Prologue: Chapter 8
As enticing the idea of killing all the guards who kept you trapped in here was, you wouldn't dare risk your freedom when you were so close. This village will feel your full wrath in due time. You swiftly walked out of the cell and moved to the left, running down the hallway as fast as you could. Your body was unused to such movement after so many years and quickly tired out, but Gekki was proving his worth as you saw no guards at all. After catching your breath you ran up a stairway and made it to another hallway.

It was similarly empty, but you noticed the cells had proper bedding and a toilet, most likely they were being used. Perhaps the prisoners were taking their showers or being forced to do labor, but it mattered not. You pulled out the map to regain the directions and moved forward until you reached the top floor of the prison. The map had led you to the back entrance of the prison, which was much less known about to most people according to the note Gekki wrote. You quickly pushed through the door and for the first time in decades, smelt fresh air.

It was currently night time and you were in an unassuming back alley, most likely a hidden entrance to the prison when stealth was needed. You pushed your feeble host body to the limit until you were as far away from the prison as you could be! You ducked into another alleyway, gasping in lungfuls of air. You had escaped the prison, all thanks to Gekki's help. You briefly pondered if you should show him mercy or not the next time you saw him, but now was not the time. Your stomach growled loudly and now that you were away from the confines of the prison, you could properly smell yourself. You choked back a gag as you thought what to do...

[] Break into a nearby house. You need to cleanse yourself and eat proper food.

[] Focus on escaping. You aren't truly free until you're away from this damned village!

Prologue: Chapter 9
There was no time to waste, as long as you were in the Leaf, you weren't free. You rapidly ran from street to street, avoiding main streets whenever possible. Thankfully your host body had some rudimentary shinobi training, so after a bit of difficulty you were able to use chakra to move faster than usual. The downside to this is that it tired you out even faster, but you didn't care. You had to escape, you must escape! Eventually you reached a large, empty road that ended with the massive entrance to the Leaf Village. It was wide open, what fools!

You noticed a security booth which held a single shinobi. You held back a curse, your escape had been going very smoothly but you were unsure if you could even take out normal human, much less a shinobi! You ran and quickly hid behind a nearby tree near the booth. You steadied your breath as you thought of what to do. You could try to run past, but there was no way you could escape from the shinobi if he gave chase. You looked at your hands, your nails were fairly long, perhaps you could use those to stab him through the throat...if they were tough enough anyway.

However, your thoughts were interrupted as someone suddenly stood in front of you. It was the shinobi from the booth, he must've heard you! Or smelled you, more likely...

"Oh my god...are you okay, little girl?" the man gently asked, kneeling down to meet you eye to eye. "What happened to you?!"

Oh right, only the top brass of the Leaf knew your body was your host. But still, this wasn't good! If he finds out, you're done for...

What will you do?

[] Calm down. Perhaps you can manipulate this man into helping you with some crocodile tears...

[] Gouge out his eyes with your nails and escape!

[] Grab the man by the throat and tell him to forget you saw him, or else you will make his life a living hell.

[] Use your killing intent to stun the man, then kill him!

Pyro thought of this kinda-alignment system. These will modify Kurama's personality a bit and will be ranked in numerical increments in the databook section below. The mechanics will come once the seal starts being broken down, in which the points can be cashed in for thematic abilities. You can remain ignorant if you wish, but I've placed the full skill trees at the bottom of Kurama's databook if you desire planning ahead. I also updated the databook.

-Man: The cunning and versatile one. The wrath is always there, but it could be hiding behind a stoic expression. Or it could be exploding full force. Man is unpredictable, but also is held to personal honor and companionship that humans desire.

-Beast: The ferocious and wild one. The wrath is defensive and can be unleashed in a primal fury. The beast is not just a wild animal; they are fiercely protective of their pack and territory.

-Monster: The silent and vindictive one. The wrath is a terrible vengeance that will harry the prey and torment them. The monster takes from those that cross them, destroying everything they care about until their lives are ruined.

