Berserker Gawain :V

"LANNNNNNCEEEEELOOOOOTTTT"

........I take back what I said before, that would pretty good. :)

But I really didn't plan on you summoning a Servant, for some reason. If you do go that route, I'd have to do so much work on how to figure it out.

And I know what TehChron wants out of this, too.

You can vote for it if you want, I guess. I'm just mostly annoyed for not planning for this sooner.

Well thanks for the option but now that I think about it, there's to many ways for this to backfire on us. We could end up with Saber Gawain and lose Siegfried. Or we could get Berserker Gawain and I'm not going to lie that would be pretty epic. But still it could backfire and we lose a valuable card later on. Besides, I want to see all of the OC servant ideas you have planed up.

What do you want out of this anyway Chron? (I'm new to this complicated meta game thing)

Ok, servant shopping list: (Erases every name on list) Ninja Lancelot.

Boys, we're going shopping!

I wouldn't mind summoning Ninja Lancelot either.

Hello, Magi, look at your Caster, now back to me, now back at your Caster, now back to me. Sadly, he isn't me, but if he stopped writing some trashy manuscripts and switched to actual magecraft, he could cast spells like he's me. Look down, back up, where are you? You're in a workshop with the Caster your Caster could cast like. What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's a Berserker Gawain praising the Sun. Look again, Berserker Gawain is now Ninja Lancelot. Anything is possible when your Caster casts spells like me and not writes trashy plays. I'm on King Arthur.

I wrote my last post to fast but I have to say

Can I just put that in a frame? It needs to be preserved for all generations of SV on lookers to see and marvel at.

[X] Gave Lancer full disclosure on her Skills and Noble Phantasms.

[X] Diverted all her attention into preparing for the Grail War. (Timeskip to the Summoning of Servants)
-[X] Focused on creating Homunculi, to serve as protectors, scouts, and castle servants.

You're thinking too much about what the other Servants can do while not setting up any win conditions for ourselves

Keep in mind that barring Mordred spotting us directly, Morgan is going to get the drop on literally everyone

On top of being a Magus on Merlin's level.

We can pull a Medea and summon our own Servant, people
Didn't think it was necessary, the Black Faction's current plan works well enough for me so far. So long as we make sure Astolfo doesn't Astolfo, mainly by not letting him exist in the first place, we should be good.

Honestly, I wouldn't try to summon a servant, because in canon Zouken was able to use that sort of loophole as a backdoor for shenanigans, and guess who just so happens to have been a servant of the Einzberns and would have ample opportunity to learn how to game the system...

Also Medea only got away with that because no one else had summoned Assassin before she did and she still got a fake servant who she had to bind to the temple gate to sustain.

It also sounds like the shennaggisn that would might make Jeanne act out her duties as ruler.

Jeanne is a toothless threat outside rallying via Command Seals or acting as a defensive bulwark

She has neither the ability nor the motivation to truly punish Morgan for becoming an additional Master

Without muscle to make her leadership ability relevant and provide a means to follow through on her ultimatum, she'll be irrelevant

Moreover, what's wrong with having a puppet abuse the loophole? Once Ninja Lancelot goes down, Command Seal him back and replace him with a True Assassin as a fresh, new threat

...*chuckles*

Not at all.

Why couldn't Morgan make Servant level Homunculi when the Einzberns can?
Though I wouldn't ignore the regular Homunculus minions. They're your equivalent of Dragon Tooth Skeleton Soldiers. They're not too tough, but they're good for buying some time if your Master needs to run away from a murderous Assassin, and stuff like that.
Ley was never Servant tier. She would get crushed by every Servant since she lacked both skill and speed to back up her B-rank strength.
Ok, for people saying that Black Team servants are shit tier, I once again present the Black Faction game plan:

The problem isn't the Servants, because on paper the servant team composition and abilities fit like a charm and would've worked perfectly. The problem was Master-Servant compatibility and Astolfo ruining everything by being Astolfo. That being said...
Problem with that plan is that Red Faction had strong Servants while Black Team had dumpster-tier "why the fuck are you not just randoming" shit. Planing and synergy can only get you so far.
Chiron + Lesyritt tier-homunclui = pseudo-servant army. That combined with Vlad staking it up and a better Rider acting as field commander will greatly put things in our favor. If possible, I'd also vote to have the fatman who was the homunculi expert on Black Team help out so we can have time to also prep our NP if possible, but I'm not certain if that's the case.
I already mentioned and dismissed that for a reason. They wouldn't even be a speed bump to Achilles, Karna or Hanging Gardens. They are explicitly as dangerous as Medusa's mooks, except with better gear and some skill. Like, Rin could shit on those.

