Come for the Raifus, Stay for the Plot: Girls' Frontline - Baking Time

All the 5* HGs are really good and they're worth keeping multiple of- Basically every RF team wants a welrod because RoF and Damage buffs, good tiles, and a skill that really helps HG tanking. Also because welrod and calico are really fucking rare it's worth using cored to link and raise any dupes you get.
Grizzly is also good, with assloads of damage and good tiles, but she's by far the most common 5* HG so it's not as much of a loss. Usually rifle or MG teams have a HG plopped in there

As a general rule, I'd say that 3*s use for cors unless you have a copy nearing them. Good 4*s or 4*s you're using keep, core the rest. Always keep 5*s. Even the dogcatfox :V

Also as mentioned in my last post
Here's a massive pile of translated material of future chapters/events and such for lore curious peoples /writers etc- spoilers aplenty as would be expected.

Arctic warfare is chapter 7.5, I forget when deep dive is but IIRC it's part flashback and pre chapter 10. Singularity and CT are both chapter 10.

Cube is IIRC around the time of 5/6 chapterwise.

Well, the 5 star nuke rifles are super niche and Kar is bad. So if you somehow get a pile of NTW-20 or M99 I imagine you can probably safely disassemble the extras if you have enough of them for dummy linking.

Yeah, we've had cube a bit ago- they eventually add a campaign mode deal where the event maps can be replayed and they're put in the appropriate point timewise.

The Strawberry Custard Cheesecake just gives me the mental image of Kalina at the supermarket loading up a shopping cart with expired frozen cheesecakes to resell at a huge markup. But I might have played too much Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale.

All I want to know is what Kalina is going to love more than money, because there's no way we're not seeing character development with her.

(It's going to be the Great Commandy One, I'm guessing.)

EDIT: This fanart reminds me of the new Blade Runner

I wonder if there are any Girls Frontline and Blade Runner crossovers.

IMO, the game itself has Blade Runner vibes, that's part of what got me into it. The T-dolls are a bit like Replicants, stronger than humans but made to be subservient to them. I also got a "Humanity and/or Earth is dying" feeling from Blade Runner 2049, which GFL has quite a bit of. They even both have the protagonist fighting to preserve human dominance at the beginning of the story.

The presents being fake would explain how MP5 was carrying two types of ice cream during chapter 1 night, though it doesn't quite explain the tomato juice and mention of vitamins. It also doesn't explain the need for rations, though my headcannon for those is the T-dolls have advanced fuel cells capable of handling food. Dehydrated food has quite good specific energy and energy density.

"...following you has made my dreams come true. So wherever you go, you'll have me by your side"
okay yeah she's after the shikikan too
they're probably mutually going "omg, another human being instead of robots, hey, uh, do you wanna hang and have some beer after work? :V" at the same time

Also her name turned to Kalin in the textboxes for some reason?
such write
very good translate

much typesetting

wow

Still better than Azur Lane's "translation" though. :V

Think of it this way: Tomato juice is easily carried if it's a powdered mix has part of the MREs (we've already got all sorts of powdered drinks in MRE packets now, even powderd Pocari and Gatorade). Rations carried are going to look a lot like US or Russia MREs. You're still going to need to add water to reconstitute said dehydrated rations tho. Much easier to roll with something like this, especialyl since you can eat it cold.

That wasn't what I was going for. The point of the ice cream was to give nice gifts to WA, 416, & G11. That still works if the ice cream was fake. The point of the tomato juice was to ensure P7 got her vitamins, which doesn't make sense unless the tomato juice was real (and T-dolls need vitamins).