-Demon: The sadistic and destructive one. The wrath is an intense, raw anger that is ever prevalent. Woe be to those that stand in the demon's way.

TL;DR: Depending how you vote, you will gain points in a skill tree. Once you reach the proper amount, you can cash those points in for powerful abilities. I have also updated the databook for Kurama, and added the potential abilities you may get.

Prologue: Chapter 10
"I...escaped....!" you gasped, trying your best to sound terrified and desperate. Thankfully, the shinobi seemed to take the bait, or was easily swayed by sob stories.

"Escaped? From where?" the man quickly asked, looking extremely worried.

"From a man's house...his name was Gekki!" you sobbed, managing to squeeze out few tears. It was the first name you could think of, but you didn't really care. "He kidnapped me...when I was a young girl..."

"Oh my god..." the man quietly said. "We need to get you to the police station, you-"

"NO!" you shrieked. "Anywhere but there! That's where he kept me locked up! He works there...!"

"H-how can I help then?"

"Get...get me away from this village! I wanna go home!" you cried, dropping to your knees. You absolutely hated doing this, pretending to be a scared little girl instead of the proud fox you were. But this dumb human was buying it completely!

"But your eyes...you're a Hyuga, aren't you?" the man asked, putting a hand on your cheek.

Resisting the urge to bite his fingers off, you quickly came up with a lie, "My...daddy was related to them...I think? I used to live on a farming town, I'm unsure..."

"Okay, okay. I can't do much but...hide in the booth for now, I'll get some help," the man said. You hid a smile as the man ran off. You didn't care what he was going to do, you were free! You ran out of the village gates and quickly hid in the forests, doing your best to stay off the trails. You kept on running until you physically couldn't anymore. You were still in the forest, now face down on the grass and dirt. And you were ecstatic. You were free...!

Seeing a small grove underneath the roots of a massive tree, you crawled under there and closed your eyes, having a restful sleep for the first time since you were imprisoned.

---

You awoke to a cool morning. Shaking your head and rubbing your eyes, you quickly stood up. You were painfully hungry at this point and you needed to eat. Now. Moving out of the grove, you quickly spotted a long branch that had fallen off the trees some unknown time ago. You scoured the ground until you found a rock with a reasonable edge on it and picked up the branch. You began to file down the point of the branch into a spear. It was very crude, but it was much better than nothing...

With your wooden spear, you carefully prowled the forest until you found a small rabbit. Thankfully, your hunting skills were as sharp as ever and you easily bagged your prey. You had no way to properly skin and cook the animal, so you merely tore off chunks and shoved them into your mouth. You couldn't taste much more than hot blood, but the warmth spread through your body and reinvigorated you! After having your fill, you looked around and sighed.

"I have to find a way to break this damned seal. But first..." you growled, looking down at your disgusting rags. You moved around the area until you heard the sounds of water. It was a small river, nice and secluded from any human life from what you could tell. You began to remove the rags, but hissed in pain as parts of the rags tugged on your skin. You were so filthy that parts of the rags had fused to your skin!

You were very careful remove the clothes, if you pulled too hard, you would tear off your skin! But small amounts was unavoidable. When you were finally ready, you stepped into the ice cold river. You hissed at the sudden cold, but you forced your way further down until only your head was above water. The pristine water was suddenly stained by the accumulated filth made by your host body, but you ignored that as you tried to clean yourself.

"I'm free...they must not know I escaped yet. Tch...it won't be long though..." you said to yourself. As long as you were in this feeble body, you couldn't simply hide within nature forever...

What will you do?

[] Write In.

The World is now open for Kurama! He has a general idea of the map of Jihopan (the name of the continent) so he'd know where to go. As for people Kurama knows, that's basically limited to the other Bijuu.

Prologue: Chapter 11
Going east to the Land of Water...that would be your goal. It would difficult for the Leaf to track you there. It had plenty of islands for you to hide on as well! Perhaps along the way you could find Isobu and Saiken, but they weren't important for your plans right now. Now that you weren't being chased or was starving, you took the time to investigate something.

