Elemental Wheel PSA
This is a Public Service Announcement.

We here at Pyroverse Enterprises are all about tearing down the sacred cows Kishimoto has set up if they do not benefit the greater narrative (or if I did it first and the official explanation revealed later is way lamer, but I digress). The only problem is that some times these sacred cows are so ingrained in our minds that it becomes difficult to see them for the problems they are. So a random work thought has made this change, which is effective immediately for all Pyroverse Enterprises quests and significant enough of a change to tell everyone about:

The canon elemental wheel sucks.

Mainly, the huge issue is lightning beating earth for some reason. Earth grounds lightning. Sure, some lightning jutsu can pierce things real good, but all of them? No way. Wouldn't it make more sense for Kakashi to develop Chidori to counter earth users? As far as I can tell, lightning beating earth was done solely so Sasuke could defeat Deidara. This is bad writing, and it really doesn't show up that often afterward.

So our new wheel looks like this. Only this is a line:

Fire > Wind > Earth > Lightning > Water > Fire

Fire is still fed by wind and water still extinguishes fire. Wind now has that powerful cutting combined with its natural eroding properties to hack away at earth, as shown when Asuma threw some wind-infused knives through a tree and into stone. Earth beats lightning by grounding it, though a select few techniques have piercing properties. And then lightning beats water in a similar way that fire "beats" wind in that water conducts electricity. Yes, pure water doesn't, but I don't see water chakra being crystal clear. Of course, every element still has a way of countering or working around their natural weakness.

So do keep this in mind for any future element situations.

Prologue: Chapter 18
"I can't let more people know about me," you muttered.

"To be fair...I don't even know your name..." Akio whispered to himself, but you managed to hear him. You shot a furious glare at him (through the blindfold) and unleashed your killing intent, leaving him cowering on the ground. You didn't follow up as he was still...sorta useful, but he was on very thin ice.

"We will continue to search the land, I have no doubt I will find what I'm looking for," you said, walking away from Akio. It took him several minutes to recover and follow you, but you didn't care. You just wanted to find the Otogakure...

---

You were nearly at a breaking point. It had been three days since you started your search for the Otogakure and all you had to show for it was nothing but exhaustion! You couldn't find a single hint of a village, not even with the Byakugan at your disposal and it frustrated you that your tiny host body couldn't cover the land in record time like your old body! You would surely get revenge on that damned Leaf for doing this to you...!

You felt a headache form which only increased your irritation. Right now, you and Akio were in a small wooded area, presumably on the outskirts of the Land of Sound. Akio had made a campfire and was cooking a rabbit you had hunted earlier. You paced around the area, trying to think of what to do next. Perhaps you should have tried to get information? But your thoughts were cut short when in the distant edges of your Byakugan, you saw someone calmly walking to where you were!

"There's someone coming!" you barked at Akio. He nodded and you told him to hide behind a tree the person would no doubt pass by. When the person got close enough, you made a signal and Akio came rushing out, attempting to strike the person over the head with his club! With inhuman smoothness and speed, the person merely flicked his wrist. A moment later, Akio fell to the ground, a kunai buried deep into his throat.

"You bastard...!" you growled, now getting a good look at the man. He had long black hair and chalk white skin, his snake-like eyes were a piercing yellow and had purple markings around them.

"Now, now. I didn't come here to be violent," the man spoke. "I am merely curious as to why a Hyuga has been seen wandering the Land of Sound. Aren't you a bit far away from home?"

"Have you been spying on me?" you wearily asked, gripping your dagger. Although in the back of your mind, you knew whoever this was, he was highly superior to any human you have seen since being freed.

"Something like that," the man replied, a touch of amusement in his voice. "You're no mere runaway, I can tell."

"Get to the point!" you snarled. "How do you know this bod- I mean how I'm a Hyuga?!"

"I was only guessing until you told me." the man chuckled ominously. You bared your teeth at him but your threats weren't working in the slightest. He took a step forward but you stood your ground and brought up the dagger.

"Take another step and I'll kill you!" you viciously said, pointing the dagger at him. You unleashed a burst of killing intent at the man, but he merely chuckled and shook his head.

"Bold words from someone who isn't even trained. I can see you have potential though. Though tell me, why are you here? I'm sure if you were running away from the Land of Fire you wouldn't stay around one of its neighbors..." the man trailed off. "Were you looking for something?"

