[X] Elector count of Talabechland:

We can vote now? Or does the qm need some posts to reserve?

[X] Elector count of Nordland
Nordland really needs some love, but why for the love of Sigmar does nobody make Reikland a option?

Oh, I remember, if we chose Nordland, then we would stop the wasteland from succeeding from the empire! On, top of that do to some of the things that have traveled abroad over the years, the Crown of Nagash is probably still lurking somewhere in the more dark and dreary places of Nordland, more specifically to the barrows of ancient barbarian chieftains.
That and, I don't mean to be biased this is just my idea of the list that we will get from each choice and there can be more up's and down's then just these, these are just the listed ones:

Nordland: Goods: Lots of trade at sea and abroad across the continent, tons of navy support, and The richest city to make money in the empire. Bads: Norscan raiders, wood elves, beastmen, and greedy merchants causing trouble
Talabeachland: Goods: in the heart of the empire, a great river to fish and trade from, excellent archers and skirmishers, and your really liked by a forest God, Bads: Lots and lots of beastmen, not much open to any for farming and such, You cant do anything else for income except cutting trees, and finally you can't advance your technology, because Taal HATES Technology, and he is your chief God

I'm not sure if people realize that the quest is starting at the beginning of Deiter the fourth's reign. Skaven invasion doesn't happen until later on in his reign, like nearly two decades later. Then Mandred unifies the empire, later things slide down.

Talabecland is a good central location for trade and administration of the empire.

Ah, wrong person and date. That's Goblin's under paunch. And even if that were the case, that wouldn't account for much. See, the central place for logistic's is surprisingly enough, a hellhole where anything not out of a dormant valcano turned fortress is fair game for the wild things out there. And even if there weren't more beasts at the start of the year, you also must contend with the simple fact that there are not enough of you, to safely control your own forests. Least not, with the more legendary beastmen either here or coming soon(looking at you Taurox).

Nordland only had to contend with Norscan's, the mentioned Goblins, and a few other navel factions. Sometimes they are Dark elfs, other's orcs, as well the undead, hell at one point I swear I saw them involved with the tomb kings, in a battle somewhere. The real rotten thing for Nordland came when Dieter sold Marienburg and the wasteland's for their indepence,(the only time I can think of, at least on the scale of the empire) it was from a group of merchant family's, and who after getting used a large amount of tax's for the very fleet trying to protect them! And they never got it back, the last thing bad on that front for awhile would have to be the end times from what I could find.

It would be nice to see orcs, but not so when Grom the Paunch comes nocking at our doorstep. Don't worry, there have been mentions of Orc Pirates in the lore. So, if the GM wishes, we can also see them too, just as raiders and pirates.

Fair, and i would kill to finally get a chance to pick Reikland of all of the provinces of the empire. Hell, Talabeckland and Middenheim have had more options to be chosen then I think I have seen for Averland, nevermind that I never found a option in all my quest's for dear old Reik.
