It is some time in the future and humanity has reached the stars. Many events have happened before now, civilizations fractured, the Gates were discovered, aliens were made, aliens were met, wars happened, civilizations unified, civilizations grew, and civilizations fractured. With more arcane assistance, reaching the stars became easier for humanity within this Spiral.

You are colonizers for one reason or another. You want to carve your place amongst the stars and you'll deal with whatever may happen to or by you. Meet extraterrestrial life, build your new home as well as you can, investigate anomalies, recover and investigate strange alien tech, fight a DI God, become something else, do whatever you can to make your new home... Home.

  • [X] Discarded: You've been thrown out, your homeworld both didn't want you and couldn't allow you to stay any longer. You've been exiled to go anywhere but back there.
-[X] They threw you out because you couldn't be contained any longer, if the choice for them was between letting their veil fall too soon or letting such Phenomena run rampant in the stars so you wouldn't die, they chose what seemed right. You're all unique entities with unique powers and viewpoints, even if none could be used to get you out of this situation.
[X] Yurblaen: Your new home seems to be fractured. Roughly half of this world is of one wholly alien biome and the other seems to be quite Terran at first glance. Both types of environments seem to largely dislike each other and crossover appears to be rare… But there is crossover.
    [X] Innovation
    - [X] Many laws where you're from have forbidden the development of digital general intelligence. Considering the fact the Photonic Union collectively designed a framework for machines that could dream and may have even made some, you needed to leave. You seek to design advanced robots and programs, maybe even ones that can fend for themselves. It certainly helps that you brought quite a few games and books that tackle a variety of robots like yours…

--[X] Write-In Discarded: You're an assortment of political prisoners and other dissidents the government has rounded up over the years for reasons that, while various on the surface, mostly amount to 'we just wanted an excuse to lock up the people we don't like or who might be a threat to us'. Rather than torture or execute you, though, they have instead forced you all onto a ship as 'conscripted colonists' and shipped you off to what is, when we're being honest about it, basically just a penal colony.
    -[X] Write-In World: Planet "Helamore"
--[X] Description: On the surface, the planet looks 'normal' enough, for a certain definition of 'normal'. A bit on the gloomy side, perhaps, but otherwise it might almost be classified as mundane. Staying around long enough, however, and you'll discover that the local wildlife are the least friendly neighbors you could possibly ask for, with a murderous desire to see you 'get off their lawn'. If you want to make a home here, you're going to have to take it by force.
    [X] Innovation
    - [X] You don't have faith, you have trust that you can build elements that may become prominent in the future. You're not afraid to take chances, make mistakes and get messy. Though, maybe you're influenced a bit too much by your other interests...
-- [X] Many laws where you're from outlawed the development of hyperweapons. This frustrated the Future War Foundation as they were so close to reaching such enigmatic weapons of mass (and miniscule) destruction, and the black market was too risky and too limiting back home to delve into. You seek to design and test all sorts of experimental weapons to sell to the highest bidder and even better ones to use for your own needs. And what better platform to place them on, besides monsters of steel or flesh (maybe both even?), like out of some card games?

-- [X] You believe in Technology and the wonders it can provide for you Techists, you might be in the path to innovation but you're yearning to live alongside technology like how humans once lived amongst nature within a Garden… Or was it a yearning to become closer to your benevolent digital god by becoming mechanical yourself? Or is it just the faith that no matter what, technology will be able to solve anything? You're quite fractured.

  • [X] Try to find more intact pieces of the spacecraft that deposited some of you down here. Maybe there's a computer that could still be functional- Maybe some rations, oh, perhaps some tools?
[X] Patrol the area for general lifeforms, maybe other Phenomena, maybe spirits thoughtforms, maybe something good to snack on or raise.
[X] Take full stock of our current resources, including equipment and supplies to work with.
[X] Put the phone with OSP-1741 installed on it into OSP-4190 and set the latter to Refined.
[X] Begin developing basic Thaumaturgy infrastructure
[X] Write-In: Try to build some defenses, just in case of not-so-friendly company. A watchtower, barricades and/or trenches... Whatever is more suitable for this location.
[X] try to explore alien biome in a safe distance
[X] The Protector will go about being a hero, making sure that everyone is without injury and that major conflict does not break out