You grit your teeth. He didn't seem too bad so far, he hasn't made a direct move on you at least. You didn't take your eyes off him as you said, "I am looking for the Otogakure. Are you a shinobi there?"

"Oh...how interesting. I am more than a mere shinobi of the Sound, I am it's leader, Orochimaru." the man said.

"You lead the Sound? How can you prove this?" you asked cautiously.

"Heh...how about I lead you to the Otogakure itself? That should be proof enough," Orochimaru said. He took another step forward and extended his hand.

"Fine. But if you are tricking me, then I will kill you," you said.

"Have no fear, I have no intention of misleading you...ah. I do not have your name yet. Would you mind sharing it...?" Orochimaru asked.

"..."

You honestly didn't trust Orochimaru, but he was your only lead to the Otogakure. You'd merely play along to see if he is being honest. But for your name...you could use your real name of course, but would that be smart? Your host's name...what was it again? Hinata? That could work, and still technically be the truth...if anyone cared.

What will your answer be?

[] You see no harm in calling yourself Kurama. No human alive should know your real name anyway.

[] Call yourself Hinata. Revealing your true name might cause issues.

[] How about...Kurata? A mix of both names...

[] Make up a new name. He doesn't deserve to know anything about you. (Write In, keep the names Japanese. Obviously a female name would work better but Kurama don't give a shit.)

Why is Kurama so darn angry
Well, to explain, in Pyroverse, the Bijuu are based of the Seven Deadly Sins, plus the two others that got written out over time.

Shukaku = Lust
Matatabi = Despair/Misery
Isobu = Sloth
Son Goku = Gluttony
Kokuo = Envy
Saiken = Greed
Choumei = Pride
Gyuki = Vainglory
Kurama = Wrath

When the Jubi first showed up, his lingering taint spread across the land, mixing with the negative emotions in the air. These fused together to become the Bijuu you all know and love. Even now, the Jubi's blight has never faded.

So, you could say that's all the Bijuu's 'default' emotions. Kurama is basically pissed off 24/7 and full of HATRED. Yes, he is old and smart, but he isn't immune to his emotions blinding him. So yes, Kurama will lash out in anger because that's the core of his being. Kurama does understand that humans can be dangerous, but his desire to get vengeance is too stronk. Sometimes for good, other times for the bad.

Every single Bijuu has their vice, and no matter who you chose, you were gonna have to deal with them.

Prologue: Chapter 19
"Hinata." you said, looking at Orochimaru wearily.

"Very well, Hinata. Come with me," Orochimaru said, turning around and beginning to walk away. You kept the dagger close as you followed him. The journey was in complete silence and there was several times you thought about merely backstabbing Orochimaru, literally, but you kept your cool. For now, anyway. After a few hours, you reached a large wooded area and Orochimaru made a single handseal. The ground began to shift and morph until it revealed an entrance underground.

"Why couldn't I see that with my Byakugan?" you asked Orochimaru, both curious and slightly annoyed that something could be hidden from your eyes.

"Hm...the Otogakure is hidden underground, you see. These tunnels expand all over the Land of Sound, each of them their housing their own district. However, they all connect to the main hub of the village. Of course I would put in some defensive measures against abilities like yours. Otherwise it wouldn't be a hidden village, wouldn't it?" Orochimaru explained. He walked down the stairs and into the entrance, with you following him shortly afterwards.

So far Orochimaru seemed to hold up his end of the bargain...he did show you to the Otogakure. The entrance behind you sealed up, blocking out daylight. You were now in a very long hallway, the only source of light was torches hanging on the wall. You followed Orochimaru through many twists and turns, ignoring many other doors and routes through the tunnel until eventually you were brought to a large open area where you were blinded suddenly by bright lights.

"Welcome to the Otogakure," Orochimaru said. Your eyes adjusted to the light and then you finally saw the village. Despite being underground, the entire place was as bright as day due to large lights hanging above the village. The buildings looked like the ones from the Leaf, but it looked more...metal and alien to you. There was a lot of metal and odd protrusions from the buildings, and overall it made it look more...futuristic than the Leaf.

"So...Hinata. You have a choice," Orochimaru began, turning to you. "I would like to preform some medical tests on you. Nothing too invasive, just seeing if you have any potential."

"I am not your toy to play with!" you growled.

