squints in dyslexic

Did the wining plan always have just one unit of Nasty Skulkers, or am I going mad(der)?

Location Selection #1
So itz and your ladz, 'und a 'ouple or so 'angers on can't get rid of. Dat was nice when youz was wandrin round, kumpin gits 'und stealin loot, but now youz had your misshin from da gods! Youz gotta build a city! And youz gotta build it good und propra. You ah, youz don't know what dat means though. You saw da city, but youz don't member it so good.

Youz could do what Greenskins do when dey wanna settle down, 'und claim some other git's place. Maybe a stuntie 'ole they left, or a humie fort dat's pre-trashed. But youz could also find some place new, build it up inna orcy way.

Zugzig sayz you shoud take over some gitz place, 'nd itd be better if youz can kick out whos dere now. 'E also went on 'bout "sites o' powah" 'nd "da greats rivahs", but hez mad so youz shouldz probs just ignore dat.

Hozzy sayz you needz a place with metals orz - iron would beh bestest. 'Nd buney rocks too, or lotta trees to make it. Wood woold be gud for buildin too.

Morgog wantz plenty o' felds for 'is piggies to run, cause dey need gras ta eat, 'und dey get fighty penned up,. Dats a good thing to youz, but 'e knows boars so you'll con-sid-er it.

And youz? Youz just want sum place with gitz near to foight 'nd loot, and a big 'hrone to sit on witha pile of shinies. Dat's tha most impurtunt thing, and youz da Boss so whut you sayz goez!

I'm going to make what is probably a mistake, and allow you to suggest where the settlement will be, instead of giving a series of locations. But I am providing a series of caveats and rules:
  • Your forces are small, so no locations that are already occupied by major forces.
    • The closer you are to large settlements the sooner you'll have to deal with them
    • If a location already has occupiers, you'd need to fight them.
  • Places we don't have a lot of canon for (Ind, Khuresh, basically anywhere east of the Mountains of Mourn)
  • Places you're unlikely to last (Chaos Wastes, Ulthuan, Cathay)
  • Places you can't reach easily/at all (Albion)
  • Can be vague, as long as I can plot it on a map
Discussion for a day before voting starts, which will also last a day; make your vote as brief but as detailed as possible. Afterwards I'll sort the highest voted and give pros and cons for a final vote.

Just some examples:
[ ] Stonemine Tower, Badlands/Black Gulf Coast
[ ] Massif Orcal, Bretonnia
[ ] Kingdom of Beasts, Southlands
[ ] a secluded valley, Mountains of Mourne
[ ] The Vaults

Keep in mind once you have a location for your city, you will not be moving.

Hm. I don't know locations well, but where would I go if I wanted our city to be near or at the base of a mountain to mine into with a forest to cut for wood nearby? I'm not too worried about fields since we could cut down trees to make a good enough field, although I suppose starting with a field for the boars would be good to consider too.

How about near or in the border prince territory? A lot of space there and should have plenty of orc groups to take over

Dragonback is relatively close to the ocean if we want that, not too far from the Border Lands relatively, and the iron mines will be very useful and a good prologue goal. Plenty of Greenskins to recruit and "recruit" too.

Are we strong enough to kick out the savage orcs currently using Ekrund?
No? It's been held by orcs for thousands of years, obviously we need to build up…

What exactly are the benefits of using the Mousillon, after a quick glance at the wiki it seems to be a bunch of swamp and undead?
Deserted by civilized races, no central authority, divided enemies, preexisting foundations and settlements, natural barriers to Bretonnian assault, relics of elder ages untouched due to its desolation and abandonment, access to the sea and a river.

How about somewhere in Estalia? It seemed to be relatively "complacent" and that gives us a lot of first movers advantage if we could pull it off

I either go to Southlands because we are near Dawi, Lizardmen, Tomb Kings and few other factions, but given I am basing their position thanks to Total War Warhammer 3, I am not sure if it is exactly Lore accurate.

Mousillon? It's free real estate.
Aside from the Undead, like, everywhere.

You could still settle there though

Karak Zorn is a big Question Mark, Lizardmen are at least on the east side with Zlatlan, and the Tomb Kings are in the northen parts.

Wait, my Plan won?! Uhhh... Wow. First time making one and it won. I spent like... 5 minutes making it. Didn't really put much thought into it. My thought process was 'Hehe, Gork 'n Mork want a city? Ok, step 1, find orks. Step 2, "politely" recruit orks. Step 3, more "recruiting". Step 4, WAGGGGGH!! Step 5, use resources from defeated enemies (Like, raid a town or city once we have sufficient forces), Step 6, "order" Orks to build city. Step 7, ????? Step 8, profit.'