Your body had the Byakugan now. You remembered the days you spent with that miserable wretch Adra and how he casually used the doujutsu. You focused chakra into your eyes and to your delight, the Byakugan activated without any issues! You could see much farther now, and even through physical objects! Finally, you could see in a near 360 degree radius, barring one small spot, but it would do nicely. At least this body had one good thing going on for it!

Soon you got out of the river and after spending some time standing around to dry off, you began to run eastward. Your plan was simple, go to a coastal town and find a way to get into the Land of Water. Most likely you would have to earn some money, but you already had ideas on how to do that. You kept the Byakugan activated as you went forward to make sure no Leaf ninja would get the drop on you.

Eventually, with your extended sight, you managed to find a small town. However, it wasn't near the coast at all and from what you could examine at a distance, it was a small hovel of houses with large amounts of farmland. You might be able to scrounge up some supplies from there, but did you really want to waste your time?

Well?

[] Investigate the town. You need any advantage you can get.

[] Ignore the town. You can't be distracted!

Prologue: Chapter 12
Although you never needed such trivial things in your original form, you needed to find clothes. Your human body was trembling with cold and you were already tired of stepping on rocks and sticks with your bare feet. Thankfully, infiltrating the town was rather easy, even with your limited shinobi skills. Using your Byakugan, you found some laundry hanging on a clothesline outside a small hut. Nobody was around, so you quickly took a bunch of clothing and escaped into a nearby brush. You quickly put on the clothes, it was simply a black shirt with blue pants, and they didn't really fit your size, but it was better than being in the nude. You used your wooden spear to tear up the other clothes you stole until you made a makeshift blindfold.

You knew the Byakugan was very noticeable, so you needed to hide it. Of course, you could have used the Transformation Jutsu, but at least this way you didn't have a constant drain on your chakra. You tied the strip of clothe around your eyes and tied it tightly. You could easily see through the cloth with the Byakugan. Good, just as planned!

You emerged from the brush and walked through the town. Your previous assertion was proven correct, this town was mostly a line of hovels that depended on the nearby farms to make ends meet. You could see various people sitting in the houses with your doujutsu, but they clearly weren't farmers. Even for peasants, they looked rather rough and unpleasant.

"WHO THE FUCK TOOK MY CLOTHES?!" a voice roared behind you. You didn't need to turn around to see a man who was looking at the clothesline. He was of average height, but had long and greasy black hair. He wildly looked around before he noticed you. "Hey! Who the hell are you?!"

The man ran up to you and you turned around. The greasy haired man sneered at you and growled, "Stealing from a bandit? You got balls, girl!"

Bandits? No wonder they didn't look like farmers. Perhaps they had just recently raided this town. You didn't say anything, but the bandit continued. "Okay you brat, gimme back my clothes and nothing will happen, y'hear?"

What will you do?

[] Use your wooden spear to stab the bandit through the throat.

[] Tell the bandit to go away or else he will feel your wrath.

[] Unleash your killing intent and tell the bandit a fate worse than death awaits him if he bothers you.

[] Tell him to give you food and supplies, then maybe you'll return the clothes.

Prologue: Chapter 13
You glared at the bandit, your eyes meeting his (although he couldn't see them due to the blindfold) and unleashed your killing intent. The bandit went pale and began to sweat copiously. After a moment he fell onto his knees, breathing shallow and rapid breaths. You walked up to him and growled, "A fate worse than death will befall you if you anger me! Do you understand?"

"Y-Yes..." the bandit whimpered.

+1 to Monster

"Good. Now bring me some food!" you demanded. The bandit nodded and ran off to 'his' house to fetch you something to eat. More bandits suddenly swarmed out of the houses and surrounded you, but they were rather easy to break and control. You were pleased with the results, at least ten of these puny bandits were now deathly terrified of you. Eventually you were brought some bread, cheese, and meats, which you combined to make sandwiches.

