Why hello there Space Battles and/or Sufficient Velocity and welcome to! Ah? Uhm… A Quest! (My first) Yes that! This is a quest about me! Or a someone like me? I dunno it's a quest, hopefully it's cool. If all goes to plan it'll probably be very long, maybe have magic and cool stuff like dragons, but it's gonna be a bit odd to begin with because the plot is "I've woken up in the middle of somewhere". This isn't crossover, but will definitely be fantasy of some description or another.
Anyways enough waffleing! Onto the quest! (Oh by the way I've already done you a solid and made most of your character for you.)




An Earth Without Man

That said, new lands mean new people and making friends is paramount to survival, thus boosting our low Social. Since Int is pretty good already, we'll leave that alone and impress our Dorf friends with good 'enuff Craftsmanship and High Int!

Well… Shit… They definitely didn't cover this in boot camp. Oh well you're a marine you'll get over it. This may or may not be a dream, but that's not a chance you're willing to take. Better get to it.

The crags around you are wet and some are covered on green moss, the mountain probably see's quite a bit of fog or mist. Further up the mountain is just more moss and stone. And further down the rocky slope appears to be a vibrant forest. Reward: Immediate area scouted.

Okay so you're on a mountain. It's cold and windy, you've had a nap and had some moss water. There isn't anything around her for miles so you're going to be here for a awhile. Now is the time to act.

Martial: You're pretty sure there's nothing out there so you should probably be safe here or you could maybe relocate up or down the mountain. Choose 1

Make camp here
- You've woken up in a pretty good place. High up enough the mountain that you'll likely avoid most forest predators, but low enough to reach the forest in decent time. Make camp here.
Time: 1 day. Cost: None. Chance of Success: 90%. Reward: Camp made on the mountain slope.

Relocate up the mountain- The only predators that hide on the top of mountains are birds… and maybe mountain lions… But you should be safe up there! On the other hand it will be cold and may be lacking in resources.
Time: 1 day. Cost: None. Chance of Success: 80%. Reward: Making camp up the mountain.

Relocate down the mountain- Going down the Mountain will be dangerous. The slopes are slick and somewhat steep, however the forest will most definitely have more resources for you and have less of this accursed wind! There will probably be a higher chance or predators though.
Time: 1 day. Cost: None. Chance of Success: 70%. Reward: Making camp in the forest down the mountains slopes.

Crafting: This mountain probably won't be good for much beyond water moss and stone. If you want any real resources you'll probably have to head down to the forest. Choose 1

Gather stone-
Build up a stockpile of stones, this'll help if you want use stones in construction… or something.
Time: 1 day. Cost: None. Chance of Success: 90%. Reward: 5+4d10 of stone.

Gather wood- Head down the slope and into the forest to gather some wood. Useful for fires, cooking, and spears. If you locate down or up the mountain difficulty will change in response.

Moss Water- It's been a day since you're last drink, gather some moss and rehydrate yourself.
