As one of the few people who thought Falcon&Winter Soldier had decent ideas buried under bad execution, kinda curious about this one. Only things I knew about it was General Ross now played by Harrison Ford and the controversial presence of Sabra, an Israeli superhero, which would have probably passed without mention had the real world not happened.

Kinda seems like a mashup of the OG Secret Empire (the one where Nixon was the bad guy, not the one where hydra took over america) and Red Hulk.

I am disappointed there won't be any Americops for the politicized narrative and instead we are getting Olympus Has Fallen: MCU edition

Apparently the Israel superhero Sabra will be in it. Wonder how THAT will play out.
They changed her very significantly because of the controversy, now she's apparently a former Black Widow and a US official, dont know why they decide to include the character in the first place if its changed this much, at least the alteration should result in less hairs raised.

The corporate calculus was considerable different in 2022 than it is now, and firing Haas because she's Israeli would cause its own headaches for Disney now that they've bent the knee to the Republicans. Also, probably lawsuits that Haas would quite probably win.

Aside from that, I like the trailer, it has a Winter Soldier-esque vibe with more serious undertones, but Secret Invasion's trailer also looks promising at first, and look how that turned out. I hope at the very least this movie has a coherent storyline even with rumors of reshoots, February should be plenty of time to work on polishing it.

News about the Cap movie from SDCC: the Celestial remains of Tiamut in the Indian Ocean is adamantium, hence nations are fighting over it. And Giancarlo Esposito's character is Seth Voelker, AKA Sidewinder, the King of the Serpent Society.
