Staff posts always trigger alerts, so that no one has an excuse of 'I didn't see it'.
I Imagine the system is set up so that if you're watching a thread, regardless of the specifics, you automatically get alerted for Staff Posts anyway, so no one has the excuse of saying they didn't know such a post was made, among other reasons.

Post since they were provided the scans and details of the HPP Anna donated to the UN. All of Anna's surviving HPP were upgraded from the remnants of the destroyed ones so that fifth missing HPP should be identical to the ones she is currently using. Barring whatever, if any, improvement they may have received over the last couple months.

I've read Worm like three times, and somehow this still made me double-check my own memories. Good civ more than makes up for it, though.
A whole and proper Anna would be triumvirate material, if not considered a nascent entity, considering what the valkyrie core can do. If nothing else, she'd be snatched up as the ultimate in shard testing if she could manage to take in a whole shard. I mean... auto-improvements? On shards? What more could an entity ask for!

Enough time for any of that to become relevant before the plot comes crashing through and the end of the world comes? I rather doubt the nascent entity bit, as the entities are inherently symbiotic/parasitic existences. If anything, Durga would be the one considered a nascent entity.
But then, I don't think anyone would consider either of them entities, if only because almost no one knows what an entitity is and, if they do, they know enough to know the difference. Unless you mean that the entities themselves would? In which case, no, as they should know better.