Jesus, why the fuck are you people making an army of faceless mooks to kill band of heroes? That shit is Evil Overlord equivalent of bringing a knife to a gun fight.
- In that case, it is vital that we steal Achilles's shield; it's the only thing capable of tanking Karna's strongest Noble Phantasm, and when given to Siegfried will allow him to beat the son of Surya. Without it, we're fucked; well, not completely fucked given that Vlad can use Kazikli Bey on him if he can tag his insides. Still, better to be safe than sorry
Actually, we can kill Karna ourselves rather easily. Although we need to see him in his fight against Jeanne so we can have copy of his NP when he attacks.

.. why are you trying to summon Lancelot. Christ, i need a drink.

Mort, what about boosting the ritual idea i mentioned earlier?

Because Morgan and Lancelot both want the same thing

And because Assassin Lancelot would be hilarious under these circumstances

While amusing, he still gets shat on by most things we will be encountering. That and Lancelot fans are bloody obnoxious when it comes to wanking shitty servant that gets rekt if enemy just decides to hit him with their NP.

Look

I get you're trying to be mister tough guy armchair general and whatnot, but could you give it a rest please?

I'll deal with your points in the morning.

Ley was never Servant tier. She would get crushed by every Servant since she lacked both skill and speed to back up her B-rank strength.
Leys held off Saber in the hallway, she's canonically mid-servant tier strength and was made by non-Merlin tier magi who specialize in homunculi. Morgan is Merlin-tier magus who specializes in homunculi; do the math.

Jesus, why the fuck are you people making an army of faceless mooks to kill band of heroes? That shit is Evil Overlord equivalent of bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Because it actually works when done correctly? I mean, you might as well argue that Iskander's reality marble is shit if that's your argument.

Problem with that plan is that Red Faction had strong Servants while Black Team had dumpster-tier "why the fuck are you not just randoming" shit. Planing and synergy can only get you so far.
Only 'dumpster-tier' servants are Astolfo (who we want to get rid of regardless), Frankenstein (who was picked for her AoE NP and Galvanism, which makes for a good distraction and servant for mid-tier magus), and arguably Jack (Assassin with decent stats, skills and NP set).

Chiron was summoned to be an advisor, skill-monkey, and sniper; which he excels in every aspect at. Vlad is obvious and is the clutch for the team, and Siegfried as his bodyguard/point-man is only common sense. Finally, Avicebron's golems did their jobs as well as expected; which was frankly pretty good until the sky-fortress came around.

Said sky-fortress being the NP of the servant summoned by the one guy planning for this for 60 years, knew the konami code secret cheat of double summon, and gunned for the arguably best servant for said double summoning.

This Noble Phantasm, taking the form of a sheath like Avalon, is the key to this dimension. Once Morgan binds the dimension to the world in the form of a Bounded Field, this Noble Phantasm may be used to enter it at any time. Inside of this dimension is a castle, the exact replica of Camelot, with food stores, an armoury, and even a greatly reduced version of Merlin's workshop, allowing Morgan to improve her Magecraft over time by studying what notes remain in said workshop. Morgan may also take others into Accolon.
It doesn't need to be said what an Assassin Lancelot, coupled with Accolan, could manage to accomplish when moving to strengthen Morgan's hand through Excalibur Morgan

Or i could just look at GM who confirmed that they are Dragoon Tooth tier mooks.

His NP is way stronger than this and he still gets rekt by numerous Servants for one reason or another. Karna, Achilles are Hanging Gardens are some of things that would crush him with ease.

You just described half of their team.

And they can still be soloed by Heracles. As mentioned before, planing and synergy can increase your fighting capability by only so much. It's simple math, really. "Do using this weak guy and this strong guy in combination brings me more than using these two strong guys". Black Team failed that math hard.
Said sky-fortress being the NP of the servant summoned by the one guy planning for this for 60 years, knew the konami code secret cheat of double summon, and gunned for the arguably best servant for said double summoning.
His enemy was also planning for 60 years as well. Difference is that Shirou did the smart thing: Summon a bunch of overpowered Servants and let them go ham.
...Yes, because touching Karna or any of his shit is so fucking easy to do...:eyeroll:
Instead of being pointlessly sarcastic, you could have either asked me on how i plan on doing it or read that plan in one of my previous posts.

Trapping Karna is surprisingly easy. As long as we use his environment to bind him(think Medea freezing space to trap Servants) its effect wont be reduced by his armor. Seeing how he only has C rank MR, that should hold him long enough for us to teleport in, touch him and bail. Probably with some third-degree burns, but oh well.

Other than that, don't forget that we get Merlins workshop with pocket dimension. That will give us additional possibilities as far as magic goes.