Compared to the gruel you used to eat, the simple sandwiches were an explosion of flavor in your mouth, which made it very easy to devour as much as you could. When you were done, you looked at your clothes and then glared at the group of bandits. "Find me clothes that fit me properly."

They all scurried away and quickly brought you various bits of clothing. No doubt children's clothes from the houses they raided. You quickly removed the stolen clothes and put on a simple black shirt and pants that fit you rather well. At the very least you wouldn't feel uncomfortable. Before you could command the bandits further, you saw someone walking into the town. It was a tall man, bald, and only wore a tattered black vest and cream colored pants. Slung across his shoulders was a large axe.

"The hell are all of you doing?!" a large man shouted, gaining every bandit's attention.

"O-Oh! Boss!" they all cried out.

"Boss? So you lead these pitiful fools?" you asked, stepping up to the leader.

"Huh? The hell is a kid doing here? And why the hell haven't you killed her?" the boss asked, ignoring you completely.

"She's...terrifying..." one bandit meekly answered. Apperently disgusted with that answer, the boss gripped his axe and swiftly cut the bandit down.

"Anyone else a damn pussy? It's just a little girl!" the boss yelled.

"I have taken over while you were gone. If you submit to me, then you may live," you calmly said.

"Big words for a little kid!" the boss growled. You glared at him (through your blindfold, of course) and unleashed your killing intent. The boss's eyes widened in shock, but otherwise it didn't bring him to heel like his cronies. "Alright kid, I got to hand it to ya, that was impressive. But don't get cocky!"

He suddenly thrusted his foot out and kicked your square in the ribs. You gasped in pain as you were sent backwards, sprawling on the ground. "You bastard!" you snarled, getting to your feet quickly enough.

"See guys? She has the bark, but no bite! She's still a little girl!" the boss said with a large smile. "Now c'mon, let's capture her! We can sell her off for a nice price..."

The nine other bandits now moved towards their boss, looking at you fiercely. They were mere bandits, not even real shinobi from what you could tell, but could your feeble, incompletely trained body even do anything? You had the Byakugan and a wooden spear, and some very basic jutsu.

You could run away and escape, but something about the boss bandit made your blood boil. All you have been doing is run away! You were not a scared little girl! You were Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox! The strongest of all Bijuu! You would not be cowed by these humans! By the end of the hour, the ground will be softened by their blood!

Determined to kill these bandits, you hefted the sharpened stick and prepared for a fight...

What will you do?

[] Use the Body Flicker jutsu to run up and impale one of the bandits!

[] Throw the spear as a distraction, then break into one of the houses to find a real weapon!

[] Make a mass of clones to confuse the bandits, and try to kill them in the chaos!

[] Get away from them and once sufficiently hidden, begin picking them off one by one!

Prologue: Chapter 14
Despite your determination, you know simply fighting head on wasn't a good idea. You suddenly ran to the left, going between two houses. The bandits made an uproar but the boss shouted, "Split up and find her!"

"Fools..." you whispered under your breath. With them splitting up, you could easily take them down one by one. You quickly climbed to the roof of the nearest house, watching where all the bandits scattered too and planning your next move. One of them was searching behind the house you were on, so you pointed the spear downwards and jumped off. The bandit looked up but couldn't say anything before you thrusted the spear through his throat.

The bandit gurgled and quickly perished, but to your annoyance, the wooden spear broke the instant it got stuck on some bone. Growling, you tried to pull out the sharpened part, but it was firmly stuck in the corpse. You heard footsteps coming by and backed off the body, looking around for a place to hide. You noticed a pile of empty crates and hid behind them as you saw another bandit come into view.

"Fuck! She got one of us!" the bandit yelled. You noticed he was holding a dagger. Common enough weaponry, but it would be much better for killing these fools than a sharpened stick. You waited for the bandit to turn around and then jumped at him from behind. He yelped in surprise as you tried to choke him, but you knew you didn't have the time for that. Putting your long nails to use, you reached up and began scratching at his eyes. He screamed in pain as blood covered your fingers. He fell onto the ground, dropping his dagger and clutching his eyes. You picked up the dagger and was quick to slit the bandit's throat, leaving him gurgling as he bled out on the ground.