"Of course not. But, I understand you must be tired. If you wish, I can give you your own place to rest for the night. Get a chance to eat a warm meal, cleanse yourself, and relax before the examination." Orochimaru continued with a smirk.

"So I must be forced under these tests no matter what?" you snarled, your temper beginning to flare.

"Yes. But do not worry, it's just to make sure you will be strong enough to begin your life here in the Sound. So, what is your choice, Hinata?" Orochimaru asked.

Well?

[] Fine, just do the stupid tests as soon as possible. Get it over with.

[] You want to rest before the tests. Maybe some food and a nap will do you some good.

[] Threaten Orochimaru that you're not taking these stupid tests. He has no right to know more about you!

Prologue: Chapter 20
"Fine, do your stupid tests!" you spat. You didn't really want to do this, but something rational in your mind told you to just play along for now.

"Very well. Follow me." Orochimaru bluntly said. You did so, looking around the village and trying to take note of anything curious. Eventually you reached a large building which you knew as a hospital...thanks to the big sign hanging over the front door. All of the doctors and nurses instantly bowed to Orochimaru but he casually waved his hand and said, "Enough of that. Please give Hinata here a medical exam. She will be a shinobi of the Sound. Afterwards, I shall talk with her...privately."

You didn't like the sound of that, but there was nothing you could reasonably do right now. You sighed and followed a nurse who brought you to a sterile looking room that had plenty of equipment around. After sitting on a bed, they hooked you up to some electronics that beeped mindlessly, grating on your nerves. They removed your blindfold (after much grumbling on your part) and the nurse looked rather surprise to see your Byakugan, but otherwise said nothing.

Soon you went through a whole exam which included having them look in your nose, eyes, and ears, checking your heart rate, and even drawing a blood sample with a syringe. You hated this entire ordeal, but you fumed silently. No point in being fussy about it now. More tests happened, most of them so mind numbing that you barely paid attention, but there was one test that instantly got your attention.

The nurse pulled open a drawer and revealed a stack of paper that were barely big enough to stretch over the palm of her hand. She handed it to you and began to speak, "This will test what your natural elemental affinity is. All you have to do is flow your chakra into the paper and it'll have a certain reaction."

"Hmph..." you grunted, holding the paper flat in your palm. You began to flow chakra into it and the paper...

[] Burst into flame and turned into ash!

[] Crumpled into a wrinkled heap!

[] Exploded into a small and bright fireball, leaving nothing behind!

[] Didn't change at all. Nothing happened.

Prologue: Chapter 21
"Hmph..." you grunted, holding the paper flat in your palm. You began to flow chakra into it and the paper exploded into a small and bright fireball, leaving nothing behind! You gave a devilish grin and clenched the fist where the paper was. No doubt about it, your affinity was your unique fire! It was always stronger than the puny flames humans tried to muster! You began to think if the seal had weakened slightly if you could get your affinity to override whatever your host's affinity was.

"O-Oh. I've never seen that before..." the nurse said, writing it down. There was a few more tests, mainly testing how your body was. In the end, your body was generally malnourished and weakened, but nothing some training couldn't fix. You were still over the moon about your fire being retained and the nurse told you something about all the tests being finished.

"So I can leave now?" you asked.

"No, Lord Orochimaru is going to talk with you now," the nurse replied. You rolled your eyes, but right now, not even that creepy snake man could bring you down! You waited in the room for what felt like eternity, ruining your good mood and replacing it with your usual temper. Finally, Orochimaru entered the room, a file in his hand as he closed the door behind him.

"Took you long enough!" you growled, glaring at Orochimaru.

"I wanted to see the results of your tests. I am glad to see you are okay...Nine Tails." Orochimaru bluntly said. Your eyes widened in shock and you leaped out of the seat you were in. How could he know?! Your mind was racing with possible answers but it was cut off by Orochimaru's amused chuckle. "Ah, do not fret. I am the only one here who knows."

"Was it the tests?!" you snapped, activating the Byakugan defensively.

"Oh no, you give yourself far too much credit. Your behavior fell in line with the legendary Bijuu who plagued Jihopan with its mere presence. Of course, you aren't even a fraction of a shadow of yourself, aren't you?" Orochimaru calmly taunted.

"You...!" you shouted. "How dare you disrespect me!"

"Hm, your rage is just as volatile as the stories said. Then again, the First Hokage himself defeated you and his wife sealed you into a human. Ah, I just do love researching history..."

