That must be a small group. There is no way any significantly huge forces could silently breach perimeter. And Architect is also very valuable unit for Sangvis Ferri, if she think hostile spec-ops crawled inside her base, deep within friendly territory, then she should warn literally everyone in the vicinity.

Alarm, full alert of nearby forces, requset for backup, rocket in the door before they finish stacking up and breach the room, and, as a nice option, jump into window right after she launches her rocket.

Engage!

There's not enough time for it, Architect believes the breaching is starting already
Ok, then. I was thinking a little more time than that.

I trust we're confident this isn't a friendly prank, via our IFF.

Raise the alarm as loud as possible and stay where our side can find us.

It's a good idea, but she doesn't keep the double in her bedroom. That'd be creepy.
"Always keep a decoy drone in your bedroom while you sleep. In fact, you should have a decoy drone in every room of your base. And never sleep in your bedroom." - Intruder, probably.

gut instinct in this situation is to run since they are here specifically for us. But doing that means they can just follow us out the window, and now its a chase where we are running away from our reinforcements. We make a stand here, we just need to slow them down enough for our forces to collapse in on them.

Switched my vote to the silent alarm since it's probably better to ambush the Kruggies while they're unaware we know about them.

Once they know that we know, things change.

My thinking is that going loud essentially offers redundancy to the silent alarm. Unless they made it in this deep without meeting a single guard (and I expect that thud we just heard used to be a guard) there must've been something preventing the mooks from noticing disappearances or calling their own alarms. On the off chance whatever they've done to cut those signals or even our own connection to the lights messes with the silent alarm signal, good old blaring klaxons should serve as a backup warning. If the breach team is in the process of entering as Archie suspects, I don't expect the noise will be enough of a forewarning to matter. Essentially:
Loud Alarm: Guarantees reinforcements, may lose initial surprise
Silent Alarm: Guarantees initial surprise, may lose some reinforcements

Additionally, the klaxons really add an important sense of ambience to the upcoming gunfire and explosions

@NyxNull How I was seeing it, if they infiltrated so deep without alarm and going when Archie is sleeping, it's because they hope going discreetly.
Blaring the sirens could cause the intruders to panick and now be on a timer, possibly leading them to rush things.
If we keep the silent alarms, we might get them by surprise, but the invaders might also feel like they can take their time and go more strategic, possibly overwhelming Archie.

Obviously it's just my interpretation and I might very well be wrong

I'm More suspicious of the fact they know about us and our location. Either our T-doll "friend" fail and being discovered or she's betrayed us
Neither. Whatever this is, it was an event that was always going to happen:
Don't remember what quest events like this are called. "Hidden timers" or something. Some action for Architect that I've planned to happen from the very start at -10 days. Good luck!

While it's true, it doesn't necessarily mean P90 has nothing to do with it. The reasons behind it happening can be different. For example, if Architect was failing miserably with her inventions, then G&K probably wouldn't be interested in her, but some loonies who have a thing for strong T-Dolls still would be. Same goes for how the intruders got their intel.

oh actually a thought, is the window open? becues if it is then jumping out it would not leave any indication where we went.