You took in a large gulp of air, invigorated by the smell of blood. Gripping the dagger tightly, you jumped through the open window of the house next to you. When you were inside, you heard footsteps from above, no doubt your next target was upstairs and now was heading downstairs to see what the commotion outside was. You sneaked to the edge of the stairs and used the transformation jutsu to make yourself look like a piece of furniture that matched the house.

When the bandit was at the bottom step, you dispelled the jutsu and thrusted the dagger into his kneecap. He fell down with some choice curses, but you silenced him as you did the other bandit by slitting his throat.

"Three down, seven to go..." you devilishly grunted.

"The fuck is goin' on!? Its just a girl!" the bandit leader shouted, now looking slightly worried. He was still standing in the middle of the town, no doubt hoping his underlings could deal with you. It looks like he was understanding who he was dealing with!

You slipped outside while the boss wasn't looking, you'd kill him for sure, but you could tell he would be a tougher challenge. It would be much better to get rid of all the annoying pests before going after him. You moved to the southernmost house where you saw the bandit that you originally broke the will of standing around the front door. You reinforced your grip on the dagger and took a few steps forward towards him.

However, there was a sizable rock in your path that you weren't paying attention to. You slammed your bare toes against the rock, making you hiss in pain loud enough for the bandit to notice you!

"Oh god...all that blood..." the bandit whimpered. You said nothing and ran forwards, but the bandit put his hands up and said, "Wait! I don't want to die! I'll join you!"

"Join me...?" you thought. You stopped in your tracks and looked at the greasy haired bandit.

"Oh thank god...I don't wanna die! I just wanted to make extra cash, you know? Please, I'll help you kill everyone and give you whatever I can! Just don't kill me...!" the bandit begged, falling on his knees.

What will you do?

[] Rush forward and kill him! You will leave no survivors!

[] Let him prove his loyalty to you, make him kill a bandit in front of your eyes.

[] Accept the help, but tell him you will kill him if he betrays you.

Prologue: Chapter 15
"Prove your loyalty to me. I want you to kill one of these men going after me. Understood?" you calmly ordered. The bandit nodded and sighed in relief, but was quickly surprised when one of his former comrades appeared from the house he was guarding.

"Hey, you found her! Get her!" the other bandit exclaimed, walking by him, holding up a wooden club that had metal studs embedded into it. The bandit raised the club in the air, but your new minion reached forward and snatched it out of his hands! With a loud cry, your minion clubbed the bandit as he turned around, sending him to the ground. Your minion readjusted his grip and raised the club in the air before bringing it down for the death blow.

You smiled devilishly and looked at your minion. "Give me your name." you barked.

"Akio..." he replied with a shuddering breath.

+1 Man

"Alright, Aiko, let's continue onward," you muttered. "You gather more of them here, and I'll finish them off. Got it?"

"It's Akio..."

"Your name can be garbage for all I care! Now do as you are told!" you hissed, belting out some killing intent to make him fall in line. He whimpered and nodded. You ran over to the house across from the one you were near and gave Akio a nod. He breathed in deeply before screaming into the air that you had found you. Quicker than you expected, five other bandits converged on the area.

"Where is she?" one of them asked. You gave another nod along with a swinging motion with your arm. Akio shuddered, but did as he was told, braining one of the bandits with his club.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" the other four bandits shouted, beginning to attack Akio. He fended off a few of their attacks but began to get overwhelmed. You used this to your advantage, using the body flicker to get behind one of the bandits and slit their throat! The remaining bandits were in shock, but you used that to your advantage, rushing forward and stabbing another bandit through the throat. Akio took this time to club another bandit, leaving one more to face your wrath.

