That was an Asspull and you know it.

A justified reason would be that Sonic has gotten so used too Chaos Energy that he was either able too do it on his own, or with the tiny amount of Chaos Energy within the Fake Emerald

Walker Mode might be nice for any of EggMans actual Vehicles, and the Fake Emeralds might have some Chaos Energy in them(Although time will tell if we can upgrade them too work as substitute Emeralds)

We should probably delay getting the final Chaos Emerald as long as possible too get everything ready.

1. Ways too permanently gain Chaos too our side

2. More ways too Eliminate him if that doesn't work