"I'll kill you!" you roared, preparing to strike. However, Orochimaru suddenly pushed his arm forward and many snakes emerged from his sleeve! Before you could react, the snakes wrapped around your arms and legs and lifted you into the air. "Let me go!"

"You should calm down. It would be a waste of potential to imprison you as the Leaf did, I want to make a deal with you...ah, I shall still use the Hinata moniker for now."

"Deal?" you said through bared teeth.

"Yes. Become a shinobi of the Sound. I shall personally train you and you shall gain great strength. All I ask for in return is for me to research you thoroughly. Your body is a Hyuga and you're a Bijuu. Either one would mean vast potential for research, but together you are a unique specimen!" Orochimaru exclaimed, putting you down and retracting the snakes back into his sleeve.

"I am to be you toy for you to play with?" you growled.

"If you want to think of it that way, though you're too rare to be a mere toy..." Orochimaru trailed off. There was a tense moment as you and Orochimaru stared each other down. You hated that he knew who you were, but you did need the training, you couldn't survive forever in these lands with just basic ninja skills. But that research...you shudder to think what he might do with you.

Well, what will you do? Will you agree to this, or will you refuse Orochimaru's offer?

[] Tell Orochimaru that as long as he keeps his end of the bargain and properly train you, you will do as he asks. For the time being, anyway.

[] You will agree to the terms, but you will try your hardest to defend yourself if needed.

[] Agree, but warn Orochimaru under no uncertain terms that if he betrays you, you will see him and his village razed to the ground.

[] You will accept the deal, but make a point of not being Orochimaru's pawn by sending a blast of killing intent and walking out of the room.

[] Decline the deal. There is no way you will accept such an offer!

Prologue: Chapter 22
"I will agree, only if you keep your end of the bargain, properly train me, and make me your assistant for your research. Of course that in itself will require tutoring but we can benefit from each other," you said. You absolutely hated being underneath Orochimaru, but there wasn't much you can do in your position. Plus, with his research, you might find a way to break this accursed seal that kept you trapped!

"Hm, fine," Orochimaru dully replied, as if he didn't care about your offer. He didn't even think on it! You felt like screaming at him, but it would do no good. You merely clenched your fists and asked, "When will the training begin?"

"Tomorrow. You will be escorted to a private training area. You can leave now, though remember, if you try to leave the Sound without my permission, I will have to punish you..." Orochimaru said with a small smile. You glared at him, but he merely left the room, leaving you by yourself. You sighed and sat back down in the chair, letting yourself relax.

You made it to the Sound, but was it worth it? Now you're trapped here, but at least Orochimaru was willing to let you do as you please. Plus, if he could find a way to break that seal then...

You sat for awhile longer before getting up and leaving the hospital. A Sound shinobi was outside waiting for you, handing you a leather pouch filled with money. He also gave you a slip of paper. After he was gone, you unfolded the paper and saw it was directions for your new home. At least Orochimaru was willing to give you that.

Feeling rather tired, you decided to see what kind of place Orochimaru had given you. Following the directions, you eventually found an apartment complex and it seemed your place was at the very top, on the fifth floor. You began walking up the steps but to your annoyance, you saw someone sleeping in the middle of the stairway! He was obnoxiously spread out so you couldn't simply walk over him. From what you could see, the person looked only a few years older than you and had long, shaggy black hair. He wore a tattered black cloak that covered his body like a blanket.

"Get out of my way!" you shouted. The man suddenly jolted awake and shook his head before looking at you.

"Oh...heya. You the new girl?" the man asked, his voice tired and groggy. He stood up, scratching the stubble on his chin.

"You know of me?" you defensively asked, getting ready to pull out your dagger.

"Yeah, yeah. Got a message from the boss to help ya get all settled in," the man replied. "Oh, you have the Byakugan? Sweet."

"Get out of my way," you growled.

"Oh, the feisty type, are we? That's cool. So what's yer name?" the man asked, scratching his head.

"Hinata, now out of the way!" you snapped back.

"Cool, cool. I'm Azasuke Uyeda," he responded, oblivious to your anger. "Sorry for takin' a nap, just got real tired, y'know?"

Azasuke's Theme

"I do not care! Get out of my way or you will feel my wrath! This is your last warning!"

"Okay."