"B-Boss...!" the bandit cried out, but you weren't having that. You ran forward and with a body flicker, tackled the bandit to the ground. Before he could react, you raised your dagger and brought it down on the bandit's torso. The first few times you stabbed you hit bone, but finally you slid the blade through his ribs. You watched as the light of life was snuffed out of his eyes, reveling in his fear and terror until the blood paled from his face. When you were done, you were covered in more blood and you felt ecstatic.

"You're a fuckin' monster..." the boss bandit suddenly said. You snapped to attention, somehow he managed to walk up to you without you noticing! Your swore and prepared your dagger, but the bandit boss dropped his axe and raised his hands in the air. "Fuck that, I ain't messin' with you."

"So you submit?" you growled, still weary.

"Yeah. I saw how you slaughtered my men, I might be a bandit, but I ain't stupid," the boss muttered.

"Hmph. So cocky before...you even kicked me..." you ominously trailed off.

"I didn't know what I was messin' with! I promise! Look, I'll give you my entire stash I raided from this town, just let me go!" the bandit leader begged. You grit your teeth as you thought of what to do...

[] Fine, you'll take his goods, but tell him if he tries to take revenge you will kill him.

Prologue: Chapter 16
You glared at the bandit boss menacingly and unleashed a massive amount of killing intent. He gasped in fear and fell onto his knees as you approached him. "You attacked me. The penalty is death."

+1 Demon

Before the boss could respond, you lunged forward and thrusted the dagger into his neck. He sputtered weakly before going limp. You laughed maliciously before raising your foot and stomping on the corpse's head. You continued stomping until you let out most of your aggression, covering your bare foot with blood. Finally, you spat at the corpse and turned around, looking at your minion.

"Find me new clothes and a river to wash in," you ordered, looking down at your bloodied clothes.

"O-Okay, but why not use a shower? All the houses have them..." Akio muttered.

"Shower...?" you replied. Well, you could clearly tell it was something humans used to clean with, at least. Akio gave you an odd look, but took you to a house and showed you the shower. It was rather easy to pick up from there, so you cleansed yourself with the hot water. It was much more enjoyable than wading in the cold river! Soon you were finished and after drying off with a towel, you put on a new set of clothes Akio set out for you.

You walked downstairs where you saw Akio rolling out a large map on a table. When he saw you, he looked away nervously. Ignoring that, you asked, "What are you doing?"

"Well, it's a map of Jihopan. Did...you have any plans of going anywhere?" Akio asked.

"Hmph...I was planning on going to the Land of Water. I must get out of the Land of Fire as soon as possible," you answered. You moved over to see the map and to your relief, Jihopan seemed to look the same from your memories, barring a few new landmarks here and there.

"O-Oh, okay. I was the information gatherer for my last...uh...team. So...uh-"

"Stop your stammering and get to the point!" you barked.

"I have a general knowledge of the world, is all! Like, where certain organizations are and such!" Akio screeched defensively, obviously terrified of your wrath.

"Interesting..." you whispered. "Tell me what you know. I want to escape the Land of Fire, but admittedly my plan of going to the Land of Water was uninformed."

"O-Okay. Well, if you're gonna be a criminal, there's two options there. In the Land of Water itself, there's the yakuza. I don't know much about them myself, but they've been in business for decades so they're doing something right. Near the Land of Water is the Land of Waves, there's a business man named Gato but he's tied deeply into the underworld. We've been hired by him a few times to rough up a few people. Do you wanna know about the other places?"

"Go on already!"

"Ah! Okay!" Akio gasped. He looked over to the map and pointed to the Land of Rice. "This map is a little old, but the Land of Rice is now called the Land of Sound. The Village Hidden in the Sound might be a shinobi village, but it accepts anyone who wants to join. Even bandits and such. So, maybe that can be a place we can go to."

Akio took a deep breath and continued, now pointing at the Land of Rain, "The Land of Rain and its village, the Rain Village, is home to the Akatsuki. It's a large mercenary organization but nobody knows who leads it. If being a mercenary is more of your thing, then there is no place better to go." Then Akio pointed to the Land of Wind, "There's a relatively new criminal organization called the Black Scorpions that operate in the desert. But that's all I know about them."

