Would GLADoS really be that hostile to non-Apeture people? Besides, just think of all the SCIENCE she could do when AT-Field bullshit and Angels get involved.
Do we really want GlaDOS to perform such experiments?

I want her to try. You cannot deny how funny their encounter would be.
Given both of their histories with their parents, I can only imagine the deeper emotional implications of having a kid would have on them after those initial reactions.A&T!Asuka and Shinji's reaction, for their part, would be an uncertain mix of 'Holy smokes, our kid is so cute!' and 'HOLY SHIT WE HAVE A KID?!?! AAAAAAAAAAAA!' behind a not-very-convincing mask.
I don't recall, was this ever addressed as being fixed? Because otherwise, it might still not bode too well for the survival on the planet.
Since I didn't have much to correct on the Chronicle side of things (the bit in the beginning was fine): "mein Kind"
Also, one more "odd German" thing I spotted in MFE, that wasn't asked before:
From what I could tell, this was actually from an early chapter re-used here, but even with that reference, I couldn't quite think of the intention here. There is "Sturer Bock!" as an insult for someone stubborn, but I'm not sure if she really wanted to insult him there or rather motivate him, but "Be as stubborn as a goat!" -> "Sei stur wie ein Bock!"? That seems a rather... odd thing to be told. If she wants to tell him to be strong, maybe "Sei ein Fels in der Brandung!"? That's more in a defensive, nothing can faze him kinda way though (a rock in a surge of waves).
Shinji quietly examined the assault rifle, recalling Conagher-san's detailed lectures on the inner workings of the Eva's weapons systems. As he made one final check of the magazine, Asuka's image flickered to life in front of his eyes. "Yes?"
"I'll be watching your back, so I'll be counting on you to watch mine, Shinji!"
"Uh…okay?" said the Third Child, temporarily put off by Asuka's familiar use of his surname.
Asuka frowned. "Come on, what kind of answer is that?!" Her face lit up with a fierce, fiery passion."We're about to engage in mortal combat with an alien lifeform, protecting humanity from extinction! So show some fighting spirit! Stur wie ein Bock sein!"
"…sure thing." Shinji mentally cut off the video channel, opening up another to the Operations Deck at NERV-1. "Is Asuka always like this?"
Misato smiled. "You'll get used to it."
So, was God!Pen responsible for all the Rift material the gang has received? Or just the copy of MFE?
Okay, so i've tried to polish this up, give it a bit of detail beyond "this number" and "that number", and I hope what comes out makes some vague degree of sense.
As noted, I started giving the various universes in Chronicles numbers for my own amusement, and developed a system out of that amusement for doing so. The system, in-universe, doesn't actually exist, as all the reality numbers are determined using a standard number-to-letter code (A=1, B=2, etc.). I say in-universe because, for the purposes of this, I imagined these as universe numbers Ritsuko had the MAGI churn out at random using specific parameters and limitations (such as each universe being labelled as 'Sphere-xxxx' rather than Earth/Universe/Reality, because it sounds vaguely Biblical, among other reasons, being shortened to 'S-xxxx' in practise), to document each universe when it became apparent labels pertaining to each world's work's medium were going to become confusing as more and more works came through.
We just made the biggest mistake of our lives. The gang and I just watched It and Us back to back.

Gender. Since "Kind" is neuter gender, it would be "mein Kind".Okay, I'm officially confused as to when to use what then. What are the rules for applying 'mein' versus 'meine'?
.........yeah, but holy shit. We all showed up for school the next day barely able to stand from how stressed and tired we were. Actually:
Suuure...
Ah, the fun world of German forms. Got kinda sniped by @curiosity there, but yeah, masculine/neutral -> mein, feminine -> meine. Now, in regards to what is what, I guess that's a matter of having to know...Okay, I'm officially confused as to when to use what then. What are the rules for applying 'mein' versus 'meine'?
Well, in that case, "Sei stur wie ein Bock!" would be "correct", since that'd be a demand ("Stur wie ein Bock sein!" would be "To be as stubborn as a goat" instead). But again, I don't think I've ever heard it used in such context. ^^I think the German/English idiom source I was referencing involved motivating him to be stubborn and bullheaded? Probably the wrong message, I take it. ^^;
Might be worth spending a little time with something like Duolingo
No-one. The way i'd imagined it, hence the login bit at the start, was that these are her personal notes, for her own perusal, rather than to be sent to someone, hence the implication that there's more detailed files elsewhere.
I'm half tempted to reuse my 'acute' joke from about half a year ago, but that only really worked with the image of Ramiel wearing a schoolgirl uniform.

I'd imagine that if needed to, she could print a report on a particular world/sphere of interest when the topic comes up.
Although the "rescue the laserdisc pilots" would be an interesting direction. I really hope chronicles attempts something like this. If only for the contrast.
Hopefully it'll be less disastrous than what happened in Nobody Dies, where during the Multiverse Arc,
ND!Rei and Unit-05 (aka Go-kun, aka Liberty Prime as an Eva, aka the daddy of ND!Rei's mindbabies) inadvertently dragged an enraged ND!ADAM into the post-3I End of Evangelion. She picked up EoE!Shinji/Asuka before the battle with ND!ADAM pretty much destroyed Earth. The giant Tang gestalt that was humanity post-3I promptly NOPE'd away into deep space before ND!Rei transitioned into another universe.
It was that kind of fic.

After a point I think the author ran out of story and improvised....
Huh, shows how little I remember of the actual plot of ND. I certainly recall elements, like obviously the Ree and now that you mentioned Go-kun, that kinda rang a bell too. But for the life of me, I can't remember them going for EoE!A&S. Honestly, the only thing I vividly remember is sadly...Hopefully it'll be less disastrous than what happened in Nobody Dies, where during the Multiverse Arc,

Yeah, that. That one certainly hurt. "It was all a dream" is rarely a good idea, in this case resetting months of plot certainly didn't help at all. And while I may not remember details, I do kinda recall there also some pretty good/important developments being erased by that (though I'm not sure if he reintroduced some again?).that the author ended up reversing months' worth of writing with an "all just a dream" maneuver utilizing Arael.
Alas, that didn't pan out well either, and Nobody Dies became a proverbial Dead Fic not too long afterwards. :/
There was sadly a lot of cool things that got retconned by that 'dream' trick, yes. The two things that stick out the most for me are all the awesome of the Battle of Tokyo Bay and Pieter and Kyoko's reconciliation and remarriage, which completed Kyoko's turn from 'hideous abusive mother who made ND!Asuka a stuttering wreck with Canon!Shinji-levels of zero self-worth' to 'mama bear who set Asuka's step-mother's hair on fire for insulting her daughter and making her cry in public'. ND overall suffered from a lack of advance planning, which could produce awesome, but made a satisfying ending elusive.Yeah, that. That one certainly hurt.
