Hello and welcome to yet another one of my quests. Know that I am still working on The Soul of the RIghteous, although Civ Quest Legends might be on the backburner for now.
At any rate, this quest features an extremely overpowered protagonist unmatched in skill and speed exploring a slightly dark fantasy world (maybe more, I haven't thought that far ahead yet). At any rate, the protagonist is pretty much unbeatable, especially against the average mook. The protag may or may not have a weapon, but going unarmed into an enemy encampment is fine, he/she will pull through. Combat scenes will mainly serve as a fun way to get creative with how the protagonist can become a righteous God of destruction.
The conflict in the quest comes from the reality of living in a world where most problems and injustices can't be fully and justly solved simply by beating them into submission. Let's say you come across a tyrannical king who taxes the peasants into poverty. You could just storm the castle and kick his ass, but without him, who will guard the roads from bandits? You? Not possible, the Kingdom is to large...And so on. Which is not to say that there aren't any problems that can't be solved with violence, or any people who are in real need of your might. You'll just have to be clever with how you choose to go about saving people so that you don't make things worse than they are.
Also, please note that I won't shy away from the less pretty aspects of living in a medieval world. I won't be explicit, but I might imply unpleasant realities that exist.
