"I want to make a movie." The Director gazed over the assembled crowd. "But I can't do it alone. I called you all here because you are the best of the best, and it would be an honor to have your help. What do you say?"
The crowd talked amongst themselves for a while, deliberating on what to do. Eventually the chatter died down, and they agreed.
"Excellent! I can't tell you how relieved I am to hear that." The Director said with a small laugh.
He clapped his hands together. "Alright, we are on a tight schedule here, so let's get moving."

"First off, we need a plot. Now, I'm gonna be honest with ya'll. My ideas for plots are going to more concerned with interesting art than story. I'm looking at things like Kubo and the Two Strings, Coraline, and James and the Giant Peach. Those all have a really interesting visual style going on that I would love to see in our characters, though I admit I have some bias towards Claymation. There's a lot of tradition animation I'm looking at as well in terms of visual style. But story should come first."
He picked up a notebook and flipped it open.
"I'm only giving you one of my ideas (admittedly, it's a fairy tale so it's not technically my idea, but if Disney can do it, then so can I) Right now, this is just brainstorming. Suggest whatever you think would make an interesting story, and once we have some ones we're happy with, I'll move on, okay?"

This is a movie-making quest of sorts.
Once we get a plot, protagonist, and possibly art style figured out, this will run like a normal quest. Kind of. I was considering writing this scene by scene, letting you make revisions to it as you saw fit. Actually, I'll put it to a vote.

I might also ask you to vote on something like music, and depending on the choice, it would effect the pacing and action of the scene.
You may ask the Director questions by putting it in quotes.

Six of seven princes go out to find a princess to marry. On the way back, six princesses in tow (and having forgotten one for their brother who stayed at home), they passed a hill that had the house of a giant. The giant saw them, turning them to stone. The other brother then goes out in an attempt to free his brothers, meeting a raven, salmon, and wolf along the way. They all help him find the giant's heart, which had been hidden, so they could kill him and free his brothers and the princesses.
That's the original. Of course, unless we want a protagonist named Boots, we would make some changes. Take some creative liberties to make things more interesting.
