Well, if we did tell him the truth then he'd know our ability isn't magical in nature and would have no cause to drag us in. Plus I'm not really afraid of Voldemort. Harry would obviously be the primary target of his actions. As long as Harry's there to attack he'd probably ignore us.
There's that Hufflepuff student who died (and so did Sirius Black).
So don't underestimate Voldemort's sheer spite.

Cause fuck whatever our parents think, we're family and we won't let some snake faced shithead take that away from us. (Well obviously neither has that mindset but

The problem, such as it is, is that Harry is being an idiot right now. If we tell him about us, he'll try and tattle, and if that doesn't work, he'll try and get proof. There's precious little we can do right now to get him on our side. Voldemort didn't kill either of them. Peter and Bellatrix did I believe. That's also with both of them being in the middle of Voldemort's plans. They weren't killed out of spite. It was more out of them being in the way. Nobody went out of their way to kill them. Spite would be him killing his family.
We don't need to go after the PS, we don't need to go to the chamber of secrets, we don't need to enter the triwizard tournament, etc. We can easily go to Hogwarts and stay out of the main plot if we feel like it. The toughest would probably be avoiding the basilisk in the second year but it should be fine if we stay in a group while traveling.

OOC, in character we don't know about the existance of dumbledoor, about harry being a chosen one, about wizards/witches. All we know is that we can lord this over harry how much better we are than him.
Also, it is kinda scary that now we are a freak too so its someone whom we know is a freak already... and also, we are afraid he will tell people so we are hoping to convince him to keep it quiet
Epiphanies don't make a really stupid person suddenly become smart, they just change their view on something.
Our int and wis skyrocketted which means we are significantly smarter than before.

Like, if he just went "Yo, I noticed you seem to be acting differently, what's up. Did something happen? Everything alright?" or even just "Hey, you're acting weird. Why?" I would be all for telling him everything. Cause, you know, thinking that maybe something happened to us is perfectly fine and logical and I'd appreciate him noticing and asking, but seeing us acting differently and going "This is obviously a different person" is just fucked up. He is basically saying here "I don't think of you as a human being, you aren't capable of acting in any way other then I think of as normal for you."
