Big Info Dump. AKA list of worries and stuff.
First, your primary objective. It's simple. Don't get killed. Nobody wants to see a Gaiden of a popular character where the screenwriters mess up and kill the character off despite the setting being before the main plotline.
Second, your bonus objective: if we somehow make it to the end of the quest, your final score will be based on A) the number of living human named characters other than Anna, and B) how much sanity you have when the UN gets to Hometown. Dead people are bad, sanity is good. For reference, canon!Anna had every named human character die, and for our purposes her final SAN was 30/100. Note that survivors may give bonus SAN for obvious reasons.
Third, my writing tendencies are a giant unknown. This is a big step up from anything I've done before in creative writing – a oneshot for Worm over on SB that I titled "To Slay a Monster", then Vae Victoria and Mors Innocentia. That's literally the sum total of my creative writing experience. There's no telling what this will be like, but I would expect vast fluctuations in post length as well as in the kind of scenes that will be written.
Fourth, I have absolutely no way to guarantee the runtime or permanency of this quest. I'm a college freshman and very, very new to creative writing. So if you can't stomach the idea of something featuring Anna eventually collecting dust, you may wish to avoid the risk of reading. That said I currently have tons of free time.
Fifth, warnings and guarantees. There will be character death. Anna will be traumatized in one way or another before the quest ends. This is probably a story about how most of Hometown ends up annihilated; expect things and people to be annihilated onscreen. I can however guarantee that we will not have horribly explicit deaths, because no I do not appreciate that. Also, site rules.
Sixth and final, I reserve the right to tell the dice to go *bleep* themselves at any time I want to, so long as doing so is not detrimental to the players. To a large extent I'm just as invested in this as you guys are, and if I don't want to write that Anna got killed because she rolled a 1 three times in a row during a random combat, I'm not going to *bleep*ing do it.
Um. Miscellaneous stuff. Do not attempt to collect cute animals, because the QM likes cute animals and will ignore attempts to collect them rather than risk being forced to have AGs kill them. In fact we're going to try to keep cute animals out of this entirely, because nobody has talked about them in BAHHSCQ and the implications of that might not be fun. You're not yet bread-chan, but given that this is fanwritten... we'll see. The {Destiny} marking next to an option means that that option was taken by canon!Anna, at least for our purposes. If it's a dice roll, that means Big Bonuses, otherwise it's just there as an indicator. More on mechanics later.