Azasuke let you pass by him, finally, and you quickly stomped to the top of the complex, where you found your apartment. You turned the knob on the door, but it was locked! There wasn't a key or anything in the pouch you got! Did Orochimaru forget?

"Oh, sorry, hold on..." Azasuke said, appearing behind you. While you didn't have your Byakugan activated at the moment, you wondered how he could have crept up on you! He reached into his cloak and pulled out a key, fitting it into the knob, and unlocking the door. You pushed him away and entered the door. To your disgust, the apartment you were supposed to live in was absolutely filthy! There was trash everywhere and stains on the floor, old take out and dirty dishes covered any table or counter you could see, and the less said about the living room couch the better!

"What is this?!" you barked through gritted teeth.

"Our apartment, sweet place, eh?" Azasuke casually said, walking in and flopping directly on the couch. "By the by, already got a girlfriend so no weird stuff, 'kay? You can get the bedroom, should be okay right?"

"I have to share this hovel with you?!" you angrily exclaimed.

"Yep. Told ya I was gonna help you settle in! Imma be your guide to the Sound, so if you wanna know anythin' just give me a holler," Azasuke explained. "Although...this couch...its embrace...hmmmm..."

Azasuke then closed his eyes and within moments, fell asleep!

What the hell was this?! Some sort of sick joke?!

What will you do?

Prologue: Chapter 23
You ignored Azasuke and waded through the filth until you reached the door to your room. You quickly opened it and thankfully the room was practically spotless compared to the rest of the place! It was covered in a thick layer of dust, but otherwise untouched. You wanted to teach Azasuke a lesson in respect, but you felt like for now, playing along with these humans might benefit you more than simply lashing out...

+1 Man

You flopped down on the bed, raising a huge cloud of dust. After an intense bout of sneezing, you closed your eyes, sinking into the warm embrace of the bed. It wasn't long until you drifted into sleep, exhaustion overtaking you.

---

When you awoke, you felt better then you ever had. Having a proper place to sleep did wonders, you found out. You walked out of the room and found Azasuke sleeping on the floor. You gave him a sneer of disgust, but said nothing as you went outside. Since everything was artificially lit in the Sound, you didn't know exactly what time it was, but it felt like early morning to your internal clock. Soon a Sound shinobi appeared in front of you, your escort for your first day of training!

You followed the shinobi through the village and into a long, narrow tunnel. Eventually you reached a large, empty room with a balcony built above. On the balcony you saw Orochimaru and a man with glasses and gray hair standing next to him.

"You're late, Hinata..." Orochimaru said, though he sounded more amused than annoyed.

"I am here, that is all that matters," you replied.

"I suppose. Oh well, Kabuto, go train the girl. I have better things to do with my time," Orochimaru nonchalantly said, turning around and leaving the room.

"Wait! We agreed you would train me!" you barked, glaring intensly at Orochimaru, who ignored you and kept walking away. Kabuto jumped down from the balcony and stood in front of you, adjusting his glasses and giving you a smug grin.

"You're not ready for Lord Orochimaru's training. With your pitiful body, you would no doubt die. If you pass my training, then perhaps he will think you are ready," Kabuto explained.

"You arrogant..." you trailed off.

"Anyway, before we can really get any progress started, I need to see if you can do the basics," Kabuto said, "Here's what we'll do. You have to land a hit on me. You can use whatever tactics you want and you must come at me with the intent to kill."

"Easily done!" you shouted, pulling out your dagger and running at Kabuto. However, you weren't going to be so straightforward! You used the body flicker to get to Kabuto's side and lunged forward! However, he merely caught your arm, stopping you in your tracks. You tried to escape, but Kabuto thrusted his foot forward, sending you flying backwards and landing hard on the stone floor, gripping your stomach.

"Is that all you got? Hmph..." Kabuto sighed, shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head. "This is what the Nine Tails was reduced too?"

"How did you..." you began, but thinking on it, Kabuto must be close to Orochimaru if he was the one training you right now. You got to your feet and clenched your fists, you weren't expecting the training to be easy, but this might be more than you bargained for...

---

It had been a week since you started your training and each day gave you new bruises to enjoy. But each day, you were getting closer and closer to hitting that damned smug glasses wearing prick! Today was a unique day due to Orochimaru actually being there to watch your training. You sighed and gripped your dagger and began you attempts at hitting Kabuto again!

