that unlike the rest of your team the Superhuman Trio have been through so much shit that jumping into a nigh endless hoard of demons doesn't even register anymore.
"C'mon, Nepgear, you got to go save the idiots." You quickly rise up for a better vantage point, while almost missing Judgement Core as she jumps to the other Messenger for the same purpose. Once high enough you could see what was left of the massive attack wave of Soul Reavers, you assess the 'situation'.
...Damnit JC! Simple. Instructions. WHY CAN NO ONE FOLLOW THEM!?
(Gunboat Diplomacy: 750 Base Damage, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, No Dice, +750 Ray Trigger, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +750 Ray Trigger, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +750 Ray Trigger, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +750 Ray Trigger, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +187 Full Auto, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 9,705 Total Damage
The upside is, thanks to them bunching so many of them together the massed, combined fire from both the gunship and the ten security soldiers on the side of the Messengers were fully capable of chewing through them at speed. And on top of that...
I bet the gunship pilot is thinking "I have to get some shots in before Solid Core comes over and wipes them all out again. I don't want to get back to base and say we went up against legions of demons and that I didn't get a chance to kill even one of them!"

At least M.E.C.A. Force is having fun with the massed-gibbing. The twin cannons on her mech are almost steaming from the amount of firepower they were putting down into the melee.
Remember when I said M.E.C.A Force was in trouble? This is why. This is what she should have been doing earlier on. The fact she wasn't able to open up on the enemy was a bad sign.
"No, we haven't. How bad is it over there?"
Michael promptly picks up a Soul Reaver by its leg and starts using it to beat on the other Soul Reavers around him.
(Left Count: 181)
"We're more likely to run out of ammunition before enthusiasm over here. You?"
Can we all just take a moment to note that I was right on Nepgear being a terrible person to send on this mission for collateral damage reasons. I mean we pretty obviously had to be here now given that JC and JD would be dead without us and the Messengers lost but still!
Oh and Nuke Comparisons Intensify!
A girl in a rather nice hat is standing in the air down the road. And Gabriel is swinging around through the air to land on the lead Messenger.
Wait. What?
You spin in place, and frantically search for the girl... but it only takes you a moment to find her.
You know for a second I thought this girl had some kind of Stranger power like Nice Guy. Then I remembered that Nepgear is immune to such things and was simply being her usual airhead fluffheaded self.
Well. Nepgear's right about one thing; that is a nice hat.
She is literally standing in the air, roughly forty feet off the ground, hands placed on the butt of her katana as if it were a cane, for all intents and purposes looking as if she were standing upon a solid platform instead of thin air. And as if acknowledging her existence triggers it, you feel the magic holding you in the air suddenly stop.
It takes a moment, for gravity to assert itself. But by the time you start falling, it is far too late. The girl notices you, and frowns.
It's only as she speaks that you realize how close she is; Just on the other side of the forward Messenger. And as you watch, she takes her hand off the top of her katana and draws it back.
You blink. She swings. And you try to bring the Panzer Blade around out of sheer desperate instinct-
Has Nepgear attacking first, incidentally that should Base Damage not Base Resilience, and being intercepted but the text above it has Sixth Heaven attacking first and Nepgear intercepting.
Incidentally Supremacy Zone is going to fuck us over if we're not very careful. Notice how damage quintuples both on the Intercept and the blow back? So unless our Intercept can flat out no-sell the attack, hint it can't, we'd just be making things worse for whoever we tried to defend.
You come to a stop thirty meters away, face down in the dirt and resting in a trench carved out by your face. Gravity asserts itself and your legs drop with a thud.
"NEPGEAR!"
Seven voices shout your name simultaneously. Worry and rage echoing across the radio.
Amusing how we seem to swing between concerned voices shouting Anastasia and Nepgear. Also I'm kinda surprised Nepgear was stunned so seriously. Nepgear is immune to body damage modifiers, so it can't be because she's hurt, and mental effects so what exactly is stunning Nepgear?
"You!" Attention reluctantly drags itself from the massive skeleton and its mistress at Solid Drive's shout. "We killed you! How are you alive?!" Sega kneels beside the unconscious Anastasia, having drawn her sister into an embrace. "I saw Juggernaut tear you in half!"
Sega has a healing spell. Is there a reason she isn't using it?
The girl laughs, though it is a cruel thing. She grabs the bottom of her shirt, and draws it up: revealing the red seal that rests just below her breasts, "The Lady Red deemed me worthy of resurrection! My followers took very good care of what was left of my corpse, dear Solid Drive. And don't pretend that I've forgotten either you or the sweet Judgement Drive." Rev snarls in anger at the Dark Girl's acknowledgement.
Well. I'd like to think we could get an "easy" victory by just targeting her Control Seal rather then her. But from the sounds of it she was already evil so that's not going to help.
The skeleton's jaws open wide, and it roars, just as the human members of Team GEAR realize who exactly they were fighting.
And if we're really unlucky? We'll also have to deal with a Dark Magical Girl."
What he doesn't say, but all the blooded members of Team GEAR understand, is that running into a Dark Magical Girl was pretty much inevitable at this point. You just hoped it wasn't any one too bad... shit, you probably just jinxed yourself.
I am almost completely certain there are hostile Magical Girls and this is a plan. With waves of enemies coming from both sides we're going to be tempted to deploy our heavies away from the Messengers to deal with the waves before they can enter range. The second we do so though I expect an enemy Magical Girl, or other heavy, to show up and attack while we're out of position.
were correct when we called there being a DMG on the enemy side. We just never guessed how crazy powerful she'd be.
Oh and I called this all being a distraction for letting her close into range. Admitadly it was because we were all distracted with being happy over finishing up the Soul Revers but I call that close enough.
Nepgear is stunned for seven turns, but her passive abilities are still active.
So. Did Sega cast that healing spell on Nepgear? Or is it just thanks to stalling long enough, thanks Sixth Heaven for monologuing, for Gabriel's Aura of Light to heal everyone? Nepgear's damage should have taken two turns to fix, twenty seconds, and I can see that chat going on long enough.
+4,401xp 1,467 Soul Reaver Multi-kill
+400xp Hell Beast Shooting Gallery: 40
+50xp Saved everyone again...
+125xp The Boss shows her face
Uh. If Aquila can leave the battle range she can shoot twice, maybe. I don't think that helps, unless her attacks then wouldn't be "caught".
Gabriel killed a grand total of zero dudes these turns, so Road to Peace is worthless here.
Core purge is an active ability, so that won't work.
Urgh.
So... anyone who attacks her will get 2500 plus 75% of their own base damage to the face. Then increased by 125%. Then 1/3 of that from Echo of Peas. 2000 for the 30 shooty dudes. They all have 880 resilience and 500 health, so they ded. "Detonate" probably means that most of their friends are dead, too.
M.E.C.A. Force has basically no hax.
Would it be Staccato of Slaughter against the Demon King's attack or would each individual attack have to break through? 'Cause the first would just kill the baddies.
I spent half an hour and this is literally all I have.
[X] Plan Upgrade 2.0
-[X] Purcgase Lesser Gods (550)
-[X] Purchase Segarite Core (2000)
-[X] Upgrade Celestial Severance to level 10 (170)
-[X] Upgrade INDESTRUCTIBLE CORE to level 20 (1450)
Total XP Cost: 4170
Upgrade 2.0 massively increases our survivability, upgrades Celestial Severance' Base Damage to 25,600, and upgrades our teammates.
[X] Plan Kill the Skeleton Bitch
-[X] The soldiers, including Team GEAR and M.E.C.A. Force, will all rain synchronized fire upon Sixth Heaven and her Demon King.
--[X] Gabriel will switch to her Soul-Severer and join in the firing.
-[X] Lucky will activate her Avatar of Arcana ability, then begin spamming Dragon's Breath all she can.
-[X] Judgement Drive will cast Changing Faith to make it seem like we're on Sixth Heaven's opposite side, then begin spamming Sword Beam.
-[X] Judgement Core will wait for an opening, then cast The End.
-[X] Solid Drive will cast Clothing Break on the Demon making, then take Solid Core to an area where no one can see them.
-[X] Solid Core will activate Core Purge after Solid Drive casts Clothing Break.
This plan is based around murdering the crap out of Sixth Heaven. Even if the Demon King can intercept the mass of gunfire, it can't hurt the soldiers without getting closer to them. Gabriel has a gun, so she'll use it. Judgement Core stands the best chance of taking her down in a single shot, so she's waiting for an opening. And finally, I want to see that P-Frame.

