Premise: After the chaos of Kingpin fusing the Universes together, many seek to find new locations to either hide out in or conquer for themselves as The Kings establish themselves as in charge. We focus unexpectedly on the Town of Arlen, Texas. Many people find themselves simply ending up here by complete accident. Many others seek the place out to hide due to how unassuming it is. Still others seek to start out their conquest by conquering this small town. Whatever the reason, you are now in Arlen. Enjoy your stay. And be careful if you start hearing a crazy guy rant about propane and propane accessories....

1. Either is acceptable.

2. As stated, stuff from Disney, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network that was actually made by them are a no go. For example, you could be a Futurama character (as that is simply owned by Disney after a buyout, not really made by them) but not A Mickey Mouse character.

Personality: A manipulative and cunning man...snake person. Whose desire for power and his burning spite for those who have wronged him burns brighter then any sense on honor or fair play. He will see himself at the top of the new world, no matter what he has to do and who he has to beat to do it.

Reason for being in Arlen: To Build up for his eventual rise to Power once again (And not because he got stranded here and can't make his way back in this strange and nonsensical land, thank you very much)

Other Notable Goals: Learn to build his own force of robotic minions, Get vengeance over those who had wronged him and thought they could beat HIM.

Reason for being in Arlen: Landed here even though Earth was sucked in Final Space and now Kevin is confused but is excited to meet new people and can't wait to meet new friends! After Kevin fixes Kevin's exo suit, how else is Kevin going to woo the Ladies!

Other Notable Goals: Find where the other Kevin's are at and if there's not any here, find out how to make more of Kelvin's to help everybody! Yeah!....Also wonder how to fix Kevin thinking in third person.

Any Notable Role in Town?: Being Kevin and that's is a important job!.......and being the new mailman! Even though Kevin kinda crushed him by accident when Kevin trip on that rock that totally was not there a second ago.....but hey, free crumpled mail hat!
