Conflicting Views (PMMM/JJBA)

[X] Old

Hoping for Magical Girl(?) Old Joseph, but Magical Girl(!?) Kars would be probably even better: our magnificence would probably cause witches to spontaneaously combust and become magical girl again.

Instead Magical Girl(?) Old Joseph would probably cause everyone to try clawing their eyes out. Still a good fighting move tought.

I tried looking for that pic of Joseph wearing Mami's dress, but unfortunately I can't find it.
I did find a good outfit for when/if we turn into a magical girl(?):

Inspired by the Hermit card.

How AU is this quest for JJBA, anyway? Because if we're canon-ish and somehow post-Stone Ocean then Joseph is a half-senile 90-something year old man who hasn't been in a fight in more than 20 years and has aged horribly because he was too lazy to keep up his Ripple breathing. Even if we're pre-Stone Ocean but still post-Diamond Is Unbreakable then most of that's still true.
This is true.

Vote is not called. Here is the current tally.

11 Spiderwebs
11 Blue
7 Hat Hair
6 Pink
27 Old
4 Black

I'm uh actually quite worried this Joseph is DIU! Joseph or worse....

Know what, voting Sayaka. Because I have a loose plot on how to MAYBE gain a Mermaid Witch for a Stand.

[X] Blue

Because honestly, the only way we can MAYBE stand a chance against Despair, is to make love and hope we can channel our darkness and flaws into something possitive.

Again though, we don't know how AU this crossover is. For all we know Joseph fought a witch or something right after his battle with Kars, realized he couldn't let himself get soft, and then kept up his Ripple breathing so that by the time he's hit 90 he's only just now gotten as old-looking as he did when he was in his late 60s/early 70s in Stardust Crusaders.
I don't think the GM would throw a trap option at us in the very first post; that would be pretty boring, after all, and would kind of make this whole thing just a big waste of time. Be a good April Fool's prank, though.

... What makes you think that?
Less so if you start the quest, open the first door, and a dragon swoops out and murders everybody.
This is how I plan on opening my next quest. If I forget and start a new one differently, somebody who sees this needs to remind me so that I can do it on the second post.
... Also, I suspect TPK would find running a quest where the main protagonist is "a half-senile 90-something year old man who hasn't been in a fight in more than 20 years and has aged horribly because he was too lazy to keep up his Ripple breathing" hilarious.

Well the option does say "Old"...

I'm totally fine with playing a half senile old man

Because even while half senile and suffering from Arthritis, Joseph Joestar could still casually stroll through PMMM and set up Walpurgisnacht's defeat without even breaking a sweat.

Granted he'd need to sit down and take a breather every couple of minutes

But still, my point Stands.

If we're talking about power levels, there isn't really any reason not to choose pink. :V
(I just like Blue's character, tbh.)

Edit: For clarification, if the subject is "ease of accomplishing a given goal", then the sheer amounts of firepower that Pink has available is likely optimal. Joseph is naturally going to be a better strategist, though we can likely just use write-in's for any given character.

I'm not talking power levels

I'm talking the old dude who found an invisible drowning baby by walking into a river while slitting his wrists open, because he knew the healing dude nearby wouldn't be able to just leave him to die even though they weren't really getting along

And thus found the baby, saved it, adopted it, and wound up winning the respect of the son he had left abandoned since before he was born

I'm talking about that Joseph mother-fucking Joestar

I mean, the GM did say in Spotted Cherry that he'd have the protagonist open a door and get eaten by a dragon on the first update in the next quest he ran, and that if he forgot we should remind him so he could do it on the second. Something like that, at least.

It's not his fault we're going with someone who, from the sounds of it, would treat that as a minor inconvenience.

Edit: My bad, it was someone else saying that.