That's not how you use Drama. The big attack needs to be the one that goes last, with an appropriately witty one-liner.
[] Plan Highway to The End Game
-[] Judgement Drive uses Changing Faith to make Sixth Heaven and/or The Demon King ignore Judgement Core.
-[] The Soldiers and M.E.C.A. Force open fire at the Demon King at the same time to get those sweet Synchronized Fire Bonuses.
-[] Lucky activates Avatar of Arcana and penta-casts War Book: Dragon's Breath.
-[] Judgement Core casts The End Game to obliterate that bitch and her pet skellington.
--[] "Hasta la Vista, Bitch!" "Go back to Hell, and this time, stay there" "Do you feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" *insert badass one-liner*
Kinda shot yourself in the foot for that. Unless something's going to rouse Solid Core she can't send out the Core Purge signal.
Also, Sixth Heaven can shoot anyone she pleases for between 12005 and 210004202-7350 (Echo of Peace) damage with her Arabesques. (At least until Samael cancels the shell, and the ones we want to live still get the x5 damage.) How did Judgement Drive not get rekt the first go-around? Did she just sit in the Skelly waiting for the Drives to make the mistake of attacking her?
Not true! 40 Hell Beasts attacked and JC killed 28 so logically Gabriel killed the remaining 12. The question is if Gabriel gets the credit for them dying on impact with the ground because she cut their wings off?

Well, OOC we know that Judgement Core is also capable of triggering Progenitor Frame, so it's just a question of if she can activate Core Purge right now out of sheer frustration at her feelings of uselessness.
Shit. Ok then...If they do Intecerpt, how does that work? Like, will they meet halfway, closer to Sixth Heaven, closer to the Soldiers? Does the Fireball use the Base Damage of whoever's casting it? Does it go against the Synch bonus, or does it go against some single unlucky bastard's individual damage? Do Overwhelm and/or Godlike Strength apply?