You ran forward and made some clones before throwing the dagger at Kabuto. A small distraction he flicked away with a kunai as you body flickered behind him and made more clones. Kabuto spun around and struck at you...but you ducked and raised upwards, trying to hit Kabuto with an uppercut. He backed away and you sent all of your clones at him! He rolled his eyes and ran through the intangible beings to strike you!

However you vanished in a puff of smoke, having used the substitution jutsu on your dagger! Kabuto looked genuinely shocked as he turned around, but it was too late for him! You clenched your fist and drilled Kabuto in the cheek, making him stumble backwards a step. You tried to follow up with a kick, but with great speed, Kabuto delivering a brutal punch to your face, making the world go dim as you fell onto the ground.

"Now, now Kabuto. She managed to hit you fair and square, no need to lose your temper..." Orochimaru said. "Heal her."

"...Apologies, Lord Orochimaru," Kabuto grunted. He moved forward and placed his hands close to your face, making them glow with a green chakra. The pain in your face vanished and you got to your feet. You pushed Kabuto away and looked directly at Orochimaru, who was now at the ground floor.

"Will you train me now?" you asked.

"Of course. I just wanted you to toughen up before I began my experiments," Orochimaru said. "Besides, to show such growth in a short amount of time...is interesting. Kabuto, you may leave for now."

"Yes...Lord Orochimaru," Kabuto said, giving you an evil look before leaving the room.

"So what will we train in?" you asked curiously.

"I already have the rough draft of a schedule, but in what order we train things in doesn't matter to me. Just tell me what you want to work on first and we'll go from there," Orochimaru said with a smirk.

Prologue: Chapter 24
"This body is much too weak. I think it would be wise to strengthen it before we do anything serious," you answered after some thought.

"Very well. Now follow me, it is time for me to begin my research," Orochimaru ordered.

"Hold on! I demand to be trained first!" you angrily said.

"Hmph, this is part of your training. Merely doing exercises and driving yourself physically are so...old fashioned. With my experimental formulas, I can improve your body much faster." Orochimaru explained.

"Tch...fine!" you growled, following Orochimaru out of the training room. After a few twisting hallways, you eventually reached an examination room that had a large table and various electronic device scattered about the room.

"Very well, get on the table," Orochimaru commanded, walking over to a drawer and pulling out a syringe and a clear bottle of liquid. You did so, keeping an eye on Orochimaru the entire time. He plunged the syringe through the rubber cap of the bottle and filled it up.

"What is that?" you asked wearily.

"This will put you in a sleep-like state. The experiments I wish to conduct can be...rough on a body, so I prefer to keep them as still as possible..." Orochimaru said, walking over to you. Before you could respond, he jabbed the needle into your arm! You tried to take a swipe at Orochimaru but your body was much too sluggish to do much other than awkwardly wave your arm.

"You...bastard...!" you spat before falling unconscious.

---

When you awoke, you were in your bed. You had a throbbing headache and your entire body felt sore, but otherwise you were okay. You rapidly got up and walked out of your room, where you saw Azasuke laying on the couch, reading a book.

"Welcome to the world of the awake, sleepyhead!" Azasuke playfully said.

"What happened to me?! I was with Orochimaru and-"

"Yeah, yeah. Lord Orochimaru preformed his experiments on you. Your body had all it could take, but good news, you are now all roided up!" Azasuke explained.

"What?"

"Lord Orochimaru gave ya some drugs and stuff to increase the strength and growth of your body, so when you start trainin' you should get some huge gains," Azasuke continued, getting to his feet. "Anywaaaaaay, I'm to be your physical trainer."

"You? How can such a waste of life be my trainer?!" you barked.

"Don't worry, it'll be fiiiiiiine," Azasuke said, "C'mon, let's gooooooo."

"The deal was for Orochimaru to train me! Not his underlings!"

"Too bad, so sad," Azasuke shrugged. "You want to get Lord Orochimaru's attention, then you should play by the rules for a bit, y'know? Plus, I'm a great teacher!"

"I highly doubt that," you muttered.

"Anyway, up to you honestly. If you want to ignore Lord Orochimaru's orders and not have me train you, then I guess you can go train by yourself or something," Azasuke yawned. "Course it prolly won't look so good on your record."

"..."

Well, what will you do?

[] You demand Orochimaru to train you. He cannot keep passing you off to his minions!

