What is it with you and brains man? o_O:lol

But to answer your question, not really. Both because quite a few of them don't really have enough intact for it to be useful, on top of Tyrian having the normal aversion most Astartes do to using that organ.
awww we cannot easily avert the Horus Heresy then?

if the Emperor of man did not want us to eat to learn and spit on our soon to be dead enemies with acid he would not have given us these organs :V
we only do as the Man-Emperor intended of us, taking our rightful place on top of the food chain! :V
the knowledge is temporary and he intended it to be a case of battlefield intel against unprecedented foes like the rangdan

*waves over a serf* GET ME A BOOK! I WANT TO MAKE THIS KNOWLEDGE PERMANENT! :V

*proceeds to eat the serf for knowledge on handwriting to write down the knowledge on how to write*

Alright, I have to ask. Where is this idea of trying to eat everything coming from?
Have you been on SV long because if given the chance we will try to break the system. Also eating brains is such a useful ability that if common sense is used in 40k to find out problems. It's one of those things like why does melee have any significance in a age of space ships and planetary bombardment.