"Anything else?"

"Yeah, this is a bit odd but here, the Land of Stone," Akio said pointing at a small country nestled between the Land of Wind and Land of Earth. "It got devastated by a terrorist attack and is still recovering. The leader of the Stone Village has been forced to accept help from mercenaries so perhaps we can go there. Finally..." Akio muttered, pointing at a country right next to the Land of Stone. "This is the Land of Forests. Its a land that's been fought for by two clans, they want to claim the land and make a new shinobi village. It's...uh...actually my hometown and...well. Last I heard the fighting has stopped and the two clans have come to an agreement. If we want...we can go there and join as a shinobi of a brand new village..."

Looks like your options have expanded! You rubbed your chin in thought, you merely wanted to hide in the isolated islands of the Land of Water, but you most likely weren't going to get far breaking your deal just by yourself.

What will you do?

[] Stick with your original plan to hide in the Land of Water. Doing anything else is much too risky...

[] Find and join the yakuza in the Land of Water. It's similar to your first idea, and you'll get some protection as well.

[] Join Gato's company in the Land of Waves. Akio has already worked with him, so you might have an easy in!

[] This new Sound Village interests you. You shall go there.

[] You will join the Akatsuki. A large mercenary group sounds perfect for you.

[] Go find the Black Scorpions. A new criminal group sounds like a fine place for you to go.

[] You will travel to the Ishigakure. If they are as devastated as Akio says they are, then you should easily be able to manipulate things to you liking...

[] You shall go to the Land of Forests. With it being Akio's home and a blooming new village, they would be insane to turn you away!

Prologue: Chapter 17
"We shall go to the Land of Sound," you decided. It was rather close and if there was truly a new village, they couldn't say no to someone of your caliber!

"Okay. So, there is a problem though-"

"What is it?" you barked, cutting off Akio.

"Well. Um. I dunno where the Otogakure actually is. So...." Akio trailed off, looking rather scared of your reaction.

"It is of no issue, I'm sure I can find them easily enough," you confidently stated. With your Byakugan, not much could hide from your sight after all! You and Akio quickly raided the town for supplies before heading off northward. There was a feeling of excitement burning in your chest, you finally were making some progress and you shed some blood. It was like an annoying itch that was finally scratched, but you knew it would come back soon. For now however, you were content...

---

It had been several days since you and Akio had left the town and according to the map, you had entered the Land of Sound. Now came the issue of actually finding the damn village. You and Akio were walking through a large plain, you were holding the dagger firmly by the handle. You didn't know if anyone would attack or not, but you'd be damned if they caught you unaware. In fact, you had been practicing using your improved sight. Simple exercises like trying to see as far as you could and getting used to immense scope of your vision.

Also during this trip, you asked Akio if he had any meaningful ideas on how to train, but he was worthless in that regard. You were already tiring of him rather quickly. After a few more miles of walking, you stopped and growled at Akio, "This is a waste of my time! Where is the Otogakure?!"

"I don't know! I just know they have ties to the underworld! Please don't kill me!" Akio begged.

"Worthless..." you snarled, but you didn't torment him farther. It wouldn't do anything anyway. You closed your eyes (still being aware of your surroundings due to the Byakugan) and began to think.

How will you find the Otogakure?

[] Continue searching the Land of Sound. You can't afford more people to know about you, and your Byakugan will help find any hidden village.

[] Find the closest town and search for information. Wandering around the countryside will only let the Leaf have more time to find you.

[] Send Akio out to scout for information. You have a minion, why risk yourself?

[] Cause some mayhem! Kill people and set fires until the Otogakure hears of you!

[] Something else? (Write In)

[X] Go to the nearest town and have Akio ask around about how he can get in touch with the sound village to hire them out. If anyone asks we are his poor helpless blind daughter and he is looking to hire them to get some revenge on the people that blinded us.