[] Fine, train with Azasuke. You just want to get stronger, whoever trains you does not matter.

[] You refuse to work with this lazy sack of trash! Train on your own!

Prologue: Chapter 25
"Whatever," you lowly said. "I just want to start already."

"Good! Follow meeeeeeee..." Azasuke said, slowly getting up from the couch. You bite back a few choice words for the human and followed him outside. You eventually found yourself going through a tunnel and into another arena like area, but this one was much more filthy. The tiled floor was broken and scarred and there was dried bloodstains everywhere.

"What is this?" you asked, looking around the room.

"Oh, just one of the public training areas. Also where people kinda let out their aggression if needed," Azasuke explained. "Okay! Let's get to training!"

"Very well."

As soon as you said that, Azasuke reached into his cloak and threw out four odd looking bracelets that each had an odd circular screen on them. They each had the words 'Level Zero'. "Put those one, each hand and foot. Okay?"

"Will these help me train?" you asked wearily, looking at the bracelets before slipping them on, so there was a bracelet on each wrist and ankle.

"Yepperoni," Azasuke said with a smile, making a hand seal. Suddenly the screens on the said 'Level One' and the bracelets suddenly increased in weight! You yelped and fell onto the ground, struggling to move your weighed down limbs.

"What the hell is this?!"

"Your training! These weights use your own chakra to properly measure how much weight you can handle. So yeah, now just do some exercises now," Azasuke quickly said.

"Gah...!" you grunted, trying to push yourself up off the ground. It was futile however and you were stuck! "Get these damned devices off of me!"

All you got in response was a loud snore. To your rage, Azasuke had moved to the corner of the room, sat down, and fell asleep! This was going to be a long training session...

---

You didn't know how long you've been trying to get up off the floor, but apparently it was long enough for Azasuke to bring you a plate of food and a bowl of water. He placed it in front of your face and went back to his corner. "You expect me to eat this like a dog?!"

"Yeah, sure. Until you can move properly, anyway," Azasuke said, sliding down into his corner.

"You bastard!" you roared. You wanted to throttle Azasuke, but you couldn't even move your hands! After many futile efforts, you eventually had to eat the food to regain some strength. Thankfully, Azasuke asleep so he didn't see you do this and the food made you feel revitalized! But you were still on the ground, only able to slightly shift your limbs...

---

It had been two weeks since you began your training with Azasuke. Everyday you got more and more used to the weight, and everyday Orochimaru visited you to run some more tests on you, none nearly as harsh as the first session however. During this time you felt your body grow, your skinny frame now having some muscle on tone on it. Once you were able to move, Azasuke made you do various exercises and when you could freely move without the weights hindering progress, he would increase the weight on the bracelets. Right now, you were at Level Three and was able to move without too many issues! No doubt the drugs from Orochimaru were helping, but you were happy that you weren't a mere weakling anymore!

+3 to Strength and Stamina, +2 to Speed.

"Hmm," Orochimaru said after finishing another examination. You got up off the table and prepared to leave the room, but Orochimaru spoke again. "You have made incredible progress in such a short time. I think I finally held up my end of the deal."

"You're gonna train me finally?" you asked, turning around. Your body felt lighter than air since Azasuke took off the weights

"Ah...yes. I do not care about the minutiae of training, building up your foundations and such. It is why I left that to Azasuke. But seeing how jutsu will react with your body...It might be interesting," Orochimaru explained.

"I see..." you muttered. It was no use to get any information out of Orochimaru, weeks of trying have only led to failure on your part. So you learned not to follow up any inquiries you might've had. Orochimaru ordered you to follow him and you did, returning to the arena where you fought against Kabuto what felt like ages ago. Orochimaru now stood across from you, a gleam in his yellow eyes.

"Hinata, currently your body is like a blank slate. That means whatever you can choose how to progress with your training. With my...knowledge, I'm sure I can help you progress in any type of training you want..."

"Hmph..."

Finally, it was time for your real training! What will you want to train in? (This is just choosing your primary style, you will get a choice to combo it with another style later. Or just go all in on one style.)

-[] Weapon Combat (Write on which weapon)

[] Genjutsu

-[] Sound Genjutsu
-[] Touch Genjutsu
-[] Unarmed Combat
(There are smell and taste genjutsu to round out the senses, but those are hard to use in combat so Oro would find it pointless for you)
